24. rotation linker as claimed in claim 16, the described chamber of wherein said necklace side-connector is configured to hold the first end of this necklace, and described chamber comprises that this first end that is configured to be permanently connected is to remain on this first end the inside surface in the described chamber.
25. rotation linker as claimed in claim 24, it also comprises the bonder that is used for this first end is fixedly connected to described inside surface.
26. rotation linker as claimed in claim 16, wherein said turning axle comprise that an end along with this necklace is fixedly connected to described necklace side-connector with the consistent basically axis of the longitudinal axis of this end.
