Abstract

一种具有寿终保护的电子镇流器,涉及一种电子镇流器,尤其是一种具有寿终保护功能的电子镇流器。设有整流滤波电路、直流/交流逆变电路、谐振电路和反馈驱动电路,整流滤波电路输入端外接电源,整流滤波电路输出端接直流/交流逆变电路输入端,直流/交流逆变电路输出端接谐振电路输入端,谐振电路输出端接灯管;反馈驱动电路输入端接灯管灯丝电流回路,输出端接直流/交流逆变电路输入端。由于采用从灯管灯丝电流回路引出灯丝电流的反馈驱动系统,尤其是灯管灯丝电流回路采用灯丝电容回路,当灯丝断开后,灯丝电容与灯管的联系中断,所以反馈驱动也即停止,直流/交流逆变电路失去驱动功率,系统即停止工作。具体的线路有很多变化,只要结合灯丝电流反馈驱动就能达到效果。

一种具有寿终保护的电子镇流器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子镇流器,尤其是一种具有寿终保护功能的电子镇流器。
背景技术
已有常用的电子镇流器设有整流滤波电路、直流/交流逆变电路、谐振电路等。目前一些镇流器在灯管灯丝没有电子粉时,特别是在灯丝断开时还能继续工作,这时灯管就有可能发生破裂和烧融等现象,造成汞的泄漏,这是一个很严重的安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种具有寿终保护功能,能在灯丝断开的时候让镇流器停止工作的电子镇流器。
本发明设有整流滤波电路、直流/交流逆变电路、谐振电路和反馈驱动电路,整流滤波电路输入端外接电源,整流滤波电路输出端接直流/交流逆变电路输入端,直流/交流逆变电路输出端接谐振电路输入端,谐振电路输出端接灯管,反馈驱动电路输入端接灯管灯丝电流回路,反馈驱动电路输出端接直流/交流逆变电路输入端。
反馈驱动电路可采用反馈驱动变压器组成,其初级绕组接灯管灯丝电流回路,次级绕组接直流/交流逆变电路输入端。所说的灯管灯丝电流回路可采用灯丝电容回路。
由于采用从灯管灯丝电流回路引出灯丝电流的反馈驱动系统,尤其是灯管灯丝电流回路采用灯丝电容回路,当灯丝断开后,灯丝电容与灯管的联系中断,所以反馈驱动也即停止,直流/交流逆变电路失去驱动功率,系统即停止工作。具体的线路有很多变化,只要结合灯丝电流反馈驱动就能达到效果。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明设有整流滤波电路1、直流/交流逆变电路2、LC串联谐振电路3、灯丝电容电路4和反馈驱动电路5,整流滤波电路1输入端外接电源,整流滤波电路1输出端接直流/交流逆变电路2输入端,直流/交流逆变电路2输出端接LC串联谐振电路3输入端,LC串联谐振电路3输出端接灯管6,灯丝电容电路4接反馈驱动电路5输入端,反馈驱动电路5输出端接直流/交流逆变电路2输入端。
反馈驱动电路可采用灯丝电流反馈驱动电路,由反馈驱动变压器组成,其初级绕组与灯丝电容电路串接,次级绕组接直流/交流逆变电路输入端。以下给出本发明的实施例。
实施例1
如图2所示,S1、S2为电源输入端。保险丝FU,电容C与C1,电感L1和整流二极管D1、D2、D3、D4组成整流滤波电路。三极管V1、V2和其外围器件组成直流/交流逆变器。电感L2和电容C4、C6组成LC串联谐振电路。电容C5与热敏电阻PTC为灯丝电容部分。反馈驱动变压器T的初级绕组(主匝)1-2与C5和PCT串联,次级绕组(次匝)3-4,5-6为直流/交流逆变电路的三极管V1,V2基极提供驱动功率。所以当灯丝断开时,三极管即失去驱动功率,整个系统将停止工作。
实施例2
如图3所示,与图2的区别在于启动线路,图2的充电电阻R1,R2在灯丝断开时还能对启动电容C3充电,使双向二极管DB3对三极管V1、V2的基极触发,而图3中的电阻R2、R7、R8、R9则不会发生上述情况。
以下给出图2中各主要元器件的型号和参数为:
三极管V1、V2:13003型;
二极管D1~D5:IN4007型;
电阻R1、R2:330~680KΩ,R3、R5:5~20Ω,R4、R6:0~1Ω;
电容C1、C4:22~100nF,C2、C7:0.1~2nF,C3:22nF,C5:1~3nF,C6:2~4nF;
热敏电阻PTC:100Ω~1kΩΦ5。
图3中各主要元器件的型号和参数为:
三极管V1、V2:13003型;
二极管D1~D5:IN4007型;
电阻R1、R2、R7~R9:330~680KΩ,R3、R5:5~20Ω,R4、R6:0~1Ω;

Claims (4)

1、一种具有寿终保护的电子镇流器,设有整流滤波电路、直流/交流逆变电路、谐振电路,整流滤波电路输入端外接电源,整流滤波电路输出端接直流/交流逆变电路输入端,直流/交流逆变电路输出端接谐振电路输入端,谐振电路输出端接灯管,其特征在于还设有反馈驱动电路,其输入端接灯管灯丝电流回路,输出端接直流/交流逆变电路输入端。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种具有寿终保护的电子镇流器,其特征在于反馈驱动电路采用反馈驱动变压器,其初级绕组接灯管灯丝电流回路,次级绕组接直流/交流逆变电路输入端。
3、如权利要求1所述的一种具有寿终保护的电子镇流器,其特征在于所说的灯管灯丝电流回路采用灯丝电容回路,灯丝电容回路接反馈驱动电路的输入端。
4、如权利要求2和3所述的一种具有寿终保护的电子镇流器,其特征在于反馈驱动变压器的初级绕组接灯丝电容回路。
