Abstract

一种移动通信终端用充电器,针对带有用于容纳移动通信终端用电池的容纳空间和用于通过与上述机身容纳空间中容纳的电池端子的接触给电池充电的充电端子的移动通信终端用充电器,其特征是:在上述充电端子上部一侧形成凸起装置,它接触为防止电池端子露出外部而在电池端子上形成的放电切断结构物,辅助放电切断结构物的滑动动作。

移动通信终端用充电器
技术领域
本发明涉及移动通信终端用充电装置,特别是涉及一种在移动通信终端的电池端子部安装了切断外露结构的终端电池用充电器。
背景技术
一般的便携电话是在终端中安装电池组(battery pack)使用。终端上安装的电池组的电量全部消耗后,把电池组插入与外部电源连接的充电器的容纳槽,使电池组的端子和充电端子连接一定时间,以此进行充电。下面说明以往充电器的结构。
图1是以往充电器的斜视图。在以往的充电器中,在充电器机身1的容纳槽前面凸出有充电端子4。充电端子4与充电电路(未图示)连接在一起,充电电路与延长到充电器外部的电源线连接在一起。于是,如果把电池组2固定于充电器,使电池端子3与充电端子4接触一定时间,那么,通过电源线供应的外部电流通过充电电路和充电端子4供应给电池组2,电池组被充电。
另一方面,一般的电池2为了与充电器端子接触,在电池外部露出2-4个电池端子3。当金属导电体等接触到接触部时,由过载发生放电,释放出因此产生的高热。严重情况下,存在可能燃烧起火的危险。另外,由于它露出于外部,可能发生露出的端子磨损或腐蚀,因此可能造成与充电器端子接触不良或缩短电池寿命。
发明目的
本发明的目的在于提供一种带有电池端子保护装置的电池充电所需的充电器。
针对带有用于容纳移动通信终端用电池的容纳空间和用于通过与上述机身容纳空间中容纳的电池端子的接触给电池充电的充电端子的移动通信终端用充电器,本发明充电器的特征是:在上述充电端子上部一侧形成凸起装置,它接触为防止电池端子露出外部而在电池端子上形成的放电切断结构物,辅助放电切断结构物的滑动动作。
综上所述,本发明可以有效地用于带有电池端子部的保护装置的电池组的充电。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及移动通信终端用充电器,特别是涉及一种应用于如图2所示的带有电池端子保护装置的电池的充电器。
图2是带有电池端子保护装置5的电池组的侧截面图。在电池端子3上形成有保护装置5,保护装置5连接着弹簧6,提供用于使保护装置5恢复原状的力。
图3a和图3b是电池保护装置5动作前、后的外观示例图。平时,如图3a所示,电池保护装置5切断电池端子3与外部污染源的接触,电池保护装置5推到上面后,如图3b所示,电池端子3显露出来。
图4a和图4b是具体显示电池保护装置5动作前、后状态的动作示例图。如图4a所示,曾保护电池端子3的保护装置5如图4b所示移动后,电池端子3露出外部。在保护装置5中连接着弹簧6,提供用于使保护装置5恢复原状的力。
本发明的充电器如图5所示构成,即,在充电端子4的上部一侧形成凸起7,凸起7接触为防止电池端子3露出外部而在电池端子3形成的保护装置5,并辅助保护装置5的滑动动作。
当为了充电而把电池2插入充电器时,保护装置5卡于凸起7上,保护装置5卡着凸起7滑动。此时,电池端子3露出,电池端子3和充电用端子4对准。充电用端子最好具有弹性,以便易于接触电池端子。

1、一种移动通信终端用充电器,针对带有用于容纳移动通信终端用电池的容纳空间和用于通过与上述机身容纳空间中容纳的电池端子的接触给电池充电的充电端子的移动通信终端用充电器,其特征是:
在上述充电端子上部一侧形成凸起装置,它接触为防止电池端子露出外部而在电池端子上形成的放电切断结构物,辅助放电切断结构物的滑动动作。
