因此,聚合物太阳能电池完成用于集成到芯片卡的所有要求。具体地说,考虑它的集成性,聚合物太阳能电池非常灵活,因为可以将其不透明地应用到芯片卡的未印刷基片,和半透明地应用到印刷的基片。它还可以应用于芯片卡上的透明基片,例如,通过层压等。
从德国专利申请101 40 991(=2001 P 115488 DE)可知道半透明[名词丢失]是公知的。

具体地说,聚合物太阳能电池还可以被半透明地放置在芯片卡的现有显示单元上(电子纸显示器;LCD、OLED显示器等)。
因为用光电活性染料(dyes)/官能高聚物制造聚合物太阳能电池的能力,可以以聚合物太阳能电池而不是印刷墨水来印刷和铭刻(inscribe)芯片卡。例如,可以通过聚合物太阳能电池的方式在芯片卡上生成标志、图像或文本。
能量转换器的制造可以被直接集成在用于制造芯片卡的印刷过程中,例如,当能量转换器是由用于作为芯片卡本身的有机官能高聚物的相同印刷处理制造的聚合物太阳能电池。
同样的,可以在基片上单独产生能量转换器,并且之后与能量转换器一起安装在(例如)层压在芯片卡上。本发明涉及芯片,特别涉及包括集成电源的芯片卡。该能量转换器具体地是太阳能电池,优选地是聚合物太阳能电池。

Claims (8)
