本发明涉及一种放射治疗中的射线遮挡装置的制作方法,尤其涉及能方便地按肿瘤的形状进行适形甚至调强遮挡装置的制作方法。一种适形挡块的制作方法,包括以下步骤:1.根据肿瘤形状和大小制作出适形体,将适形体放入模盒并定位;2.向带适形体的模盒中充填满钨及合金粒(粉),形成适形挡块。由于将适形挡块的挡块材料改为钨及合金粒(粉),而用适形模盒进行适形,使得在制作适形挡块时挡块材料与适形模盒可方便的分离和填充,使用时只需根据肿瘤的形状制作出适形体加入模盒,再填充入钨及合金粒(粉)即可,用完后钨及合金粒(粉)不需要任何加工而可重复再利用,从而解决了现有适形挡块的制作方法为了适应肿瘤形状的不同而需要大量的熔铅挡块的技术问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种放射治疗中的射线遮挡装置的制作方法,尤其涉及能方便地按肿瘤的形状进行适形、调强遮挡装置的制作方法。
现有技术
目前,众所周知的放射治疗中使用的射线遮挡装置目前都是由低熔点铅合金块来制作的,作为重金属的熔铅,将会对人体和环境带来严重影响。尤其是在放射医疗中,为了降低成本,熔铅通常是被重复利用用来制作不同病人所需的不同形状的挡块。而随着精确放疗技术运用的推广和普及,为了保护病人的正常组织而最大化的消灭肿瘤,常常采用多次适形放射技术,甚至是调强放射治疗。导致单位病人拥有的挡铅块数目增加,不同的病人一般因肿瘤形状的不同也需要用不同的挡块,对于调强治疗的还需复杂的熔铅。因此,为了适应肿瘤形状的不同而需要大量的熔铅挡块,加剧了污染的危害,同时熔铅造型工作也给技师带来了不小的劳动量。
发明内容
本发明要解决的是现有适形挡块的制作方法为了适应肿瘤形状的不同而需要大量的熔铅挡块的技术问题。
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种适形挡块的制作方法,其特征是,包括以下步骤:
一、根据肿瘤形状和大小制作出由非屏蔽材料制成的适形体,将适形体放入模盒并定位;
二、向带适形体的模盒中填充满钨及合金粒(粉),形成适形挡块。
由于将适形挡块的挡块材料改为钨及合金粒(粉),而用适形体进行适形,使得在制作适形体时成形材料与模盒可方便的分离和填充,使用时只需根据肿瘤的形状制作出适形体加入模盒,再填充入钨及合金粒(粉)即可,用完后钨及合金粒(粉)不需要任何加工而可重复再利用,从而解决了现有适形挡块的制作方法为了适应肿瘤形状的不同而需要大量的熔铅挡块的技术问题。
具体实施方式
一种适形挡块的制作方法,先根据肿瘤形状和大小制作出适形体,将适形体放入模盒并定位,适形体的形状和大小与肿瘤形状和大小相匹配,由非屏蔽材料构成;再向带适形体的模盒中填充满钨及合金粒(粉),形成适形挡块。

1、一种适形挡块的制作方法,其特征是,包括以下步骤:
一、根据肿瘤形状和大小制作出由非屏蔽材料制成的适形体,将适形体放入模盒并定位;
二、向带适形体的模盒中填充满钨及合金粒(粉),形成适形挡块。
