本发明属于一种果蔬类罐头食品微波杀菌生产工艺。
背景技术:
现有的微波杀菌技术,有间断式和连续式的。间断式的微波杀菌,在物料的下方有一个转盘,能使物料旋转,使物料杀菌均匀。但是连续式微波隧道杀菌,物料就不能旋转,只能向前推进。
经检索,国内外均没有微波隧道杀菌过程中,物料边前进边旋转的论述或专利。
发明内容:
本发明提供了一种对果蔬类食品,经前处理装罐和加液(或不加液)后,在使用微波隧道杀菌中,罐头在向前推进时,在外力的作用下不断旋转,以利于杀菌。工艺方法与现有的技术不同之处是:本工艺在微波隧道中,罐头除了向前进外,在动力的作用下,还能旋转。
实例:1.在微波隧道的链带中,连续安装间断式微波杀菌炉中旋转盘,这个盘反转时不会掉下。2.在微波隧道中,在罐头前进中,左右两边有夹板(塑料做),能摩擦罐身,使罐头旋转。

1.一种果蔬类罐头食品微波杀菌生产工艺,其特征是:果蔬类食品经前处理装罐和加液(或不加液)后,使用微波隧道杀菌。
2.根据权利要求1所述的微波杀菌,其特征是:在微波隧道杀菌过程中,使用外力使罐头在前进中不断旋转。
