发明内容
该发明是一个具有创新意义的程序,通过它可以建立一个数字电视付费系统,而不需要在操作端或是信号传输端进行订户操作的基础设施建设,在这种模式下,用户不向操作者预订,而是可以自由地通过在因特网上或是移动电话讯息服务器上的销售点以电子支付的方式获得点数来进行信号的接收。
该系统的另一个新颖之处在于:任何用户都不需要通过传输渠道以持续、单独的方式发送验证信息和生效信息,这是因为该讯息是通过一个安全的传输系统来进行传输的,从购买点数的那一刻起,在用户平台就已经记忆了信号接收权以及所获得的时间段的相关信息。在用户数量增加的情况下,带宽的节约非常重要。
该发明的背景
目前绝大多数的数字电视信号条件接收系统(CAS)是基于预订用户操作的私人系统,在这种情况下,用户平台是被个人化了的,接收信号的购买是通过被命名为EMM(授权管理信息)的信息来进行授权和生效的,该信息是由同一个传输渠道来进行发送的。这些讯息以连续和单独的方式发送给每个订户,这就意味着需设立一个用户的操作机制以及涉及到相当复杂的认证。其他也需要发送的信息被命名为ECM(授权控制信息),这些信息传送CW(控制字)加密的密钥,用这些密钥可以解密信号。这些密钥将可以或者不被用户平台所解密,这取决于授权管理信息EMM所给予的权限。
该发明的描述
系统的组成部分包括:
-一个数字电视发送端,可以通过控制字密钥对信号进行加密并加入ECM服务信息,在这里将只被传输一部分控制字密钥(命名为HCW)在下一节将就此进行说明。
-用于信号接收的发送端的密钥生成系统。该系统将可以生成所需的所有控制字密钥以便在一个确定的时间段T内对付费信号进行加密(一般为一个月)。所有的控制字密钥将被分为两类子密钥区段HCW和LCW。HCW将由一个被我们命名为S种子的密钥,一个随机区段R以及一个始终与唯一一个子密钥LCW相联系的指示器P共同组成。LCW和指示器P具有在整个信号内容中或是在同一次购买中的同一组相关内容信号中保持其连续性的特性。所有可能的LCW控制字组将从S和P开始并通过一个函数F自动生成。S在整个时间段T中将是不变的,付费产品的有效性同样也是不变的。作为附加的安全措施,F函数在一个与T时间段相比相对较长的时期内也将可以更改,但是这将完全以不确定的方式进行。F函数的用户平台更新机制将是从内容信号传输渠道进行的。生成过程将包含不同的控制字LCW在一个表中,该表将和包含于HCW的P区段相对应,并以这种方式,使得控制字的两部分联系在一起。见图1。
-因特网销售点,使得可以通过点数卡来进行支付。另外还将设有一个移动电话信息服务器,也可以通过这种方式来进行操作。交易将利用一个IT交易确认系统通过一个基于短期公共密码的安全方式来进行。交易确认系统将通过一个随机生成器获得,该生成器将在用户平台中,整个交易过程中所有密码生成都是以它为基础进行的。一旦交易完成,将发送一个包含所获得的权利的电子收据,我们将之命名为PV,该电子收据具有一个用密码书写的签名(取决于IT)以便接下来在用户平台利用确认系统进行验证和提取。PV信息在可能的一半密码清单中,使对应于该次购买的LCW密钥得以生成。见图2。
-用户平台,负责和用户的界面功能,以便根据相应的RP权利要求进行PV权利购买交易。将可以生成从S,P,IT,RP和PV开始的半密钥LCW。系统的安全性将主要体现在这个步骤,因此该功能的职责将是整体安全措施中的重要一环,我们将之命名为CIMS,一方面它将隐藏一个私人的规则系统,另一方面,它将具备足够的复杂性以防止利用一个标准处理器进行实时模拟。在这方面,必须注意到半密钥LCW在所获得的信号开始以前不可以被生成,这是因为这同时是P被认知的时刻,因此LCW的获得必须在一个非常短的时间内进行。这个系统为持续时间较短的付费可视信号如电影或是体育比赛赋予了附加的安全措施。见图3。
-用来发送RP用户辅助平台。除了用来生成IT确认系统以外,用户信号内容可视平台不是唯一一个用来获取权利的方式,这是因为要求的发送以及接下来PV权利的接收可以通过移动电话,因特网接入或是有效的电话联系来进行。
系统的运作如下:
1-用户从其平台获得一个IT,并通过在电视上的菜单中(或是因特网接入,或是移动电话的短信形式)进行选择并对其希望获得的信号内容发出一个RP指令。所需要的信息将主要是:希望购买的信号内容的选择,点数卡的号码,以及另外用来增强安全性能的信息,例如可以是点数卡上的相关密码。在利用内置调制解调器从用户平台进行操作的情况下,还可以通过在用户平台插入一张银行点数卡,该卡中已储有私人信息,这样就简化了过程,同时加强了安全性能。
2-一旦成功完成交易,将会通过和进行购买同样的方式,接收到一组数字信息,其中包含IT所需的特定的PV以及相应的RP。如果是通过用户平台来进行操作的,步骤将通过内置调制解调器以透明的方式自动进行。如果交易是通过因特网接入或是移动电话来进行的,将需要通过一个用于此用途的菜单输入一个PV信息,在电视屏幕上该菜单从用户平台中展开。
3-用户平台将利用位于CIMS电路中我们命名为A的功能通过IT和RP对PV权利进行验证。从这时起,系统将处于待机状态直至接收到ECM,它的和PV相结合的P区段将生成相应的LCW并使之生效,这样就可以收看到相应的信号内容。

该发明的较好实施
操作者的发送端是一种在进行信息内容处理时具有很大灵活性的系统。该发明只需要按照前面所述的步骤植入控制字生成器,并与这个发送端本身所具有的生成服务信息的功能相结合以便对程序进行控制,例如付费信息内容的开始和结束,信息内容的导引,等等。
因特网虚拟销售也将通过常规的方式进行,在这种情况下,将包含必要的公共密码的规则系统,以便对RP,IT,和PV讯息进行保护。对它将赋予必要的资源以支持从用户平台或是从移动电话进行自动交易。
用户平台将是基于一个MPEG2标准数字电视解码器,它可以集成于电视机中,或是单独存在。CAS条件接收系统可以内置于接收器中,或是位于一个普通界面模式中GENELEC或是NRSS ELA-679的B部分。在任何情况下,将基于一个专用应用集成电路(ASIC)中,该电路将提供前面提到的CIMS处理。用户的CAS条件接收系统同时也可以内置一个接收处理软件,它将通过在电视屏幕上所展开的菜单进行包括信息程序处理,销售点进入,安全交易,用户可视界面等功能。

Claims (7)

1、数字电视网络传播的信息内容条件接收系统,不需要在操作者发送端进行订户操作。
2、基于通过因特网销售点或是与该销售点相连接的移动电话讯息服务器进行购买而获得信息内容,也可以通过通常的标准电子贸易付费方式进行支付,比如点数卡,而不需要向操作者预订。
3、权利获得的程序,可以是基于一个集成于用户平台的调制解调器自动方式,或是通过移动电话讯息的手动方式。
4、传输渠道带宽资源的节约,这是因为消除了处理讯息和用户个人生效讯息(EMM),减少了包含信息内容的解密密钥的讯息(ECM)。
5、控制字分为HCW和LCW两部分(通过指示器P互相关联)的步骤,另外,以默认的方式在用户平台带有一个自动同步系统,使得P的一个值的存在时段与一个信息内容的有效时段相重合。
6、通过函数F的LCW半密钥组的生成在发送端和用户平台CIMS相重合。这个函数具有参数P,种子S,它们在一个有效时间段T内是不变的,比如可以是一个月。作为附加安全系统,F函数也可以在一个相对较长的时段(即使是不确定的)发生变化,并通过传输渠道对用户的CIMS进行更新。
