本发明涉及一种眼镜,其包括至少一个镜片以及两个可相对于所述镜片或相对于一配设给所述镜片的镜框绕一基本上水平的枢转轴向所述镜片内侧折叠大约180°的镜腿。
背景技术
所述类型的眼镜可从EP 02708295、FR-A-2751431或GB 2168499A1中获知。US 5457505和US 6332681中描述了具有倾斜结构的常规眼镜。
在大多数眼镜中,镜腿是通过一垂直的枢转轴的枢转接头安装的,其中为了妥善存放,所述镜腿可绕所述垂直枢转轴向内折叠。
上面的文献教导了由一水平枢转轴出发的解决方案,该解决方案尤其是用于具有一单个连续镜片的眼镜,所述镜片较强烈地弯曲并在一大的角度范围上延伸。在所述情况下,镜腿通常具有一大约与镜片相对应的曲率,从而在向内折叠起来时所述镜腿与镜片的曲线相符。
现有技术中结构的一严重的缺点在于:可能无意中错开镜腿相对于镜片部件的角度位置或者该位置根本不可调整。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是设计一种开头所述类型的眼镜以提高佩戴的舒适性。
根据本发明通过提供一倾斜装置来实现该目的,在使用眼镜时通过该倾斜装置来调整镜腿相对于镜片的角度位置,以获得一稳定的停止位置,其中该倾斜装置包含一排与各镜腿的枢转轴同心的肋和槽,以及一与它们相配合的锁止凸起,该锁止凸起设置在一至少部分向内突出的顶部镜框件的底部侧。
这样,任何使用者都能调整镜腿相对于镜片的倾斜度以使佩戴舒适,同时还可防止镜腿相对于镜片的任何因疏忽而造成的枢转。同时这一结构还很简单,该结构可以一很低的成本实现却又很美观。在该排肋和槽所跨越的角度范围以外,该锁止凸起不(与镜腿)进行卡扣接合。
该排肋和槽覆盖一上达45°的角度,这是镜腿倾斜度调整的标准范围,如果镜腿枢转超出这一角度,其将可不受任何阻力地继续向内折叠。

具体实施方式
图中所示的一副眼镜1包括两个安装在一保持一镜片3的顶部镜框件4上的镜腿2,该镜腿2可绕一基本上水平的枢转轴5沿箭头P向内折叠180°,从而该镜腿2向内折叠起来时基本上与镜片部件3的曲率相符。在本示例性的实施例中,枢转轴5位于顶部镜框件4外端部的增大部分6附近。
镜腿2的内端部7在其顶部面上包含多条肋8,其中在每两条所述肋8之间形成有一槽9。
在顶部镜框件4的顶部边缘附近,一锁止凸起10向下延伸,并与槽9以这样的方式配合:当镜腿2枢转时该锁止凸起10顺序地与槽9卡扣接合,这样就可把镜腿2调整到一相对于顶部镜框件4并从而相对于镜片3的一定的角度位置。
锁止凸起10在两侧是自由的,即顶部镜框件4上在该锁止凸起10装入的位置设有凹陷部,这改善了灵活性和锁止接合特性。
(在镜腿上)与槽9相对设有另一槽11,在镜腿完全向内枢转时利用该槽11与锁止凸起10卡扣接合以使镜腿2保持在该位置。

Claims (5)

1.一种眼镜,包括至少一个镜片以及两个可相对于所述镜片或相对于一配设给所述镜片的镜框绕一基本上水平的枢转轴向所述镜片的内侧折叠大约180°的镜腿,其特征在于,设置有一倾斜装置(8,9,10),在使用时通过所述倾斜装置来调整镜腿(2)相对于所述镜片(3)的角度位置,以获得一稳定的停止位置。
2.一种根据权利要求1的眼镜,其特征在于,所述倾斜装置(8,9,10)包括一排肋(8)和槽(9)以及一与所述肋和槽相配合的锁止凸起(10)。
3.一种根据权利要求1的眼镜,其特征在于,所述锁止凸起(10)设置在一顶部镜框件(4)上。
4.一种根据权利要求2的眼镜,其特征在于,所述肋(8)和槽(9)排形成在每个镜腿(2)的顶部面上。
5.一种根据权利要求4的眼镜,其特征在于,所述肋(8)和槽(9)排在周向上覆盖一上达45°的角度。
