背景技术
目前,捞取水源中的漂浮物、悬浮物的设备是采用粗、中、细三种格栅分级完成捞取水源中三种尺寸大小的漂浮物、悬浮物,这样就需要三种格栅和三种格栅设备占地面积,造成投入成本高,运行费用高。
发明内容
为了克服现有格栅的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种减少设备和减少设备占地面积的合体格栅除污机。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:将粗细格栅合为一体,即一种格栅同时具有粗、细两种格栅的功能。粗格栅在前、细格栅在后,粗格栅拦挡水源中大于粗格栅栅隙的漂浮物和悬浮物,细格栅拦挡水源中大于细格栅栅隙的漂浮物和悬浮物,再由做直线运动的粗、细齿耙将粗、细格栅拦挡的漂浮物和悬浮物捞出。该技术方案实现了单台格栅具有粗细两种格栅的功能。
本发明的有益效果是可有效减少设备和减少设备占地面积。

具体实施方式
该设备由左右两支撑装置(1)支撑,在左右两支撑之间的前方安装粗格栅装置(2),在粗格栅装置的后面安装细格栅装置(3),粗格栅的最小栅隙为10mm,细格栅的最小栅隙为2mm,粗格栅装置的功能是将漂浮物、悬浮物拦挡在各自的栅前,再由驱动装置(9)将动力传给链条装置(6),链条装置(6)带动粗齿耙装置(4)、细齿耙装置(5)在导轨装置(7)、导向轮装置(8)的导向作用下做回转运动,将粗格栅装置、细格栅装置的拦挡的漂浮物、悬浮物捞出。

1.一种合体格栅除污机,该设备能同时具有粗格栅、细格栅两格栅设备的功能,其特征是:将粗、细格栅合二为一。
2.根据权利要求1所述的合体格栅除污机,其特征是:粗格栅装置(2)在前、细格栅装置(3)在后,粗、细格栅装置固定在支撑上。
3.一种合体格栅除污机,其特征是:粗、细格栅装置由一套驱动装置(9)驱动。
4.根据权利要求3所述的合体格栅除污机,其特征是:粗、细格栅装置分别设置粗齿耙装置(5),细齿耙装置(4)。
