一、技术领域：
本发明涉及一种中成药，更具体地是指一种速效救心丸，适用于冠心病、心绞痛、心脏病下肢水肿等病人服用，具有成本低、疗效好、见效快、人感舒服、无热性感等特点。
二、背景技术：
目前市场上常见的治疗冠心病、心绞痛的中成药较多，如上海中药制药一厂生产的麝香保心丸，对心绞痛症状缓解的起效时间最短为30秒，最迟为30分钟，对67例病例观察，总共在5分钟内缓解占62.6％；10分钟内缓解占79.1％；15分钟内缓解占89.6％，该药的副作用个别患者服后有口干、头胀、轻度唇舌麻木感。
三、发明内容：
本发明需要解决的技术关键，在于提供一种适用于冠心病、心绞痛的中成药新配方，服用后患者能在二分钟内缓解，有一种舒服感，无口干、发热等副作用。
本发明主要有以下成份组成：
人参三七粉，三七粉能增加冠状动脉血流量、减慢心率、减少心肌耗氧量；
银杏叶膏，银杏叶能改善心脑血管功能，降低血清胆固醇，可减少心肌梗塞的发生，防止心、脑血管硬化，对冠心病、心绞痛有疗效；
万年青根粉，万年青根能增强心力，调正心动，改善循环，充实脉搏，并有利尿作用；
蟾酥粉，蟾酥具有强心利尿，镇痛回苏作用；
广姜黄粉，姜黄能行气止痛、对肝、胆、脑、血液具有消毒保护作用；
冰片粉，冰片能通窍散热，消炎止痛；
蕲蛇头粉，蕲蛇头含有蛇毒素，有抗凝血之作用，可加速血循环，载体它药能迅速发挥其疗效，该味药最好用前半头。
本发明的配伍重量比为：
人参三七粉 5～10g；
银杏叶膏 5～8g；
万年青根粉 5～8g；
蟾酥粉 3g；
广姜黄粉 5g；
冰片粉 3～4g；
蕲蛇头粉 5g。
本发明加工方法，是以银杏叶膏为丸料，先将人参三七粉、万年青根粉、蟾酥粉、广姜黄粉、冰片粉、蕲蛇头粉按上述配比混合，搅拌均匀后加入银杏叶膏，再搅拌均匀后做成丸，1.5～2g的料做成100粒丸，也就是说，上述配伍的药料，料量为31～43g，可做成约2000粒丸，每丸中含蟾酥粉为1.5‰。
四、具体实施方式：
取人参三七粉5～10g；万年青根粉5～8g；蟾酥粉3g；广姜黄粉5g；冰片粉3～4g；蕲蛇头粉5g，按上述配比混合，搅拌均匀后，加入银杏叶膏5～8g，再搅拌均匀后做成丸。1.5～2g的药料做成100粒丸。上述药料量为31～43g，可做成约2000粒丸。
本发明服量与服法为：口服一次1～2丸，日服3次，或在症状发作时服用，可吞服亦可含化。
本发明首先在1996年3月临床应用，到目前共观察病例100余例，服药后能在1～2分钟内见效，人感舒服，无热性感，无副作用。
综上所述，本发明具有增强心力、调正心动、改善心脑血管循环、充实脉搏、防止心脑血管硬化、防止心肌梗塞等功效，并有利尿消毒作用，具有成本低、疗效好、见效快、人感舒服、无副作用等特点。
Claims (4)
1.一种治疗冠心病、心绞痛的速效救心丸，其特征在于：它有人参三七粉、银杏叶膏、万年青根粉、蟾酥粉、广姜黄粉、冰片粉、蕲蛇头粉等七味中药组成。
2.一种治疗冠心病、心绞痛的速效救心丸，其特征在于它的加工方式：取人参三七粉5～10g；万年青根粉5～8g；蟾酥粉3g；广姜黄粉5g；冰片粉3～4g；蕲蛇头粉5g，按上述配比混合，搅拌均匀后，加入银杏叶膏5～8g，再搅拌均匀后做成丸，1.5～2g的药料做成100粒丸，料量31～43g，可做成约2000粒丸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗冠心病、心绞痛的速效救心丸，其特征在于：所述的蕲蛇头粉最好采用前半头。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种治疗冠心病、心绞痛的速效救心丸，其特征在于：所述的成丸，每丸中含蟾酥粉为1.5‰。
