Abstract

一种双励磁隐形无刷同步发电机,它由主电机和辅助电机同轴组装形成,其特征是,主电机转子冲片为隐凸结构,转子冲片的槽内同时连有永磁铁和电励磁绕组,电励磁绕组形成隐极磁场,永磁铁形成凸极磁场,定子电枢绕组是正弦绕组,定子中有两种辅助绕组,一种是永磁发电机绕组,另一种是单相谐波绕组,辅助电机是一个交流励磁机,交流励磁机的定子绕组是由双线下线方式形成,交流励磁机的转子是多相绕组,多相绕组整流器与主电机转子的电励磁绕组相连,形成直线供电系统,发电机整体为无刷结构。本发明实现了无刷结构,自励可靠、强励能力大,励磁控制能量小,动态特征优异,电磁兼容性强,适应各类负载使用。

                      技术领域
本发明涉及一种双励磁隐极无刷同步电机。
                      背景技术
目前的内燃机中小无刷同步发电机,大多是凸极结构的发电机。但凸极结构发电机具有磁场形状设计及工艺实现难,加工设备要求高。转子绕组固定和散热等难题,经常会出现转子质量问题。另外,其励磁源的设计为更好满足不同负载使用的要求,提高电能品质,典型结构是主发电机、交流励磁机、永磁发电机(付励磁机)三机同轴结构,这种结构使发电机轴向长度长,结构复杂。强励和动态性能受到限制。
                      发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种双励磁隐极无刷同步发电机,它不会产生凸极转子甩线包等问题,转子温升均匀。
本发明是这样来实现的,它由主电机和辅助电机同轴组装形成,其特征是,主电机转子冲片为隐凸结构,转子冲片的槽内同时连有永磁铁和电励磁绕组,电励磁绕组形成隐极磁场,永磁铁形成凸极磁场,定子电枢绕组是正弦绕组,定子中有两种辅助绕组,一种是永磁发电机绕组,另一种是单相谐波绕组,辅助电机是一个交流励磁机,交流励磁机的定子绕组是由双线下线方式形成,交流励磁机的转子是多相绕组,多相绕组整流器与主电机转子的电励磁绕组相连,形成直线供电系统,发电机整体为无刷结构。
本发明实现了无刷结构,自励可靠、强励能力大,励磁控制能量小,动态特征优异,电磁兼容性强,适应各类负载使用。

如图1所示,U、V、W、N为发电机定子电枢绕组;S1S2为定子谐波绕组;a1a2a3为永磁发电机绕组;E1E2E3为双线励磁绕组;F1F2为主机转子励磁绕组;b1b2b3b4b5为励磁机转子多相绕组;NS为永磁铁;Z1、Z2、Z3为整流器,本发明由主电机和辅助电机同轴组装形成,主电机转子(2)冲片为隐凸结构,转子冲片的槽内连有永磁铁形成凸极磁场,发电机定子电枢绕组是正弦绕组,定子(1)中有两种辅助绕组,一种是永磁发电机绕组,另一种是单相谐波绕组,辅助电机是一个交流励磁机,交流励磁机的定子绕组是由双线励磁绕组形成,交流励磁机的转子是多相绕组,多相绕组整流器与主电机转子的磁电励绕组相连。形成直流供电系统,发电机整体为无刷结构。

1、一种双励磁隐形无刷同步发电机,它由主电机和辅助电机同轴组装形成,其特征是,主电机转子冲片为隐凸结构,转子冲片的槽内同时连有永磁铁和电励磁绕组,电励磁绕组形成隐极磁场,永磁铁形成凸极磁场,定子电枢绕组是正弦绕组,定子中有两种辅助绕组,一种是永磁发电机绕组,另一种是单相谐波绕组,辅助电机是一个交流励磁机,交流励磁机的定子绕组是由双线下线方式形成,交流励磁机的转子是多相绕组,多相绕组整流器与主电机转子的电励磁绕组相连。
