Abstract

直联式散热器是一种新型的室内采暖散热器。它将现有从旁路连接散热器的方式改为与垂直主采暖管道直接连接散热器的方式。解决了占用大量室内使用面积的问题。本散热器(见图1)的通水或通气管道和散热板是一个整体,其两端通过连接管件与垂直主采暖管道对接。可采用强制通风提高散热效应。本散热器可采用挤压技术批量生产。本散热器在新建筑或管道可以改造的场合适用。对于现有的采暖管道可以采用本发明的附着式散热器。附着式散热器(见图2)的散热体(件1)通过固定卡盘(件2)直接附着在垂直主采暖管道上,其结构特点与上述直联式散热器相同。该发明显著减少占用室内使用面积、结构简单、散热效果好、成本低廉、安装方便。

背景技术  现有室内采暖均采用以管件从主采暖管道引出旁路连接散热器的方式。传统铸铁散热器在室内装修时为了美观大多加装暖气罩,占用了可观的室内使用面积,也降低了采暖效果。近年出现的多种装饰性散热器,虽然摆脱了加装暖气罩的弊端,但从结构原理上仍属旁路连接散热器,仍占用相当的室内使用面积。本直联式散热器正是为了克服旁路连接散热器的缺点而产生的。
发明内容  本实用新型正是为了解决上述散热器存在的缺点而产生的。它的结构特点是:抛弃从主采暖管道引出旁路连接散热器的方式,采用与垂直主采暖管道直接连接散热器的方式。本散热器(见图1)的通水或通气管道和散热板是一个整体,其两端通过连接管件与主采暖管道对接,结构简单安装方便。其散热板形成的通道是加长竖直的,从而加大了空气对流压差,增大了空气流量,提高了散热效应。必要时采用强制通风,进一步提高散热效应,同时也促进了室内空气的流通。本散热器的竖直设置显著减少了现有散热器占用的室内使用面积。本散热器的结构直线性有利于采用挤压技术批量生产降低产品成本,其结构和装饰性外观可以采用多种形式。本散热器在新建筑或管道可以改造的场合适用,对于现有的采暖管道可以采用本实用新型的附着式散热器。附着式散热器(见图2)的散热体(件1)通过固定卡盘(件2)直接附着在垂直主采暖管道上,其结构特点与上述直联式散热器相同。
具体实施方式  本散热器可以采用挤压技术批量生产,适用新建筑或管道可以改造的场合,对于现有的采暖管道可以采用本实用新型的附着式散热器。

Claims (6)

1.直联式散热器采用与垂直主采暖管道直接连接散热器的方式。
2.本散热器的通水或通气管道和散热板是一个整体,其两端通过连接管件与垂直主采暖管道对接。
3.加长竖直的散热板空气通道增大了空气对流流量,提高了散热效应。
4.采用强制通风提高散热效应。
5.本散热器的结构直线性允许采用挤压技术批量生产。其结构和装饰性外观可以采用多种形式。
6.附着式散热器的散热体通过固定卡盘直接附着在垂直主采暖管道上。
