Abstract

本发明涉及一种人粪粒状肥料及其生产方法,本发明由下述成分组成,其重量份为:人粪60~70%,石灰粉10~15%,禾杆粉或谷壳粉或者是杂草粉20~30%。其生产方法是:(1)在人粪中,加入石灰粉、禾杆粉或谷壳粉或者是杂草粉,拌匀,自然发酵48~72小时;(2)成型,100~150℃烘干,即得粒状肥料。本发明利用城市废弃的人体粪便,石灰粉、禾杆粉或谷壳粉或者是杂草粉均廉价易得,由工业化密封生产,不会造成第二次污染,具有工艺简便、成本低、无臭味、方便运输、方便使用、保留了人粪原有成分的特点。经检测,符合国家农业部NY525-2002标准。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种人粪粒状肥料及其生产方法。
背景技术
目前,人体粪便通常直接用于果树、农作物、蔬菜等施肥。中国专利申请号93101916.8公开了一种人粪颗粒肥生产方法,包括粪便粗滤、发酵、分离、脱水、造粒和烘干等,先将人粪原料,经过滤器滤除残渣,然后进入发酵池,在半嫌气和温度为25-35℃下进行发酵腐热,在滤液中加入沉淀剂,产生沉淀物,待原料颜色变暗绿色后,在粪水分离处理后的发酵物和沉淀物中加入保氮除臭剂,经搅拌机搅拌,进入沙盘控干器控干,再进入干燥器烘干,经造粒机造粒,制成成品。其工艺较复杂,因粪水分离处理后,人粪中的养份会相对减少。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种工艺简便,成本低的人粪粒状肥料及其生产方法。
本发明可由如下方式来实现:本发明由下述成份组成,其重量份为:人类60~70%,石灰粉10~15%,禾杆粉或谷壳粉或者是杂草粉20~30%。其生产方法是:(1)在人粪中,加入石灰粉、禾杆粉或谷壳粉或者是杂草粉,拌匀,自然发酵48~72小时;(2)成型,100~150℃烘干,即得粒状肥料。
本发明利用城市废弃的人体粪便,石灰粉、禾杆粉或谷壳粉或者是杂草粉均廉价易得,由工业化密封生产,不会造成第二次污染,具有工艺简便、成本低、无臭味、方便运输、方便使用、有利环保的特点。经检测,符合国家农业部NY525-2002标准。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明作进一步的描述,但不代表其为本发明的唯一实施方式。
实施例一
由环保吸粪车将化粪池内的人体粪便收集,经多层网筛过滤,除去粪便中的杂物,排到渗透池,有利于排出多余的水份,防止粪便因水浸泡时间过长而失去营养成份。在发酵桶内,加入60kg人粪、15kg石灰粉和25kg禾秆粉,搅拌均匀,自然发酵72小时后;通过管道输送到挤压机成型,经100℃红外线烘干,得到粒状肥料。石灰粉具有杀菌、消毒、腐烂植物纤维的作用。禾秆粉是用禾秆碾成的粉,经石灰粉腐热,用于吸收粪便中的养份,防止养份流失。
实施例二
由环保吸粪车将化粪池内的人体粪便收集,经多层网筛过滤,除去粪便中的杂物,排到渗透池,有利于排出多余的水份,防止粪便因水浸泡时间过长而失去营养成份。在发酵桶内,加入65kg人粪、15kg石灰粉和20kg谷壳粉,搅拌均匀,自然发酵60小时后;通过管道输送到挤压机成型,经150℃加热烘干,得到粒状肥料。谷壳粉是用谷壳碾成的粉,它吸收粪便中的养分,防止养分流失。
实施例三
由环保吸粪车将化粪池内的人体粪便收集,经多层网筛过滤,除去粪便中的杂物,排到渗透池,有利于排出多余的水份,防止粪便因水浸泡时间过长而失去营养成份。在发酵桶内,加入70kg人粪、10kg石灰粉和20kg杂草粉,搅拌均匀,自然发酵48小时后;通过管道输送到挤压机成型,经120℃加热风干,得到粒状肥料。杂草粉是用杂草碾成的粉,它吸收粪便中的养份,防止养份流失。
经检验,本发明氮含量2.4%,五氧化二磷含量0.6%,氧化钾含量1.1%,有机质含量80%,符合国家农业部NY525-2002标准。
本发明用于施肥时,可直接用于果树、农作物、蔬菜等施肥;也可以将粒状肥料加水浸泡,搅拌后,施肥。

Claims (2)

1、一种人粪粒状肥料,其特征在于由下述成份组成,其重量份为:人粪60~70%,石灰粉10~15%,禾杆粉或谷壳粉或者是杂草粉20~30%。
2、依权利要求1所述的人粪粒状肥料的生产方法,其特征在于:
(1)在人粪中,加入石灰粉、禾杆粉或谷壳粉或者是杂草粉,拌匀,自然发酵48~72小时;
(2)成型,100~150℃烘干,即得粒状肥料。
