Description
本发明涉及一种磁性筹码塑料专用制造配方。目前国内娱乐业使用的筹码品种很多。主要有金属和塑料二大类，采用金属制造的筹码。制造成本高，用塑料制造的筹码比重小，强度手感不佳。金属和塑料制成的筹码，都易被仿制，而难以推广。
本发明的目的在于提供一种筹码专用塑料材料，该塑料材料除具有比重适宜，强度高，手感佳，具有磁性密码功能，在签别仪中可识别真伪，不易被仿制。
本发明配方如下：
塑料PET33％、POE15％。硫酸钡40.5％硬脂酸锌1.5％、AT-10抗氧化剂2％、AT168抗氧化剂1％、钛白粉2％、铁磁质粉末5％。下面结合配方具体说明本发明：
以PET为基础材料。加入POE以增强材料的韧性，硫酸钡是增大材料的比重，硬脂酸锌的作用在于塑料注塑时起润滑作用，AF-10、AT168抗氧化剂的作用是提高材料的抗氧化性能，钛白粉可以提高材料的质感，加入铁磁性物质粉未作用是材料在磁化后能产生磁性。
本发明中材料的磁性密码是5％的铁磁性物质在产品成形后经磁化得以实观的。
Claims (3)
1、一种娱乐业磁性筹码专用塑料制造配方，其组成为：塑料PET33％、POE15％、硫酸钡40.5％、硬脂酸锌1.5％、AT-10抗氧化剂2％、AT168抗氧化剂1％、钛白粉2％、铁磁性物质粉末5％。
2、根据权利要求1所述的配方，其特征在于材料中硫酸钡40.5％
3、根据权利要求1所述的配方，其特征在于材料中铁磁性物质粉末5％。
