Abstract

本发明涉及建筑领域的园林绿化技术。随着城市化进程的加快,城市的石屎森林热岛效应更加明显,为增加绿地面积,对屋顶绿化,天台绿化的需求更加强烈,因为城市里很多屋顶荷载能力小的旧式楼房屋顶的绿化,及开发商出于经济成本的考虑对绿化的要求,使传统的绿化技术,显得不适用。本发明提供一种景天科植物玉吊钟屋顶绿化技术,用以解决城市各类型屋顶的楼面绿化问题,该技术包括制作框架、种植、扦插、叶插等步骤,具有重量轻、适用范围广,建造及维护成本低廉,不对环境造成破坏;外形美观的优点。

玉吊钟屋顶绿化技术
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑领域的园林绿化技术。
背景技术
随着经济的飞速发展,城市化进程的加快,一栋栋高楼大厦拔地而起,城市的石屎森林热岛效应更加明显,为增加绿地面积,对屋顶绿化,天台绿化等的需求更加强烈,目前屋顶绿化的应用技术主要集中在种植基质的改良及新型屋面的应用,新的野生绿化资源植物发掘及应用方面,仅见有景天科植物佛甲草的应用。
但是,这些传统的绿化技术,对于城市里为数不少的旧式楼房屋顶的绿化来说,就显得不适合,因为,这些楼房的屋顶荷载能力小,对于,城市中新建的楼房,房地产开发商,一般都有进行屋顶绿化的规定和要求,开发商出于经济成本上的考虑,也需要重量轻、成本低的屋顶绿化技术,这些要求是目前的屋顶绿化技术所不能解决的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种建造重量轻、成本低廉的景天科植物玉吊钟屋顶及其绿化技术,用以解决城市各类型屋顶的楼面绿化问题,以增加城市绿化面积,改善环境质量。
本发明所提供的屋顶绿化技术实施方案包括如下:
依据屋顶需要绿化的面积,先用约2-3cm厚的木方条制成简易框架,中间分隔为长40-50cm的方框,然后固定在楼面上,在框架内铺上15-20mm厚的泥炭土、沙壤土混合物作为植物的生长层,泥炭土、和沙壤土的体积比为1∶1,然后按下法操作:
1)、取下玉吊钟葡匐茎上的生根小植株植入种植土中;
2)、扦插时,剪取4-5cm长的肥厚充实的顶端茎,切口干燥后插于种植土中,约7天可生根;
3)、叶插时,切取单叶,切口晾干后,斜插入土,插后10天左右长出新根,约30天长出小植株,浇水保持土壤湿润约1个月,此后可适当的修剪或摘心,以控制其高度及促进分枝,此外,无需其它后期管理。
原理:从生理生态学原理看,该植物为一肉质植物,具有强大的耐旱耐瘠耐浅薄土壤能力,适于建造薄土层的轻型屋顶植被;从生物学原理看,该植物植株低矮,葡匐根及茎上易于形成数量众多生根小植株,茎、叶亦可作为繁殖材料,繁殖材料丰富,繁殖容易,易于形成新植被。
优点:
1、重量轻,选用的基质材料及种植材料均较轻较小,且是建造薄土层植被,因而形成的屋顶植被重量非常轻,所增加的屋顶复荷非常小;
2、适用范围广,因所形成的屋顶重量轻,适用于所有类型的屋顶绿化;
3、建造及维护成本低廉,所用材料容易取得,价格便宜,所选植物抗逆性和适应能力强,基本无需后期管理;
4、该技术符合环保要求,所用材料均为天然生物材料,绿化屋顶,保护了环境,不对环境造成破坏;
5、外形美观,植株低矮,仅高20-30cm,茎叶密生,叶色亮丽多变,开花时,亭立的花序,盛开朵朵橙色小花,异常诱人,甚为美观。
本发明所述的玉吊钟屋顶绿化技术,是因人居环境改善的需求而产生,也是环境保护的有力措施,可以予计市场前景广阔。理由如下:
城市有为数不少的旧式楼房屋顶,这些屋顶荷灾能力小,无法进行传统方法的屋顶绿化,因而对重量轻、施工易、管理粗放的新型屋顶绿化技术有较大的需求。
新的房地产开发一般都有进行屋顶绿化的规定和要求,房地产商新开发房地产时,出于经济成本的考虑,对于重量轻、建造及维护成本低廉、环保美观的新型屋顶绿化技术有较强烈的需求。
本发明所涉及的技术实施操作简单,材料易于取得,成本低廉,可先在城市居民小区设置示范点,使居民切身感受,让用户评价、应用,进一步推向市场。
具体实施方式:
1、中科院华南植物园环保楼顶,面积20m2
依据屋顶需要绿化的面积,先用约2cm厚的木方条制成简易框架,中间分隔为长50cm的方框,然后固定在楼面上,在框架内铺上15-20mm厚的泥炭土、沙壤土混合物作为植物的生长层,泥炭土、和沙壤土的体积比为1∶1,然后按下法操作:
1)、取下玉吊钟葡匐茎上的生根小植株植入种植土中;
2)、扦插时,剪取4-5cm长的肥厚充实的顶端茎,切口干燥后插于种植土中,约7天可生根;
3)、叶插时,切取单叶,切口晾干后,斜插入土,插后10天左右长出新根,约30天长出小植株,浇水保持土壤湿润约1个月,此后可适当的修剪或摘心,以控制其高度及促进分枝,此外,无需其它后期管理。

1、一种玉吊钟屋顶绿化技术,其特征在于采用景天科植物玉吊钟作屋顶绿化材料,用以解决城市各类型屋顶的楼面绿化问题,屋顶绿化技术实施方案包括如下:
依据屋顶需要绿化的面积,先用2-3cm厚的木方条制成简易框架,中间分隔为长40-50cm的方框,然后固定在楼面上,在框架内铺上15-20mm厚的泥炭土、沙壤土混合物作为植物的生长层,然后按下法操作:
1)、取下玉吊钟葡匐茎上的生根小植株植入种植土中;
2)、扦插时,剪取4-5cm长的肥厚充实的顶端茎,切口干燥后插于种植土中,7天可生根;
