Abstract

本发明涉及用于制冷、空调、化工等工业中的吸收器,特别涉及一种膜反转板式降膜型吸收器。它包括溶液分配器、吸收液及多排内置冷却介质的板式冷却元件,其特点是,处于被吸收气体间的板式冷却元件由多排组成,临排之间叉开排列,其板壁侧与相界面侧有部分重叠;通过溶液分配器使吸收液在第一排板式元件上形成降膜,沿板流下的液膜在板壁侧和相界面侧之间形成交替反转。这样的膜反转板式降膜型吸收器可使吸收产生的热量良好地传递给冷却介质,增大吸收势差,增强传热传质效果。膜反转板式降膜型吸收器将比现有的降膜型吸收器传热系数大、吸收率高50%左右,而且结构紧凑,体积小。是一种新型的高效紧凑的降膜型吸收器。

膜反转板式降膜型吸收器
技术领域
本发明涉及用于制冷、空调、化工等工业中的吸收器,特别涉及一种膜反转板式降膜型吸收器。
背景技术
目前,制冷、空调与化工等行业中所使用的降膜型吸收器以管壳式喷淋降膜形式为主。在管壳式喷淋降膜型吸收器中,如图1所示,吸收液体通过喷嘴部分喷淋到下面的前排管束上,并且依此由前一排管束流到下面一排管束上,液体沿管壁3外呈液膜1下流。被吸收介质为气体,充满管与管之间的空间4,在与管壁上吸收液液膜接触时被吸收入膜。由于吸收时一般要释放吸收热,使液膜温度升高、吸收能力减弱,因而管内通有冷却介质2,用于冷却液膜,增强其吸收能力。为了加强膜内扰动以增强吸收,管上可以有沟槽、褶皱、花纹、突起等。
近年来,板式降膜吸收器渐渐出现,比较管壳式喷淋降膜形式它传热传质效果好、高效紧凑。与管壳式喷淋降膜型吸收器所不同在于:板式降膜吸收器由竖板冷却元件代替管式冷却元件,而且形成降膜大多采用溶液分配器。为了增强吸收,板上有沟槽、褶皱、花纹、突起等,如图2所示,1为液膜,2为冷却介质,4为被吸收气体充满板式冷却元件之间的空间,5为板壁。
目前有一种管式降膜吸收器,在上下两管间装有导流板6,使上排管靠近管壁3的液膜内侧流体流到下排管时被反转到外侧,同时上排管靠近相界面的液膜1外侧流体到下排管被反转到管壁一侧,这样使主要在相界面产生的吸收热易于被管内冷却介质2吸收,吸收率可提高,该吸收器中用了膜反转技术,见图3,图中4为被吸收气体充满管式冷却元件之间的空间。
发发明内容
本发明的目的是将板式降膜吸收和膜反转技术相结合,开发一种新形式的传热传质效果好、高效、结构紧凑的膜反转板式降膜吸收器。
本发明的技术方案是这样来实现的,一种膜反转板式降膜型吸收器,它包括溶液分配器、吸收液及多排内置冷却介质的板式冷却元件,其特点是,处于被吸收气体间的板式冷却元件由多排组成,临排之间叉开排列,其板壁侧与相界面侧有部分重叠;通过溶液分配器使吸收液在第一排板式元件上形成降膜,沿板流下的液膜在板壁侧和相界面侧之间形成交替反转。
这样的膜反转板式降膜型吸收器可使吸收产生的热量良好地传递给冷却介质,增大吸收势差,增强传热传质效果。膜反转板式降膜型吸收器将比现有的降膜型吸收器传热系数大、吸收率高50%左右,而且结构紧凑,体积小。是一种新型的高效紧凑的降膜型吸收器

具体实施方式
由图4所示,一种膜反转板式降膜型吸收器,它包括溶液分配器、吸收液及多排内置冷却介质的板式冷却元件,其特点是,处于被吸收气体间的板式冷却元件由多排组成,在陆排之间叉开排列,其板壁侧5与相界面侧7有部分重叠;通过溶液分配器使吸收液在第一排板式元件上形成降膜,使降膜沿板流下,在下降过程中液膜的靠板壁侧液体和靠相界面侧流体交替反转,这样可使吸收产生的热量良好地传递给冷却介质,增大吸收势差,增强传热传质效果。

1、一种膜反转板式降膜型吸收器,它包括溶液分配器、吸收液及多排内置冷却介质的板式冷却元件,其特征在于,处于被吸收气体间的板式冷却元件在临排之间叉开排列,其板壁侧与相界面侧有部分重叠;通过溶液分配器使吸收液在第一排板式元件上形成降膜,沿板流下的液膜在板壁侧和相界面侧之间形成交替反转。
