19, oil soluble lubricating additives bag as claimed in claim 13, wherein said at least a dispersion agent is a kind of mannich reaction product.
20, oil soluble lubricating additives bag as claimed in claim 13, wherein said at least a dispersion agent are a kind of ethylene-propylene type dispersion agents.
