Abstract
A sodium hydrosulphite powder for dyeing, printing, bleaching, etc is prepared from thiourea dioxide (CH4N2O2S) (20-40 wt.%) and sodium chloride (NaCl) (60-80 wt.%). Its advantages are high stability and reducing power, and no damage to human body.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to novel sodium hydrosulfite which is mainly used for dyeing denim yarn and bleaching cotton, wool and chemical fiber or used as a reducing agent of dye.
Background
The sodium hydrosulfite in the prior art is usually prepared by adding a certain amount of powdery sodium carbonate and sodium benzoate into sodium hydrosulfite and uniformly mixing the three powdery substances through mechanical stirring, for example, the manufactured sodium hydrosulfite is the case of the flame-retardant sodium hydrosulfite manufacturing method disclosed in the Chinese patent CN 1033667A. However, the sodium hydrosulfite has the following defects:
1. the sodium hydrosulfite is unstable, is easy to generate heat when being wetted, is easy to decompose, and is decomposed more quickly after being dissolved in water, so that the reduction capability is reduced.
2. Sodium dithionite is a carcinogen and harmful to human body.
3. The decomposition speed is high in the using process, when the temperature of the reducing liquid reaches 50 ℃, 20% of loss exists in three seconds, and when the temperature reaches 80 ℃, 50% of loss exists in three seconds, so that in actual use, in order to enable the reducing liquid to have required reducing power in a dye bath, the using amount of the sodium hydrosulfite greatly exceeds the theoretical using amount.
4. The sewage discharged after use has high pollution content, and has adverse effect on the environment.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide novel sodium hydrosulfite which has good stability, strong reducing power, no heating when being wetted and no harm to human bodies.
The technical scheme for realizing the purpose is as follows: a novel sodium hydrosulfite comprises thiourea dioxide CH4N2O2S and sodium chloride (NaCl), wherein the weight percentages of the two components are as follows: 20 to 40 percent of thiourea dioxide and 60 to 80 percent of sodium chloride.
After the technical scheme is adopted, the sodium hydrosulfite consists of thiourea dioxide and sodium chloride, and the thiourea dioxide is decomposed into urea and hyposulfuric acid with strong reducibility in an alkaline solution, so that the sodium hydrosulfite can be used for replacing common sodium hydrosulfite to be applied to vat dye dyeing, the reduction potential value reduction speed is about one fifth of that of the common sodium hydrosulfite, and the sodium chloride has the effects of a dyeing accelerant and a stabilizer, so that the sodium hydrosulfite disclosed by the invention is low in decomposition speed, good in stability, free from ignition when meeting impact and safe to store. Meanwhile, thiourea dioxide and sodium chloride are non-carcinogenic substances, are harmless to human bodies, and harmful ingredients in discharged sewage are greatly lower than those in common sodium hydrosulfite, so that the environment is protected.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to examples.
A novel sodium hydrosulfite comprises thiourea dioxide (CH)4N2O2S) and sodium chloride (NaCl),the weight percentages of the two components are as follows: 20 to 40 percent of thiourea dioxide and 60 to 80 percent of sodium chloride.
Example one
300g of thiourea dioxide powder and 700g of sodium chloride powder are mixed and evenly stirred to prepare the sodium hydrosulfite.
Example two
250g of thiourea dioxide powder and 750g of sodium chloride powder are mixed and evenly stirred to prepare the sodium hydrosulfite.
EXAMPLE III
350g of thiourea dioxide powder and 650g of sodium chloride powder are mixed and evenly stirred to prepare the sodium hydrosulfite.
The principle of the strong reduction method of thiourea dioxide is as follows:
thiourea dioxide decomposes in alkaline solution to urea and strongly reducing hyposulphuric acid.
The sodium chloride in the novel sodium hydrosulfite can be used as an acceleratingagent and a stabilizing agent, so that the stability of the sodium hydrosulfite is enhanced, and the storage of the sodium hydrosulfite is facilitated.
The novel sodium hydrosulfite is white crystalline powder, is tasteless and is easily soluble in water.
The invention can be used for denim dyeing, bleaching of cotton, wool and chemical fiber, reducing agent of vat dye and sulfur dye, printing of disperse dye, stripping of textile, and in addition, the invention can be used for reprocessing or removing floating color.
