Abstract
本发明涉及一种植物生长液肥,尤其是一种以己酸二乙氨基乙醇酯与微量元素复配的叶面肥的配方及其制备方法。它是由己酸二乙氨基乙醇酯和微量元素为主要活性原料复配溶于水后而构成的水剂。其配比为:己酸二乙氨基乙醇酯0.5-10%。微量元素中两种或两种以上的含量总和为5.0-25%,水:40-94.5%。该产品制备方法简单,原料易得,溶液稳定可长时间放置,无毒、无害、无残留,成本低,便于大规模推广应用,增产效果明显。通过对植物生长影响和补充多种微量元素,可促进植物营养生长和生殖生长,平衡植物生长,提高植物体内核酸、蛋白质、过氧化物酶等的含量,提高作物的抗病、抗逆能力。

技术领域:本发明涉及一种植物生长液肥,尤其是一种以己酸二乙氨基乙醇酯与微量元素为活性原料复配的叶面肥的配方及其制备方法。
背景技术:目前农业生产中使用的液肥中大都是单纯的微量元素,很少是微量元素与植物生长调节剂复配的,这样就造成了叶面肥料效果不明显,植物对微量元素吸收不好,达不到给植物补充微量元素的目的,造成肥效低效、慢效,甚至无效。
发明内容:本发明的目的在于提供一种以己酸二乙氨基乙醇酯与微量元素复配而成的叶面肥的配方及其制备方法,解决了植物对微量元素吸收不好,造成肥效低效、慢效,甚至无效等问题。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:它是由己酸二乙氨基乙醇酯和微量元素锌、硼、锰、铁、铜、钼为主要活性原料,复配溶于水后而构成的水剂,其配比:己酸二乙氨基乙醇酯0.5-10%,锌、硼、锰、铁、铜、钼中两种或两种以上的含量总和为5.0-25%,水:40-94.5%,其制备方法:选料己酸二乙氨基乙醇酯、微量元素锌、硼、锰、铁、铜、钼中两种或两种以上的总和、水它们的重量之比为0.05-1.0∶0.5-2.5∶4.0-9.45,微量元素锌、硼、锰、铁、铜、钼元素是用其硫酸盐、硝酸盐或其氯化物,硼是用硼酸或硼砂,钼是用钼酸铵或钼酸钠,先溶解己酸二乙氨基乙醇酯,呈澄清液,然后依次溶解微量元素,一种溶解完全后再溶解另外一种,最后用酸调整PH值在3-6之间。该发明制备方法简单,原料易得,溶液稳定可长时间放置。安全系数高,无毒、无害、无残留,使用浓度安全幅度大,复配过程易于把握,成本低,投入产出比可高达1∶30-1∶200,便于大规模的推广应用,增产效果明显。通过对植物生长影响和补充多种微量元素,可以促进植物营养生长和生殖生长、平衡植物生长,提高植物体内核酸、蛋白质、过氧化物酶等的含量,提高作物的抗病,抗逆能力,最终达到提高产量,改善作物品质,增产增收的目的。
具体实施方式:下面是本发明的具体实施例,实施例一,选料:用1000L的反应釜,取己酸二乙氨基乙醇酯8kg、硫酸锌300kg、硼酸40kg、硫酸锰150kg、硫酸亚铁50kg、水452kg,将452kg水加入反应釜中,先将己酸二乙氨基乙醇酯8kg溶解呈澄清液,然后依次溶解硫酸锌300kg、硼酸40kg、硫酸锰150kg、硫酸亚铁50kg,搅拌均匀呈清液。用盐酸调节PH值至3.5,搅拌均匀。用上述溶液可分别适用于大豆、花生、油菜等作物上,稀释800倍,叶面喷施。
实施例二,选料:用1000L的反应釜,取己酸二乙氨基乙醇酯20kg、硝酸锌250kg、硼酸40kg、硝酸锰120kg、硝酸亚铁50kg、水520kg,将520kg水加入反应釜中,先将己酸二乙氨基乙醇酯20kg溶解呈清液,然后依次溶解硝酸锌250kg、硼酸40kg、硝酸锰120kg、硝酸亚铁50kg,搅拌均匀呈清液,用稀硝酸调节PH值至3.2,搅拌均匀。用上述溶液可分别在黄瓜、南瓜、西葫芦等作用上,稀释2000倍,叶面喷施。
实施例三,选料:用1000L反应釜,取己酸二乙氨基乙酸酯30kg、氯化锌150kg、硼酸40kg、氯化锰40kg、氯化亚铁20kg、氯化铜20kg、水750kg,将750kg水加入反应釜,先将己酸二乙氨基乙醇酯30kg溶解呈清液,然后依次溶解氯化锌150kg、硼酸40kg、氯化锰40kg、氯化亚铁20kg、氯化铜20kg,搅拌均匀呈清液,用稀盐酸调节PH值至4.0,搅拌均匀。用上述溶液可分别在叶菜类、粮食作物、瓜秧等农作物上稀释3000倍,叶面喷施。

1、一种己酸二乙氨基乙醇酯与微量元素叶面肥配方及其制备方法,其特征在于:它是由己酸二乙氨基乙醇酯和微量元素锌、硼、锰、铁、铜、钼为主要活性原料复配溶于水后而构成的水剂,其配比:己酸二乙氨基乙醇酯0.5-10%,锌、硼、锰、铁、铜、钼中两种或两种以上的含量总和为5.0-25%,水:40-94.5%。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种己酸二乙氨基乙醇酯与微量元素叶面肥配方及其制备方法,其特征在于:它的制备方法是选料己酸二乙氨基乙醇酯、微量元素锌、硼、锰、铁、铜、钼中两种或两种以上的总和、水它们的重量之比为0.05-1.0∶0.5-2.5∶4.0-9.45,先溶解己酸二乙氨基乙醇酯,呈澄清液,然后依次溶解微量元素,一种溶解完后再溶解另外一种,最后用酸调整PH值在3-6之间。
3、根据权利要求2所述的一种己酸二乙氨基乙醇酯与微量元素叶面肥配方及其制备方法,其特征在于:微量元素锌、硼、锰、铁、铜、钼元素是用其硫酸盐、硝酸盐或其氯化物,硼是用硼酸或硼砂,钼是用钼酸铵或钼酸钠。
