技术领域
本发明涉及压缩机唇形密封件的润滑。本发明尤其涉及一种贮存和排液系统,其用于充分地润滑该压缩机唇形密封件,同时不使唇形密封件过饱和润滑。
背景技术
例如形式为用于运输车辆的制冷设备的制冷系统在最简单的形式中包括压缩机、冷凝器、膨胀装置和蒸发器,它们顺序地连接以形成密封的制冷循环回路。在使用往复式压缩机的系统中,这些系统必须用润滑油来润滑,该润滑油与该压缩机压缩的制冷剂相混合。
典型的往复式压缩机包括在气缸内往复运动的活塞,以便机械地压缩气态制冷剂。可设置适当的集管和阀,以便当活塞下冲程过程将气体吸入到气缸内,当活塞上冲程时压缩该气体。
在这种压缩机中使用油,以便润滑各个部件和在其间的界面。为了在开式驱动结构的压缩机中保持制冷剂压力,在这种结构中驱动源外接到压缩机上,其中使用了机械式轴密封装置。压缩机的油泵采用了油膜来密封,以防止加压气体泄漏并在运行过程中润滑该密封件的端面。例如,机械式轴密封装置可使用在压缩机的曲轴上,其中曲轴在填料盖板附近离开压缩机曲轴箱。这种压缩机的曲轴箱还可采用附加的密封件,通常为唇形密封件,以便防止压缩机外界的致污物进入。因此,唇形密封件通常是保护压缩机内部运转的最后防护,该唇形密封件在机械式轴密封装置的外侧并通常位于填料盖板组件处。
在现有技术中,唇形密封件具有过早磨损的趋势,并且需要进行压缩机维护。由于曲轴和唇形密封件之间的摩擦引起的过早磨损导致污物进入到压缩机的腔室中,从而损坏了压缩机的内部机构,和/或使得油泄漏到到压缩机的外部。
发明内容
本发明的一目的在于提高压缩机唇形密封件的寿命。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种润滑该压缩机唇形密封件的机构,以便提高该唇形密封件的寿命且减少压缩机的维护。
本发明的又一目的在于,通过提供一种控制该唇形密封件接受的润滑剂的量的机构,从而润滑该压缩机唇形密封件,但是不使其过度润滑。
本发明的又一目的在于,在唇形密封件附近设置贮存部和排液通道,以便提供充分的润滑,而不是过量的润滑。
本发明的这些和其它的目的通过使用依据本发明的使用润滑剂来润滑具有耐磨表面的曲轴唇形密封件的系统从而实现,其中该润滑剂用于该曲轴。该系统包括:压缩机壳体部分,其中该唇形密封件固定在该压缩机壳体部分中,以便与该曲轴接合;以及在该压缩机壳体部分中用于向该唇形密封件耐磨表面提供充分润滑的结构。在优选实施例中,该结构包括具有内贮存部的孔,该贮存部用于保持该润滑剂与该唇形密封件接触。为了控制在该贮存部中的润滑剂的量,设置有一通道,该通道定向成便于保持贮油,以供应润滑剂。

具体实施方式
本发明在以下的详细描述中涉及用于空调或制冷系统的往复式压缩机。尽管结合在空调或制冷系统中的制冷回路示出了压缩机的结构并进行了相关的描述,但是应当理解,油收集、润滑、和导流的方法可等效地适用于其它形式的压缩机、泵和其它应用场合。
参照图1,所示的压缩机10包括壳体12。工作活塞14安装成以便在气缸16内往复运动。每一活塞借助连杆20连接到曲轴18上。连杆20围绕曲轴18的偏置部分22固定。曲轴18包括配重部分24,以便对曲轴中的旋转不均匀性进行配平。该曲轴安装在套筒28内,并且在该套筒内旋转,且穿过壳体12的轴密封腔26。
参照图2和图4,在曲轴离开壳体12的位置处详细地示出了曲轴密封机构31。曲轴18穿过机械式轴密封弹簧组件45、轴端面密封件29、33、填料盖板32、和具有耐磨表面39的唇形密封件38。如图3所示,填料盖板垫圈35用于防止壳体与填料盖板之间的渗漏。端面密封件33呈大致圆柱体的形状,并且具有O形圈36,该O形圈在填料盖板32的内径A内保持固定。唇形密封件38在较小的内径B的位置处固定在填料盖板32内,靠近内径A但是与内径A的位置处间隔开,该唇形密封件具有防止污物进入到轴密封腔内的功能。内盘形间隔件40位于端面密封件33和唇形密封件38之间,并且作为润滑剂贮存的内贮存部,这将在以下进行详细描述。
曲轴密封机构还包括由弹性材料制成的圆柱形主体44,以使在该主体与曲轴之间使用油来作为制冷剂密封。弹簧45围绕该主体44的外部盘绕并且抵靠曲轴密封止推端面43,以便在两个轴端面密封件29、33之间提供轴向载荷。这两个端面密封件这样承受载荷,即,通过使用油,这两个端面密封件作为制冷剂密封。然而由于存在压力差,当油作为密封以防止制冷剂泄漏时该油流经这两个端面密封件的表面,并且过多的油收集在密封腔贮存部41中,并且当油超过该贮存部容量时,油流向该唇形密封件/曲轴的界面。
此处描述的本发明在操作上利用流经密封件界面的该移动的油来润滑唇形密封件并延长其寿命。参照图4,依据本发明的原理,贮存部41由凹部46形成,在填料盖板32中该凹部46围绕唇形密封件38的底部设置,尤其是在唇形密封件的底部处设置,以便收集过多的油。在优选实施例中,该凹部46由直径A的延伸部分来形成,以便唇形密封件38安装在直径B内,该唇形密封件主体47的一部分延伸到直径A中,如图2、3所示,这导致环形的间隔件40变大。间隔件40的周边由直径A围绕唇形密封件主体部分47而形成。当曲轴在唇形密封件内旋转时,该凹部充满了油,并且润滑延伸部分49和该唇形密封件的表面39。通道50设置在填料盖板32中,以通向在壳体12中的第二通道(未示出),以便排出过多的油。通道50以一定的高度和角度定位,使得在间隔件40的底部52中的过多的油51充分地润滑该唇形密封件,并没有使其过饱和。因此,在优选实施例中,通道50定位成:与位于唇形密封件的内周边56之上的高度H处的该通道的入口54的第一角部53成大致45度角。因此,油在间隔件48内保持恒定的液面,以实现必需的润滑,同时没有使该唇形密封件过饱和。
尽管参照优选实施例和特定形式的压缩机来描述本发明,但是本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可在本发明的精神和范围内进行各种变型和改变,本发明可应用于不同形式的压缩机或者装有相似类型的轴密封的其它机构。

Claims (5)

1.一种使用润滑剂来润滑具有耐磨表面的曲轴唇形密封件的系统,该润滑剂用于该曲轴,该系统包括:
压缩机壳体部分,该唇形密封件固定在所述压缩机壳体部分中,以便与该曲轴接合;和
在所述压缩机壳体部分中用于润滑该唇形密封件表面的装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述用于润滑的装置包括具有贮存部的孔,该贮存部用于保持所述润滑剂与该唇形密封件接触。
3.如权利要求2所述的系统,其特征在于,其还包括用于控制在所述贮存部内的润滑剂的量的装置。
4.如权利要求3所述的系统,其特征在于,所述用于控制的装置包括用于从该贮存部中引导该润滑剂的通道。
5.如权利要求4所述的系统,其特征在于,所述通道相对于所述贮存部以一定角度和高度定位,以便保持与该唇形密封件表面接触的润滑剂的最佳液面。
