技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有电视万维网能力的电视接收装置,所述装置包括主调谐器和电视万维网解码器。
背景技术
电视万维网是增强的基于图文电视的信息服务,它向用户提供万维网似的体验。就象传统的图文电视的情况一样,可以在电视信号的垂直消隐期间(VBI)和在诸如DVB信号的数字电视信号中运载电视万维网信号。由电视万维网提供的增强包括全色高分辨率图像。
而且,电视万维网通过超链接和菜单系统提供漫游,以向用户提供万维网的体验。
模拟电视万维网的传输是基于图文电视分组31独立数据服务的。在DVB系统中,电视万维网数据被复用到MPEG-2数据流中。
可以从所接收的信号显示电视万维网的电视是公知的。当使用这样的电视时,尤其是在模拟电视的情况下,因为实际的数据率低,经常在转换到电视万维网模式和电视万维网信息被显示之间有相当大的延迟。
而且,电视万维网数据的接收被用户将电视转换出电视万维网模式或改变频道所干扰。因此,当用户返回先前观看的电视万维网信息时,用户必须等待重新下载当前的电视万维网数据。
发明内容

具体实施方式
参见图1,电视万维网接收装置100具有:输入单元110、调谐单元120、转换单元130、声音处理单元135、扬声器140、视频处理单元145、显示单元150、电视万维网解码单元155、存储单元160、在屏显示(OSD)处理单元165和控制单元170。
输入单元110被安排在电视万维网接收装置100的机体中,具有多个用于向电视万维网接收装置100输入控制命令的按键。具有多个按键的遥控器115使得用户能够在远处输入控制命令。
输入单元110和/或遥控器115被提供有模式选择按键(未示出),用于输入模式转换命令,以在节目显示模式和电视万维网模式之间转换电视万维网接收装置。
调谐器单元120包括主调谐器124和辅助调谐器126。
主调谐器124从通过天线122接收的广播信号调谐到用户所选择的频道。
辅助调谐器126当电视万维网接收装置100被转换到电视万维网模式时,在控制单元170的控制下调谐到包括电视万维网信息的频道。即,辅助调谐器126仅仅用于接收电视万维网数据和与主调谐器124无关地操作。

控制单元170按照在存储单元160中存储的控制程序来控制电视万维网接收装置100的操作。控制单元170按照经由输入单元110输入的命令信号,控制调谐器单元120、转换单元130、声音处理单元135、图像处理单元145、显示单元150、电视万维网解码单元155、存储单元160和OSD处理单元165。
当电视万维网接收装置100响应于在输入单元110或遥控器115上提供的模式选择按键的操作而被转换到节目显示模式时,控制单元170控制声音处理单元135和视频处理单元145通过扬声器140和显示单元150输出对应的声音和画面信号。
当电视万维网接收装置100响应于在遥控器115上提供的模式选择按键的操作而被转换到电视万维网模式时,在观看节目的同时,显示单元150保持在显示单元150的屏幕上显示节目画面,并且同时使得在由辅助调谐器126调谐到的频道中的电视万维网数据被捕获和发送到存储单元160。
当电视万维网接收装置被转换到电视万维网模式时,不立即显示电视万维网信息,因为在所接收的电视信号的垂直消隐期间(VBI)中电视万维网数据的慢数据率意味着在已经接收到所有必要的电视万维网数据之前有大的延迟。
当所有需要的电视万维网数据已经被捕获和存储在存储单元160中的时候,控制单元170在显示单元150的屏幕上显示与在存储单元160中的所捕获的电视万维网数据相对应的电视万维网信息。如果电视万维网接收装置现在通过在遥控器115上提供的模式选择按键的操作被转换到节目显示模式,则控制单元170使得显示单元150显示正在被主调谐器124接收的节目。

参见图2,当用户使用输入单元110或遥控器115选择频道‘7’时(参见图3A)。控制单元170控制电视万维网接收装置以便由主调谐器124调谐到频道‘7’,并且在频道‘7’上的当前节目的画面被显示单元150显示,节目音轨(programme sound track)被扬声器140发出(S200)。当显示频道‘7’的画面时,控制单元170确定是否从遥控器115或输入单元110正在接收转换到电视万维网模式的命令(S210)。
如果确定在步骤S210正在接收到转换到电视万维网模式的命令,则控制单元170作用以便在显示单元150的屏幕的预定区域中显示前一个接收和存储的电视万维网信息频道列表,如图3B所示(S220)。在显示电视万维网信息频道列表之后,控制单元170确定是否从输入单元110或遥控器115接收到用于识别所列出的频道之一的选择信号(S230)。

如果在S330选择“是”,则控制单元170在显示单元150的屏幕上显示由主调谐器124调谐到的电视频道的节目画面,并且继续将来自由辅助调谐器126调谐到的电视频道的电视万维网数据写入存储单元160(S340)。
否则,即如果在步骤S330选择“否”,则控制单元170停止使用辅助调谐器126来捕获电视万维网数据(S350)。
可以将电视万维网数据的捕获设置为默认,以便当电视万维网接收装置100从电视万维网模式被转换到节目显示模式时自动继续捕获电视万维网数据。
在如上所述的电视万维网接收装置和对应的控制方法中,有可能当电视万维网接收装置从电视万维网模式被转换到节目显示模式时,使用辅助调谐器来继续捕获电视万维网数据。因此,转换到电视万维网模式变快,并且电视万维网信息的更新变得可能。

Claims (6)

1.一种具有电视万维网能力的电视接收装置,所述装置包括:一主调谐器(124)和一电视万维网解码器(155),其特征在于,一辅助的独立可调谐调谐器(126)和电视万维网解码器(155)被配置来解码由辅助调谐器(126)接收的电视万维网数据。
