Abstract

发明的背景技术
有拉出式喷头的水龙头或淋浴器已经公知。具有拉出式喷头的厨房和洗手间水龙头已经广泛使用。在这样的水龙头或淋浴器中,拉出式喷头或杆通常置于水龙头的喷管或套管中。通常,安装在杆的手柄内并向后伸出该手柄外很短距离的管接头插入到该套管内。管接头装有软管,且该管接头通常不能完美和紧密地与套管配合,除非它形成为尺寸恰好。这使得管接头和杆在布置好时有一些垂直活动或摇摆。还有,杆并不平齐地装入套管中,且在套管和杆的连接处的顶部,在该杆和套管之间有看不见的空间。本发明解决了该问题。
发明简介
根据本发明,插入件置于喷管中,该喷管接受管接头,而该管接头安装在拉出式水龙头或手持淋浴器的拉出式喷头或杆内。这样,当该杆插入和置于喷管内时能防止该杆摇摆。该插入件包括管状件,该管状件的尺寸适于与喷管配合。该插入件有一对内部的尖角形凸片,该对凸片与置于杆内的管接头上的相应匹配翼板配合。该尖角形凸片与在管接头上的匹配翼板啮合,并将该管接头向下压,从而更稳固地将该管接头保持在插入件内。

优选实施例的说明
本发明的插入件50用于在将拉出式喷头或杆10插入喷管20内时使该喷头或杆10稳定,并防止或减小它的摇摆或活动。尤其是,管接头30安装在杆10内,最好如图8a-8c所示。该管接头可以包括任意合适材料,例如金属如铜、黄铜、钢,或者塑料。该管接头30包括前端32和后端37。最好如图3和4所示,该管接头30有向前延伸的柔性指状物33,该柔性指状物33在其前端36有向下凸出的按钮34。该指状物33位于管接头的底部,并且其前端36为自由端或未固定。在后端35处,该指状物33安装在管接头30上。如图8a-8c所示,按钮34在靠近杆的后部14处装入在该杆底部11的互补形开口12中,并将该管接头30保持或锁定在杆10内。
管接头37的后面有两个槽38、39,O形环40、41置于这两个槽38、39中。管接头30的、在槽38、39的后面或下游的后部的相对侧上还有两个向外延伸的凸起或翼板40、41。管接头30的后部37向后延伸到杆10的外部,且它的形状适于与插入件50配合。
最好如图5-7a所示,插入件50为大致管状的空心部件。插入件50的尺寸和形状适于与喷管20配合。在一个实施例中,最好如图7a所示,该插入件50有基本椭圆形的横截面。在该插入件50的内部布置有两个凸片55、57。最好如图7a所示,凸片55、57布置在插入件10的相对侧壁上。在一个实施例中,至少凸片55、57的底表面56、58为尖角形。在将管接头30插入插入件50时,在管接头30上的翼板40、41与凸片55、57啮合,尤其是与插入件的尖角形底表面56、58啮合,该底表面56、58将管接头30向下压。这减小了摇摆,因为在两个表面之间没有或几乎没有间隙。
尤其是,在管接头中的O形环40、41使管接头30和插入件50之间有良好地紧密配合,并能更加减小摇摆或活动。前部的O形环40定心成一直与插入件50配合,同时管接头对O形环的底部的挤压超过在普通密封情况下对底部的挤压。这使得凸片55、57和翼板40、41之间有向上的负载,从而提供稳定性和减小摇摆。尤其是,尖角形凸片55、57的翼板40、41将包括管接头30的整个杆10向下压,从而挤压O形环40、41的底半部分,同时减小了作用在O形环40、41顶部的挤压力。这有着在翼板40、41上的线对线配合,同时增加了作用在O形环40、41底部的负载,以便使下垂减至最小。因为这只在一个方向形成间隙,因此大大减小了摇摆。
向下凸出的按钮51位于插入件50的底部。最好如图7a所示,按钮51装入在喷管20的底部的孔21内,并有助于将插入件50保持和正确定位在喷管20内。
周向延伸的唇缘在插入件的前部。最好如图11所示,该唇缘52从插入件50的前部径向充分延伸到喷管20和杆10之间。
在插入件50的一个实施例中,如图1、5-7、8a-11、13和14所示,在插入件50的后侧顶部有凸片延伸部分58。该凸片延伸部分58与喷管20的内部顶表面25啮合。这将按钮51压入在喷管20的底侧的孔25内,最好如图14所示。该实施例不需要在插入件50上涂覆粘接剂来将插入件保持在喷管20中。
在另一实施例中,如图15所示,该插入件30并没有凸片延伸部分58。在该实施例中,需要粘接剂来将插入件50保持在喷管20中。在图15的另一实施例中,插入件50可以由不锈钢制成,并通过干涉配合而在喷管20中保持就位。在该实施例中,可以省略底部按钮51。

Claims (9)
1.在拉出式喷头的水龙头或手持淋浴器中,包括喷管和拉出式喷头,该拉出式喷头可取下地布置在所述喷管内,所述拉出式喷头有手柄,该手柄有置于所述手柄内的管接头,所述管接头的一部分超过所述拉出式喷头的手柄向后延伸到所述拉出式喷头的手柄的外面,所述管接头有在外壁上的一对向外伸出的翼板,该对翼板形成所述向后延伸的部分,改进之处包括:基本管状的插入件布置在所述喷管内,所述插入件有在所述内壁上的一对凸片,当该插入件插入所述喷管中时,该对凸片适于与在所述管接头上的所述翼板啮合,从而减小所述拉出式喷头的摇摆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的拉出式喷头的水龙头,其中:所述插入件有在它底部的按钮,该按钮与在所述喷管底部的孔啮合,从而使所述插入件保持就位。
3.根据权利要求1所述的拉出式喷头的水龙头,其中:所述凸片为尖角形。
4.根据权利要求3所述的拉出式喷头,其中:所述插入件有在其顶部后侧的凸片延伸部分。
5.根据权利要求1所述的拉出式喷头,其中:所述插入件有在其顶部后侧的凸片延伸部分。
6.根据权利要求1所述的拉出式喷头,其中:所述插入件的形状和尺寸适于与所述喷管的安装部分配合。
7.根据权利要求7所述的拉出式喷头,其中:所述插入件有基本椭圆形的横截面。
8.根据权利要求1所述的拉出式喷头,其中:该插入件包括不锈钢。
9.根据权利要求8所述的拉出式喷头,其中:在插入件和喷管之间为干涉配合。
