技术领域
本发明涉及一种眼保健的方法，特别是涉及一种适用于电脑操作人员的眼保健方法。
背景技术
目前，青少年近视患者数量不断增加，其中原因之一是长时间使用电脑，进而引起视力疲劳。对于成年电脑使用者来说，因长期操作电脑而引起的视疲劳、头疼、头晕和烦躁等症状也是常见的，因此也会造成或加重高血压等疾病的产生。为了避免上述问题的出现，人们常常通过控制自己上电脑的时间，定期离开电脑，做肢体运动，并且采取远望的方式调节眼睛屈光度，以消除视力及肢体的疲劳感。上述方式存在着自控困难和受环境条件的限制等缺点。
发明内容
本发明所述一种电脑护眼的方法，可以解决电脑操作者因长时间操作电脑造成的视疲劳和情绪烦躁的问题，达到放松人的情绪、心理、生理状态及视力疲劳的目的。
本发明所述一种电脑护眼的方法，它是由电脑软件控制电脑显示屏，模拟各种图像显示，其步骤如下：
(1)模拟具有纵深视觉效果的远景图像；
(2)对图像中景物进行类似变焦处理的效果，使图像在显示屏中拉近、推远或拉近、推远反复变换；
(3)采用Flash技术，使多个图片在显示器上显示图像重合-分离效果，进而令使用者在观看屏幕时转动眼球；
(4)将眼保健操的示范动作储存进电脑并显示；
(5)将护眼常识，包括眼睛的构造、眼病知识、预防和控制，制作成图片和声音信息播放；
(6)显示上述步骤1至5的同时，向电脑音响系统输出背景音乐。
如上所述的一种电脑护眼的方法，其中的图像变焦处理可以将远处景物成像拉近，同时近处景物成像拉远，并且两处景物融合某一纵深位置处。
如上所述的一种电脑护眼的方法，设计一个定时提醒信息，在电脑使用间隔一定时间后，播放该信息；该信息为上述步骤(1)至(5)中的任一项或多项组合。
本发明通过模拟看远、图像融合、立体视的医学原理，调节眼睛屈光度，进而起到缓解视力疲劳的作用。本发明同时采用了辅助降压治疗音乐，对高血压引起的头疼、头晕、燥躁等症状有明显的改善作用，使人处于放松状态，对人的情绪、心理、生理状态起到一定的辅助治疗作用。
具体实施方式
本发明是通过软件控制电脑的显示屏，进行图像显示，同时通过电脑的音响系统，播放具有治疗效果的音乐。
本发明涉及的软件包含了屏幕保护、眼保健操、定时提醒和眼保知识四大部分。
1.屏幕保护
该屏保护是主体程序，通过各种模拟看远、图像移动、图像融合、立体视等显示，调节眼睛屈光度，起到缓解视力疲劳的作用，进而对长时间使用电脑者及青少年近视起到一定的治疗作用。同时精选的诸多优美图片，可以让使用者在治疗同时，欣赏优美的风景图画，起到视力放松的作用。
2.眼保健操
眼保健操通过动态或卡通形象带领操作者通过按摩眼部周围穴位，起到活血化淤、舒经活络的功效，进而使眼睛处于放松状态，缓解视力疲劳。本软件不仅详细介绍了眼保健操的要点，展示了每节操的详细做法，而且还为使用者提供了实际操作的机会，只要跟随音乐，就可以通过做眼保健操来缓解视力疲劳，起到治疗近视的作用。
3.定时提醒
该功能是专门为长时间使用电脑者设计的程序模块，使用者可以根据自身的需要设定提醒的时间以及选择缓解视力疲劳的方式。
4.护眼常识
护眼常识包括了眼睛的构造、眼病知识、近视的预防和控制、护眼小常识等集知识、实用于一体的信息，使用者可以通过本模块了解眼睛的相关知识。

1.一种电脑护眼的方法，其特征在于：它是由电脑软件控制电脑显示屏，模拟各种图像显示，其步骤如下：
(1)模拟具有纵深视觉效果的远景图像；
(2)对图像中景物进行类似变焦处理的效果，使图像在显示屏中拉近、推远或拉近、推远反复变换；
(3)采用Flash技术，使多个图片在显示器上显示图像重合-分离效果，进而令使用者在观看屏幕时转动眼球；
(4)将眼保健操的示范动作储存并显示：
(5)将护眼常识，包括眼睛的构造、眼病知识、预防和控制，制作成图片和声音信息播放；
(6)显示上述步骤1至5的同时，向电脑音响系统输出背景音乐。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种电脑护眼的方法，其特征在于：其中的图像变焦处理可以将远处景物成像拉近，同时近处景物成像拉远，并且两处景物融合某一纵深位置处。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种电脑护眼的方法，其特征在于；设计一个定时提醒信息，在电脑使用间隔一定时间后，播放该信息；该信息为上述步骤(1)至(5)中的任一项或多项组合。
