Abstract

本发明涉及一种支撑烧烤食品烤炉的车架。它由底框架、左直腿、右轮腿、上支撑圈、左右台板框架、轮子等组成，左直腿、右轮腿与底框架铰连在一起，上支撑圈的套管套入左直腿和右轮腿上端，左右台板框架的销轴插入上支撑圈的套管内锁紧；左直腿和右轮腿上端沿轴向开有长槽，其与所述套管和插入的销轴组成紧密锁紧结构；底框架左右两端固定有高低不同的铰链片，铰链片上部设有销孔，左直腿和右轮腿插入铰链片中与底框架轴销连接。本发明与现有技术相比具有安装快捷、不需要任何连接附件，结构稳定等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种支撑烧烤食品烤炉的车架。
背景技术
烤炉是人们用来烧烤食品的一种炊具，用它来烧烤食品，色、香、味俱全，很受世界各国消费者的喜爱，是人们生活中的趣味需要。烤炉的用途广泛，品种很多，款式每年都在更新，可无论什么烤炉都得有个支架，有支架就得解决支架和炉体连接问题，其安全性、稳定性和安装方便等均需加以考虑，中、大型烤炉还要解决移动问题。市场上烤炉支架各式各样，其中大部分存在一些缺陷，如结构不稳定，安装需连接螺栓等，造成安装麻烦，使消费者能完全满意的甚少。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种快速组装烤炉车架。
为达到上述目的本发明采用如下技术方案：快速组装烤炉车架，由底框架、左直腿、右轮腿、上支撑圈、左右台板框架、轮子等组成，左直腿、右轮腿与底框架铰连在一起，上支撑圈的套管套入左直腿和右轮腿上端，左右台板框架的销轴插入上支撑圈的套管内锁紧。
本发明的左直腿和右轮腿上端沿轴向开有长槽，其与所述套管和插入的销轴组成紧密锁紧结构。
本发明的底框架左右两端固定有高低不同的铰链片，铰链片上部设有销孔，左直腿和右轮腿插入铰链片中与底框架轴销连接。
本发明与现有技术相比具有安装快捷、不需要任何连接附件，结构稳定等优点。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示，本发明的快速组装烤炉车架，由底框架3、左直腿2、右轮腿6、上支撑圈4、左右台板框架1和5、轮子7等组成，左直腿2、右轮腿6与底框架3铰连在一起，上支撑圈4的套管9套入左直腿2和右轮腿6上端，左右台板框架1、5的销轴8插入上支撑圈4的套管9内锁紧。左直腿2和右轮腿6上端沿轴向开有长槽，其与所述套管9和插入的销轴8组成紧密锁紧结构。底框架3左右两端固定有高低不同的铰链片11，铰链片上部设有销孔，左直腿2和右轮腿6插入铰链片11中与底框架3轴销连接。
运输出厂时，左直腿2、右轮腿6、底框架3组装折叠在一起，其余部件分别摆放。组装时，首先打开折叠腿，把上支撑圈4安装在炉腿上端部，再把左右台板框架1和5的销轴8插入上支撑圈4的套管9内锁紧，然后装好车轮7。安装时间仅20-30秒，不需用任何工具，不用任何连接零件，单人即可完成。安装好的车架，其刚性、强度、稳定性都很好，拖动也很轻便。
上支撑圈4的内孔是多种多样的，随炉体形状而改变，所以适用于各种形状的烤炉，特别适合20寸以上的中、大型燃气、木炭烤炉。
本发明的快速组装烤炉车架，在连接方式上有两处独到结构：1.车架的折叠与稳定结构
底框架3左右两端焊有高低不同的铰链片11，铰链片11上部设有销孔，插入销轴于销孔之中，使左直腿2和右轮腿6插入在铰链片11中与底框架3轴销连接，以便实现折叠。铰链片中间连接处同时也起杠杆预紧定位作用，当上支撑圈4四角套管9中心距离大于左右腿上端自然尺寸(约10-20mm)时，略带张力安装在轮腿和直腿上端部位，车架的每个轮腿和直腿都成了预紧杠杆，可使车架稳定。2.涨紧套机构
为了解决上支撑圈4、左右腿2和6、左右台板框架1和5上部的连接问题，本发明采用了涨紧套，即在四条腿的上端部分别加工4个长槽，将上支撑圈4套管9套入，再将左右台板框架1和5的锥度销8插入套管孔内，涨开4个长槽，使腿管挤向套管内壁，从而锁紧所有部件，使之成一整体，实例证明此机构相当简单而又可靠。

Claims (3)

1.一种快速组装烤炉车架，由底框架(3)、左直腿(2)、右轮腿(6)、上支撑圈(4)、左右台板框架(1)(5)、轮子(7)等组成，其特征在于：左直腿(2)、右轮腿(6)与底框架(3)铰连在一起，上支撑圈(4)的套管(9)套入左直腿(2)和右轮腿(6)上端，左右台板框架(1)(5)的销轴(8)插入上支撑圈(4)的套管(9)内锁紧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的快速组装烤炉车架，其特征在于：所述左直腿(2)和右轮腿(6)上端沿轴向开有长槽，其与所述套管(9)和插入的销轴(8)组成紧密锁紧结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的快速组装烤炉车架，其特征在于：所述底框架(3)左右两端固定有高低不同的铰链片(11)，铰链片上部设有销孔，左直腿(2)和右轮腿(6)插入铰链片(11)中与底框架(3)轴销连接。
