Abstract

Description

用于同步广播音像节目和互补信息的设备和方法
技术领域
本发明涉及同步广播音像节目和互补信息的设备和方法，以及相应的应用。
背景技术
在交互式电视系统中，中央服务器从咨询中心接收节目指南，它包括有关要广播的节目的信息。电视观众能从他的电视直接访问她感兴趣的信息。
一种特别有用和用户友好的系统应向用户提供获得关于正显示在他的屏幕上当前广播节目的信息。这种显示(叠加在图像上或空间偏置)是自动的，并将持续数秒，或可由用户启动。
但是，这一系统要求当前正在广播的节目与互补信息的显示同步。现在，通常包括在节目指南中最初预期的目录有简单的提示：就这些目录而言，播出的节目通常延迟几分钟或更长的事件才能开始和结束。甚至于发生某些节目在最后一刻被取消，例如在察看结束时刻之后，一个电视台选择播放体育比赛的结果，电视台选择取消下一个节目的播放。因此，不可能依赖节目指南提供的目录说明来匹配广播的音像节目并显示对应的互补信息。
当然，在现时某些台发送能识别当前正在广播的节目的信号，但大多数台没有这种技术，并且所涉及的节目极少请求。
发明内容
本发明提供一种用于同步广播音像节目与互补信息的设备和方法，特别允许节目和互补信息的同步实时显示。
本发明的设备和方法也使互补信息的有声广播成为可能(例如对难于听到的)，它能短时间中断节目的有声广播，或，可选择地叠加更高强度的声音。
本发明的设备和方法也有基于互补信息非广播目的的应用，特别在录像机上的自动记录方面。其它应用与音视节目的内容替换有关。这样，可借助于选择不同的广播源(几个台，互联网，本地存储系统，等等)，预先决定用另一种节目(例如虚构的电影)自动如实时地替代屏幕上的某一类节目(例如各种表演的传输)。
“广播频道”应理解为相应于给定的广播节目用于从广播装置到接收装置通讯信息的任一路径或路径集。此外，音像节目的广播可同等地在任何技术的基础上执行，例如用于在无线电广播，卫星，电缆，互联网或本地存储系统广播的网络。
关于每个节目的信息设置包含属于该节目的重要信息，例如下面信息项的一个或多个：
·暂定的开始和结束目录，
·暂定的持续时间，
·标题和可能的副标题，
·概述，
·双亲码，
·格式，
·声音质量，
·主题和可能的副主题，
·语言版本(O.V.或F.V.)等等。这些信息优先由识别单元在与从图像和/或从声音中提取的语义单元相关操作期间使用。信息集也包括其它细节，用于该节目的知识(例如用于实时显示)，但对语义单元的识别没有什么意义，因此并不用于相关中，例如：
·导演，电影剧作者，创作者，
·演员表和各自的角色，
·生产的年代，
·出产国，等等，
就提取的语义单元而论，它们是对识别重要的单元，也就是说，把这些语义单元与所用的信息匹配。这样，它们方便地包括：
·一组形状(例如运动中的球来识别是球比赛，中距离拍摄来识别争仪或推荐者，等等)，
·声音电平(例如更高的声音电平用来识别广告)，
·运动的步调(例如快步调用来识别广告，慢步调用来识别播音室的讨论)，
·一组视觉符号(例如双亲授权的记号用来识别电影广播的类型)或听觉符号(例如小提琴音调用来识别同类的乐器)等。
语义单元图像和/或声音的检测和识别是借助于它们本身已知的技术来实现的，特别是，语义单元与信息的相关有利地使用人工智能方法，例如围绕伸经网络构建的方法(人工智能机与自学习之间的联合)。本发明的设备决不强加这些识别技术限制从有序表的选择，它基本上相当于在这一表中放置一指针。
关于节目指南表的限制使识别成为可能，因为它把有限的框架加到分析域。
此外，识别的能力是借助于学习来获得的，而不是预先编程的，这种学习允许系统产生一种可塑性，且准许考虑关于节目广播(语义单元)的图像和声音以及利用的信息(信息集)的大量参数。这样，不管关于这个或那个参数的所有不确定性，作为整体集的参数能提供可靠的结果。后者由关于指针在每一表中定位的最高有效概率来表示，它相应于语义单元和表中的信息集之间最强的相关关系。
这样，本发明基于三个套装功能的组合：
·导致产生语义单元的图像和/或声音的检测，
·语义单元的识别，
·根据语义单元的识别和在顺序关系(节目的编年)的限制下，从时间顺序表选择信息。
本发明的一个重要优点在于它并不需要以传输电平实现的任何特别装置，就能识别完全在接收端要实现的适当信息，不论后者是最终的(终端，例如交互式电视)或中间的(服务器)。
本发明的设备在地理位置上最好放于中央服务器，以便使获得的细节可用于接收装置。中央服务器以系统的状态方便地执行关于选择台的同步，并自动地和/或请求时向用户发射信息(例如用数秒时间于每次台的改变)。
优先地，在每一顺序表中指针的定位必须只在一个方向实现，向着高于或等于当前指针位置的等级。这就相当于强制选择涉及当前节目或后一个节目的单元，除了表被更新的情况之外。这一附加限制减轻了识别工作，其代价是对相关信息集确定的附加限制。
在表中指针的初始定位是借助于节目指南中指示的目录和当前时间方便地获得的。
此外，合成块要有利于考虑最后选择的信息集，用于更新指示器。这种模式可允许在整个时间内指示器的最佳定位，因此可使当前指示器的确定更加肯定和有效。但是，这意味着更新是连续进行的。此外，在自动选择指示器时会有误差，存在这种误差的风险，它会对后面的选择带来更低有效性或新的误差的不良后果。在另一更新模式中，合成块使用节目指南中的目录用于缺省定位。这两种更新方式有利地联合起来，每一表的指示器优先具有其修改的位置。这种修改是按目录更新或按选择导向表中当前位置后面的位置，它不影响当前使用的信息集，只除识别工作以外。
同步设备例如周期性地实现，时间空隙贴近节目指南中和/或用户请求时指示的开始和结束时间。
在选择信息集的另一种方式中，没有这种顺序关系的限制。于是，节目的反向是可能的，例如可能发生于正在广播的运动会节目中。
在选信息集的其它方式中，也使用当前信息集的指示器，但是有另一种类型的限制。例如，通过表向后移动是许可的，但限于一个或两个单元和/或允许向前跳(至少两个单元)，但把它们限制于二个或三个单元。
附图说明
用下面的实施例和实现模式并参考附图能更好地理解和说明本发明，但不是限制，其中：
·图1是方案图，表示根据本发明的同步设备；
·图2代表由图1的设备使用的节目指南；
·图3说明用在图1的设备中的一个指示器指向相应于图2的节目指南表的操作基本状态。
具体实施方式
音像节目10的接收机中心单元2(图1)用来接收来自广播设备1(例如无线电广播台)的节目10的内容，并能访问咨询中心3(例如专门服务提供者)的节目指南20。于是中心单元2能在节目10和咨询中心3的信息的基础上产生与同步的互补信息一起广播的音像节目15，并把这些节目15传送到广播装置4的屏幕上。
中心单元2比较准确地包括：
·同步块5，负责控制所有操作，特别是节目10与所选信息的同步，
·存储器6，用来储存关于节目指南20的信息，并从这一指南20提取适当的信息，
·图像和/或声音检测装置7，能从当前正在广播的节目内容中提取一个或多个语义单元41-43(形状族，声音电平，运动的步调，等等)，
·识别单元8，用于识别语义单元，它设计来把识别的语义单元41-43和从节目指南20发出的信息相匹配。
识别单元8在信息集(目录，持续时间，标题，概要，等等)按时间顺序表21，22，和23的基础上工作，信息集分别表示成211-21n1，221-22n2和231-23n3，它们由节目指南20提供。每一表21至23与广播频道(电视台)有关，它的信息集211-21n1，221-22n2和231-23n3分别涉及在这一频道上广播的音像节目。
因为节目11，12和13是当前在一个广播频道中正在广播的节目，分别与节目指南20表21，22或23有关，识别单元8能分别选择这表的信息集44，45或46，它是与从该节目中用检测设备7提取的语义单元41，42或43最可能相关的信息集。这一识别单元8用来执行先验学习，借助于包括语义单元和相关信息的学习材料，使它能作出明智的选择。这种学习在使用期间连续。对于用先验学习的选择，识别单元8实现了与人工智能机有关的神经网络技术。
在代表的实施例中，附加的限制包括指示器31，32和33(图1和图3)分别指向选自表21，22和23的当前信息集。这些指示器31至33，存储在存储器6中，给出相应于分别在每个广播频道(例如，指示器1指向集212，它相应于第一台最新广播的节目，图3)最新广播的音像节目的信息集。
由识别单元8施加的附加限制是要从表21，22或23中的一个选择的信息集位于由指示器31，32或33表明的信息集的下游，表的按时间顺序性质用来成功地识别适当的信息，比较确定和/或比较简单。在不同的实施例中，下游信息集的选择是允许的，除了后者离当前的不多于两个单元之外。
合成块5负责更新存储器6中的指示器31至33，优先作为由识别单元8选择的信息集44至46的函数。这一更新允许加在指示器31至33移动限制的有效应用。
工作期间，下列内容是实现同步设备用于广播频道(例如第一频道)的保证：
·在第一频道当前正在广播的节目11的语义单元41由检测设备7提取；
·最可能与语义单元41相关并遵守关于与表21有关的指示器31的移动所选的限制的信息集44从与第一频道有关的按时间顺序表21的信息集中由识别单元8选出；
·指示器31由同步块5更新；
·节目11借助于同步块5与所选的信息集44同步。

Claims (11)

1.一种用于同步广播音像节目与互补信息的设备，包括：
·图像和/或声音检测设备(7)，它能从当前正在广播的音像节目(11-13)的内容中提取至少一个语义单元(41-43)；
·识别单元8，用于识别语义单元(41-43)，它连到检测器(7)和至少一个节目指南，所述节目指南包括至少一个广播频道、至少一个按时间顺序(21-23)的信息集(211-21n1，221-22n2，231-23n3)，该信息集分别与要在所述的频道上广播的音像节目有关，识别单元(8)能选择在所说的频道上当前正在广播的每个音像节目(11-13)，它相应于时间顺序表(21-23)中的一个，信息集(44-46)中的一个是最可能与音像节目(11-13)中获得的语义单元(41-43)相关，识别单元(8)用来执行先验学习，使它能在语义单元(41-43)的基础上，借助于包括语义单元和相关信息的学习材料，选择适当的信息集(44-46)；
·合成块(5)能同步当前正在广播的音像节目(11-13)与所选的信息集(44-46)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的同步设备，其特征在于：
·所述设备包括存储器(6)，用来分别对每一表(21-23)存储至少一个相应于最新广播的音像节目的信息集的指示器(31-33)；
·识别单元(8)能从每个频道的顺序表(21-23)选择信息集(44-46)，用这样的方法，信息集以高于或等于由与顺序表(21-23)有关的指示器(31-33)指出的等级定位于顺序表(21-22)中；
·合成块(5)用来更新存储器(6)中的指示器(31-33)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的同步设备，其特征在于，识别单元(8)能从顺序表(21-23)选择至少高于指示器(31-33)指示的信息集(211-21n1，221-22n2，231-23n3)二个单元等级的信息集(44-46)。
4.根据前面权利要求中任一所述的同步设备，其特征在于识别单元(8)也用来执行使用期的学习。
5.根据前面权利要求中任一所述的同步设备，其特征在于语义单元(41-43)是从下列选择的：
·形状族，
·声音电平，
·运动步调，
·视觉和/或听觉符号，
·任何语义单元的组合。
6.根据前面权利要求中任一所述的同步设备，其特征在于识别单元(8)包括至少一个神经网络，用来接收至少语义单元(41-43)作为输入和产生至少与该语义单元(41-43)相关的信息的结果作为输出。
7.根据前面权利要求中任一所述的同步设备，其特征在于信息集(211-21n1，221-22n2，231-23n3)包括至少一个关于广播有关音像节目暂定的时间信息值。
8.根据权利要求1至7中的任一所述的同步设备应用于当前正在广播的音像节目的细节屏幕显示。
9.根据权利要求1至7中的任一所述的同步设备应用于音视节目由录像机自动记录。
10.根据权利要求1至7中的任一所述的同步设备应用于音视节目内容的替代。
11.一种用于同步广播音视节目与互补信息的方法，其中：
·至少一个语义单元(41-43)借助于图像和/或声音检测设备(7)从当前正在广播的音像节目(11-13)中提取出来；
·从分别与广播频道中要广播的音像节目有关的信息集(211-21n1，221-22n2，231-23n3)的时间顺序表中，借助于识别单元(8)，对每个当前正在广播频道广播的音视节目选择信息集(44-46)中的一个，它最可能与音像节目(11-13)中获得的语义单元(41-43)相关；
·当前正在广播的音像节目(11-13)，借助于同步块(5)，与所选的信息集(44-46)同步；
所说的同步方法，借助于根据权利要求1至7中任一权利要求的同步设备优先实现。
