Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种气敏材料容器的盖,该气敏材料是如对氧敏感的产品。尤其是,本发明涉及一种具有前述特征的盖,其具有自密封特性,保证能够用在受压的或者真空包装的产品上。本发明也涉及一个包括前述特征的盖的包装,其用在一个满载的容器中,并与之相结合。
背景技术
许多产品,例如啤酒和其他的麦芽饮料产品、乳制品和果汁,必须以这种方式包装,即在打开品尝以前不能让氧气进入包装之中;否则,超过了包装的正常保存期,氧气就会降低所装产品的风味。迄今,这种产品被包装在玻璃容器中,或者更近以来包装在塑料瓶中,并且盖上一个盖子,比如轧制的铝盖,或者模压的塑料盖,还衬一个内部衬垫,既用作密封也兼用作阻止氧气的渗入。参考共同转让的美国专利US4721221(Barriac),披露了一个带有密封衬垫的的模压塑料盖,并披露了用于无压饮料的仅顶盖密封的衬垫和用于加压饮料的顶盖密封与侧边密封兼具的衬垫。在任何一种情况下,该衬垫必须和容器的边缘密封啮合,采取顶部密封或顶部和侧面都密封的方式,以完全地密封该充满了的和盖了盖的容器。
近年来,为消除相应的费用,降低在模压的塑料容器中插入密封衬垫的需要,已经取得了一致的成果。结果是,自密封模压塑料盖得到了发展,参考美国专利US5638972(Druitt)和US5836464(Druitt),普通的无衬里的模压塑料盖用来包装碳酸软饮料被证明是很成功的,虽然对CO2渗出产品还有少些灵敏性,但是对氧气进入产品的灵敏性不是特别高。然而,这种迄今用来包装碳酸软饮料的盖,并不具有充分的防氧渗透性,不能保证用于包装啤酒和其他的麦芽酒精饮料以及对氧灵敏的产品,而且这些产品在包装和打开食用之间必须有一个正常的保存期。
发明内容
根据本发明,提供了一个具有自密封性的模压塑料盖,用于装满既加压又对氧气或者其他的气体敏感的产品的容器上,否则这些气体会在包装和外界之间产生渗透。这样的包装最好在其瓶口的顶部和侧边用一个具有整体密封肋条的盖来密封,该技术参见前述的Druitt US5638972和US5836464专利。为了阻止氧气或其他的有害气体从盖的顶壁渗透进出包装,在盖顶壁的下面插入一个具有良好气体防渗性的衬垫,在此位置衬垫不会和容器的边缘啮合。这样一个衬垫,因为不是作为一个密封衬垫,可以用具有良好气体防渗性的材料制造,例如乙烯乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)或液晶聚合物聚酯材料(LCP),不考虑其物理的密封性能,也具有良好的气体防渗性。
因此,本发明的一个目的就是提供一个模压塑料盖,其具有改善的氧气或其他气体的防渗性,并且提供一个具有这种盖密封在容器上的包装。特别地,本发明的目的是提供一个具有前述特征的自密封模压塑料盖,并且提供一个具有这种盖密封在容器上的包装。

具体实施方式
根据本发明优选实施例的一个盖组合,在附图中一般用附图标记10来表示。盖组合10由杯形盖元件12组成,该盖元件由一个无孔的顶壁14和沿其侧边向下延伸的环形套筒16组成。该盖组合10还包括一个作为单独元件的圆盘形衬垫20,该衬垫位于顶壁14的内向面下面。
盖元件12还具有一个用来和玻璃或塑料瓶瓶颈或瓶口的向上突出螺纹相啮合的向内突出螺纹18,用注射或压缩热塑塑料的模塑法形成,该热塑塑料例如高密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯,或者低密度聚乙烯,或者聚乙烯聚丙烯共聚物。不过,由于这样的材料防气体渗透的性能不好,不是空气中的氧气进入包装中,就是包装中的CO2或N2渗出。通过将圆盘形阻挡层衬垫20放置在盖元件12中,可解决这个问题。
该衬垫20用气密性良好的材料模压或制作而成,例如,EVOH(乙烯乙烯醇共聚物)或LCP(液晶聚合物),这些材料尤其能阻止氧气的渗透。阻止氧气进入装满对氧敏感的产品的容器,例如啤酒或者其他的麦芽饮料产品,显得特别重要,因为氧化会降低这种密封产品的风味,而且更好的情况是,用一种已经加入了除氧剂的材料制造衬垫20。在那一点上,已知的除氧剂包括正在销售的剑桥的Darex Container Products of W.R.Grace公司的名为Daraform EXP5162-65E6的产品。无论这种衬垫材料中加入除氧剂与否,都能阻止CO2从装满碳酸软饮料的容器中渗出,也能阻止N2从装满无气饮料的塑料容器中渗出,这种无气饮料例如运动员饮料,经常用N2加压,以使较软的容器在装运和加工过程中变得坚硬。而且,如果衬垫是由湿度灵敏性材料,比如EVOH形成的,就需要一层很薄的防潮材料贴在其内表面上,并且这样的覆盖层还具有除氧剂放入其中。
如果盖元件10要用来包装加压饮料,则可以预料,图示在其两端之间连续的螺纹18,沿着其全长会多处断开,例如,参考美国专利US5782369(Tansey)的技术。在这种情况下,最好补充提供一个带有间歇式螺纹的螺旋肋条形成在容器上。
盖元件12具有一个整体模压的密封肋条22,其和环形套筒16同心塑造。该密封肋条22具有一个内部或根部部件24,其从盖元件12顶壁14的下面向下延伸,大致平行于环形套筒16,还具有一个第二部件26,其从内部部件24的顶部向下延伸。该第二部件26从内部部件24向内向下逐渐变细,而且其具有一个顶端,从而限定了一个比衬垫20小的开口。这样,由于密封肋条22的柔韧性,可以在盖元件12中将衬垫20插入到图2中所示的位置,而且衬垫20会保持在原位,直到盖组合10装在容器30的瓶口上,如图3的局部视图所示。
当盖组合10装在容器30的瓶口上时,容器30的边缘或环面32和密封肋条22第二部件26的自由端或顶端相啮合,并且使第二部件向密封肋条22的内部部件24方向回缩。这样,密封肋条22第二部件26的外端将会在容器30的环面32上形成加压密封,而且密封肋条22第二部件26的内端将会在容器30瓶口的侧端部34上形成加压密封。结果是,当盖组合10安放在容器30上时,盖组合10的衬垫20和容器30之间会具有有效的顶盖密封和侧边密封,而且这样的顶盖密封和侧边密封正是加压容器所需要的。在将盖组合10安放在容器30的过程中,也会将衬垫20封闭在密封肋条22外部部件26的外表面和盖元件12顶壁14的内表面之间。在这个部位,衬垫20不会和容器30的所有部位都接触,也不会涉及到在盖组合10和容器30之间形成的密封。
没有特别示出的是,盖元件12套筒16的下端或自由端具有一个夯实标志带,用来和容器瓶口上的小珠或者其他突出物相啮合,正如前面的Barriac和Tansey专利中所描述的一样。
虽然发明人在申请日提出的预期最好的实施例在此已经得到了描述,但是对于本领域技术人员来说,不超出本发明范围的类似的改进、变化和变通也是显而易见的,所说的范围由下面的权利要求和其法定的同义词单独限定。
Claims (10)
1.一个自密封的模压塑料盖组合,用在加压的或者气敏材料容器上,所述的盖组合包括一个盖,所述的盖包括:
一个和容器开口适配的顶壁;
一个从顶壁向下延伸的环形套筒,用来将盖组合安装在容器的瓶口上;和
一个环形密封翼片,从盖里面向内向下伸展,与顶壁和盖的环形面形成一个整体,该密封翼片适于和一个容器的边缘啮合,当盖组合固定在容器上时,该密封翼片折叠地与容器的边缘和瓶口的边缘和一侧边相啮合;
所述的盖组合还包括:
一个挡片位于盖顶壁的底面上,并且不和容器的边缘密封啮合,当密封翼片和容器的边缘密封啮合时,该挡片被密封翼片回折的自由端固定在盖组合中,贴着顶壁的底面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的盖组合,其特征在于的挡片由聚合材料塑造或制造而成,其主要组份选自由EVOH和LCP组成的聚合体。
3.根据权利要求2所述的盖组合,其特征在于主要原料还包括加入其中的氧清除材料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的盖组合,其特征在于盖被单件地塑造,其原料中的主要组份选自由高密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯,低密度聚乙烯,和聚乙烯聚丙烯共聚物组成的聚合体。
5.根据权利要求1所述的盖组合,其特征在于盖通过环形套筒安装在容器上,该环形套筒具有一个向内突出和成螺旋形连续或断开地延伸的螺纹。
6.一种包装,包括:
一个容器,其具有一个带有环形边缘的瓶口;
一个安装在容器上的盖组合,其具有一个盖,所说的盖包括:
一个横跨容器开口的顶壁,
一个从顶壁向下延伸的环形套筒,用来将盖组合安装在容器的瓶口上;和
一个环形密封翼片,具有一个内部,该内部和容器的边缘及容器瓶口的外侧边相啮合,该密封翼片和盖的顶壁及环形壁成一个整体;
所说的盖组合还包括:
一个和盖顶壁的底面啮合的挡片,该挡片不和容器的边缘密封啮合,当盖组合和容器密封啮合时,该挡片被密封翼片回折的自由端固定在盖组合中。
7.根据权利要求6所述的包装,其特征在于盖组合的挡片由聚合材料塑造或制造而成,其主要组份选自由EVOH和LCP组成的聚合体。
8.根据权利要求6所述的包装,其特征在于盖组合挡片的首要原料还包括加入其中的氧清除材料。
9.根据权利要求6所述的包装,其特征在于盖被单件地塑造,其原料中的主要组份选自由高密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯,低密度聚乙烯,和聚乙烯聚丙烯共聚物组成的聚合体。
10.根据权利要求6所述的包装,其特征在于盖通过环形套筒和容器的瓶口安装在容器上,该环形套筒具有一个向内突出和成螺旋形连续或断开地延伸的螺纹,该容器的瓶口具有一个向上突出和成螺旋形连续或断开地延伸的螺纹。
