Abstract
A refrigerator with sound-controlled door opening is composed of main body, automatic door opener, circuit board and speed recognizing and controlling unit, which consists of speech recognizer, primary controller, analog processor, interface, power supply switching unit, microphone and loudspeaker. Its advantage is use of speed to open its door without use of hand.
Description
The invention relates to a refrigerator, in particular to a refrigerator with a door opened by voice control.
In order to facilitate the use of people, various automatic door openers such as an electric automatic door opener and an electromagnetic automatic door opener (ZL00256066.6) have been developed in the existing refrigerator, but a tact switch is still required to be touched by a hand or a certain part of a body when the refrigerator is used, and the refrigerator is still inconvenient for old people, children, disabled people or both hands to hold things.
The invention aims to provide a refrigerator with a door controlled by voice, which can control the refrigerator to automatically open the door by voice without manually opening the door.
The invention comprises a refrigerator body, an automatic door opening device arranged on the refrigerator body and a refrigerator computer board, and is characterized by also comprising a voice recognition and control unit connected with the refrigerator computer board; wherein,
the voice recognition and control unit comprises a subordinate voice recognition unit (SSR), a Main Control Unit (MCU), an analog processing unit, an interface unit, a power supply conversion unit, a microphone and a loudspeaker which are arranged on a refrigerator body.
The invention has the advantages that the refrigerator can be opened without manual operation by only moving the opening, thereby being convenient for users who have difficulty in manual operation or inconvenient movement, and being more suitable for common people.
The invention is further illustrated by the following examples in connection with the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a logic block diagram of the present invention.
Fig. 2 is a circuit schematic (SSR portion) of the present invention.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of the circuit of the present invention (other parts).
The invention comprises a box body, an automatic door opener 2 arranged on the box body, a refrigerator computer board 3, and is characterized by also comprising a voice recognition and control unit 4 connected with the refrigerator computer board 3, wherein the voice recognition and control unit 4 comprises a subordinate voice recognition unit (SSR)5, a Main Control Unit (MCU)6, an analog processing unit 7, an interface unit 8, a microphone 9 and a loudspeaker 10 arranged on the box body. After the voice signal of the user is collected by the microphone 9, the voice signal is converted into a digital signal through the processing of the analog processing unit 7 and is sent to the subordinate voice recognition unit (SSR)5, when the subordinate voice recognition unit (SSR)5 recognizes as an effective command, the digital signal sends information to the Main Control Unit (MCU)6, the Main Control Unit (MCU)6 immediately sends a door opening signal through the refrigerator computer board 3, and the automatic door opening device 2 arranged on the refrigerator body completes the door opening action.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the whole circuit diagram includes five parts, namely an interface unit 8, an analog processing unit 7, a slave speech recognition unit (SSR)5, a Master Control Unit (MCU)6 and a power conversion unit 11. The slave speech recognition unit (SSR)5 is a core part of speech recognition, completes the speech recognition process, works in a slave state, is controlled by the Main Control Unit (MCU)6, adopts an RSC-300 chip of SENSORY company, is a speech recognition chip, is embedded with a speech recognition algorithm, is embedded with an 8BIT microcontroller core, and can be conveniently externally connected with an RAM and an ROM. Meanwhile, the RSC300 internally contains A/D, D/A, so that the peripheral circuit can be simplified. An external U3(SST29EE020) can be used for storing the template of the user, and the data of the prompt tone is also stored in U3; u4(27C512) stores RSC300 applications as external ROM to RSC 300.
The Main Control Unit (MCU)6 adopts a single chip microcomputer of 89C51, is used for controlling the subordinate speech recognition unit (SSR)5 and is responsible for the communication with the refrigerator computer board 3, and is connected with the refrigerator computer board 3 through 4 signal lines: the +5V power line and the ground line (GND) are provided for the voice recognition control unit 4 by the computer board 3 for use, the communication line/CTRL is responsible for the refrigerator computer board 3 to transmit an instruction to the voice recognition control unit 4, and the communication line/OD is responsible for the voice recognition control unit 4 to transmit a door opening signal to the refrigerator computer board 3, wherein the low level is effective, and the pulse width is 400 ms.
The Master Control Unit (MCU)6 communicates with the slave speech recognition unit (SSR)5 via/MHS,/SHS, SDATA, RESET.
The power conversion unit 11 provides +5V power to the voice recognition and control unit, and since the refrigerator computer board 3 provides +12V and the voice recognition and control unit uses +5V, a 7805 chip is used to convert the +12V into + 5V.
JP1 in the interface unit 8 provides an interface with the computer board 3 of the refrigerator; JP2 is used to connect a microphone 9 with a loudspeaker 10.
The analog processing unit 7 processes a voice signal input by a microphone 9 and a DACOUT audio signal output by the RSC300, wherein R3, R8, C9 and C10 provide voltages required by the microphone during operation, and a sound signal is coupled to an input end 71 of the RSC300 through C12 (AIFE 1); the DACOUT signal of the RSC300 is coupled to U1(LM386) through C3, and U1 power-amplifies the signal, eventually pushing the speaker 10 to sound.
The working process of the speech recognition and control system is now briefly described as follows:
1. the voice command training process:
step (ii) of | User' s | Master control part | Speech recognition portion |
1 | Correct key | Detecting a "start/stop" signal; sending 'play prompt tone' command | "begin command training now" |
