Abstract
本发明公开了一种长效加香固香的方法,在物体上喷洒长效固香剂后应装入塑料袋中,密封、固化或在物体加香部位用塑料薄膜覆盖压紧固化或选择一种物体作香料载体,使香料吸附于载体上,香料载体用粘合剂粘合在被处理的制品上。本发明方法易行,操作方便,固香时间可达几月甚至一年,香味纯正稳定。
Description
本发明涉及一种长效加香固香的处理方法。
目前市场上已有的加香技术有普通香水加香，普通水性香水加香等，其方法是将香水加在洗涤剂内，或直接喷洒在物体表面或衣物表面。这样的加香方法的共同弊病是不能固香或固香时间不长，仅留香1-3天，若反复加香，则香水用量大，耗时耗力，成本过高，且香味先浓后淡，不够纯正幽长。经检索未见到一种长效加香固香的方法被公开。
本发明的目的是提供一种长效加香固香的方法，此方法易行，操作方便，解决了喷洒在物体上固香留香时间长的问题。
为了达到上述目的，本发明采用以下技术措施：选择一种保香能力强的物体作香料的载体，使香料吸附于载体上，然后利用粘合剂的粘性，使载体粘合在被处理的物品上，使之带上香味，并能在较长时间内通过载体慢慢地放出香味。长效香料以食品级高分子包裹材料将天然或合成的香精在高温、高压和反复乳化下包在裹膜内(包裹直径小于0.1mm)，在可食用粘合剂的作用下，稳定固化于各种物体表面，达到固香的效果，
本发明与现有技术相比，具有以下优点和效果：方法易行，操作方便，固香时间可达几月甚至一年，香味纯正稳定、无毒、无异味，还具有杀菌、防霉、防蛀等功能。
实施例：
在物体上喷洒长效固香剂后应装入塑料袋中，密封固化2-5天，或在物体加香部位可用塑料薄膜覆盖压紧，固化3-5天，便于长效香料易干被纤维充分吸附不易挥发，缓慢释放，或选择一种保香能力强的物体作香料的载体，香料吸附于载体上，香料载体用粘合剂粘合在被处理的制品上，使之带上香味，并能在较长时间内通过载体慢慢地放出香味。

1、一种长效加香固香的方法，其特征在于在物体上喷洒长效固香剂后应装入塑料袋中，密封固化2-5天，或在物体加香部位用塑料薄膜覆盖压紧，固化3-5天，或选择一种物体作香料载体，使香料吸附在载体上，香料载体用粘合剂粘合在被处理的制品上。
