Abstract

本发明是一种灯头,于灯头座内装设一感应式控制器,而令原来手拉链条接于感应控制器上,使链条具有触控感应的作用,即令操作者能以手轻拍、碰触或接近链条时,即能藉由感应控制器来控制灯具开启或关闭,同时感应控制器亦可对灯具做多段式的点灭控制,并可由有线或无线方式来进行近端或远端的控制,故令灯头操控的方式由机械式改良为电子式的控制方式,使传统式的灯头具有先进的操作功能及效果,而给使用者带来更多操控上的便利。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种灯头,特别是涉及一种灯头座内设有电子感应器,而将手拉式链条接于该感应器上,使链条具有感应式控制功能的灯头。
背景技术
传统手拉式开关的灯头座构造如图1和图2所示,包括一基座1中央立设一支撑杆11,并令支撑杆11上端接设一灯座体21下方,而在灯座体21内部装设一机械式的手拉式开关3,而手拉式开关3上则具有一链条31,可由灯座体21则方所设的孔洞处的导套24穿出;复再令灯座体21的上端外缘具有螺纹部211,然后再设一灯泡接座22的下端具有可插入灯座体21内的插入部221,且于灯泡接座22的稍中间凸设有凸缘部222;其次,再设一螺固体23的上方具有较小内径的阶缘部231,并在螺固体23内再设有螺纹部232,故将螺固体23套入灯泡接座22上,且同时令灯泡接座22的插入部221,插入灯座体21上端内,然后藉由螺固体23螺入灯座体21的上端,使灯泡接座22与灯座体21连结固定在在一起,最后才将灯泡4装入灯泡接座22上。
因此,电源线5是由基座1的底部穿入支撑杆11内,再进入灯座体21中,使电源线5的其中一极端导线51接至嵌固于内部的手拉式开关3的接点上,而电源线5的另一极端导线52则接于灯泡接座22的接点上,复再设一导线6接于手拉式开关3与灯泡接座22的其它接点之间间;所以当连续拉动链条31时,则会令手拉式开关3产生连续循环的多段式切换动作,使灯泡接座22上的灯泡4可产生多段不同照明亮度的控制。
上述的灯头座拉式控制灯具开启或关闭的传统结构方式,在这几十年来,其操作方式早为人们所熟知及习惯,但传统的链条机械式拉控灯头座,仍有许多尚待改进的地方,例如:
1、以手拉动的操作方式固然简易,但其操作不但费时、费力,且若使用频率过高或操作用力过猛时,容易造成手拉式开关3的损坏,进而缩短了手拉式开关3的使用寿命。
2、一旦手拉式开关损坏时,灯具就完全失效而无法使用,且机械式的手拉式开关长时间使用,其接点也非常容易发生锈蚀,更令其使用寿命缩短。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能够改善上述传统手拉式操控灯头座的缺点的灯头。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,一种灯头,其中在一灯座体与装设灯泡的灯泡接座之间设置一螺固体,将两者接合在一起;于灯座体上设一条链条,由灯座体穿出;其中灯座体内部装设一电子式感应控制器,链条接于感应控制器上。
此外,上述链条由导电绳取代,使其具有同样的感应作用。
此外,还设有将拉链受到碰触或接近所产生的信号传送至近端或远端的所欲控制的灯具或电器上有线或无线装置。
本发明的优点是,当操作者轻拍、碰触或接近链条时,就能控制灯具开启或关闭,以达更为简易的控制功效。
本发明其他的目的和进一步适用的范畴,可由下列的详细叙述中清楚得知。但是这些详细的叙述和所提到的实施例仅供说明用,因为在本发明的精神和和范畴中所做的各种的改变和修正对于本领域的熟练技术人员而言,可从这些详细说明及附图中清楚得知,而这些详细说明和附图只作说明之用,而不应限制本发明。

具体实施方式
参见图3,本发明的灯头座的结构包括:一基座1(参见图1),中央立设一上端接设一灯座体21的支撑杆11,然后藉由一螺固体23将灯泡接座22固接于灯座体21上,在灯座体21内部装设电子式的感应控制器7(该电子式控制器7可以从市场上得到),并令手拉链条31接于感应控制器7上,然后再令链条31由灯座体21侧上方所设的孔洞处的导套24穿出。
因此,将电源线5直接接于感应控制器7上,然后再把欲控制灯泡4的控制线8接于灯泡接座22上,同时令链条31亦具接点而接于感应控制器7上,所以当使用者以手轻拍、碰触或接近链条31时,即能藉由感应控制器7去控制灯具的开启或关闭;故本发明具备下列的优点:
1、只要轻拍、碰触或接近链条31即可控制灯具,其操作方式不但省时、省力且又简易,故操作上极为便利。
2、由于非为机械式开关的控制结构,所以其使用寿命可以大幅延长。
请再参阅图4所示,手拉式链条31亦可由导电绳32来取代,而该导电绳32本身就具有导电的性质,故使其同样具有感应的作用。
其次,关于链条31或导电绳32感应控制的效果,也可藉由对链条31或导电绳32碰触或接近的次数,来改变不同的控制效果如当灯具的控制链条31或导电绳32受到第一次的碰触或接近时,则会发生第一段的照明亮度控制,当又再对链条31或导电绳32进行第二次的碰触或接近时,则又能对灯具进行第二段不同照明度的亮度控制,而最后一次对链条31或导电绳32的碰触或接近时,即可令灯具熄灭;所以让本发明也能达成如传统悬拉式开关的多段式控制的相同效果;同时本发明所应用的范围不仅限于灯头,而亦可扩及至其它同样以拉链31控制的电器,例如:天花板的日光灯、美术灯、抬灯、风扇、风扇灯、吊灯、立灯等。
此外,上述拉链31或导电绳32受到碰触或接近时所产生的信号,亦可由无线的方式将该信号传送至近端或远端所欲控制的灯具或其它电器上,也就是说,本发明设有将拉链受到碰触或接近所产生的信号传送至近端或远端的所欲控制的灯具或电器上有线或无线装置。
综上所述,本发明是以拉式开关的链条做为感应触控端,改善传统拉式机械开关操作上种种的麻烦、不便与限制,使操作由单一碰触或接近的动作即可完控制的目的。

Claims (3)

1、一种灯头,其特征在于在一灯座体与装设灯泡的灯泡接座之间设置一螺固体,将两者接合在一起;于灯座体上设一条链条,由灯座体穿出;其中灯座体内部装设一电子式感应控制器,链条接于感应控制器上。
2、如权利要求1所述的灯头,其特征在于链条由导电绳取代。
3、如权利要求1所述的灯头,其特征在于还设有将拉链受到碰触或接近所产生的信号传送至近端或远端的所欲控制的灯具或电器上有线或无线装置。
