Below in conjunction with accompanying drawing several embodiment of the present invention are described.
Fig. 1 shows according to an embodiment who is designed for the absorption pad for incontinence of minor quantities of urine of the present invention. In Fig. 1, label 1 expression one last slice, label 2 expressions one backing sheet.Last slice 1 make by the material piece such as porous supatex fabric or perforated films, this material piece is liquid, ventilative thoroughly.Backing sheet 2 preferably with can allow air and aqueous vapor by but the porous membrane that can not allow moisture pass through make, or by the bonding sandwich that becomes of one or more layers such thin film and one or more layers supatex fabric.Perhaps, backing sheet 2 can comprise that the waterproof sandwich of being made by polyethylene or polyacrylic supatex fabric constitutes, for example the fabric of spunbond-melt and spray-spunbond (S.M.S.) or spunbond-melt and spray-melt and spray-spunbond (S.M.M.S.).In a kind of like this structure, can adopt foregoing thin film.
Now see also Fig. 2 and 3, in one embodiment of the invention, absorptive unit can comprise that one is roughly orthogonal supatex fabric substrate 5, in this embodiment, this substrate is facing to backing sheet 2, and near a high absorbing area territory that constitutes by the band of a plurality of (there is shown four) high absorbed layer 6.Gapped between each high absorbed layer band 6, supatex fabric substrate 5 is come out in these gaps.In this embodiment, absorptive unit 4 has by high absorbed layer 6 and the absorption region that the zone constituted of not containing high absorbed layer, and the latter with high absorbed layer 6 separately and has formed a ventilation area that can allow air to flow into supatex fabric substrate 5.
High absorbed layer 6 preferably mainly is to be made by super absorbent polymer (SAP).In order to obtain compactedness as well as possible and absorbability, should contain SAP composition as much as possible, preferably reach 60% or higher. As described in JPA H10-168230, high absorbed layer 6 like this can be produced with business-like scale, that is, utilize the device that is known as line formula coating machine that a kind of disperse liquid (dispersion liquid) that has the graininess super absorbent polymer is coated on the surface of a supatex fabric.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, absorptive unit 4 and last slice between 1 folder established a disperse sheet 7.This disperse sheet 7 is made of the supatex fabric of saturating liquid, and its size is substantially equal to absorptive unit 4.Disperse sheet 7 can be kept here and see through last slice 1 and the liquid that comes, and makes these liquid to all directions disperse.Disperse sheet 7 (also can be referred to as the collecting layer) can be greater than or less than absorptive unit 4, and preferably more concentrated in the central area.Similarly, in a preferred embodiment, can between absorptive unit 4 and backing sheet 2, press from both sides and establish a slice flimsy material (tissue) 8.Flimsy material 8 can improve the dispersivity of liquid, and improves the dimensional stability of absorption pad for incontinence.Perhaps, when absorption pad for incontinence is used to collect very small amount of urine, can omit disperse sheet 7 and flimsy material 8, so that total is simpler.
Though in the aforementioned embodiment, disperse sheet 7 is at absorptive unit 4 and last slice between 1, also can be conversely with this structure, and make and slice collecting between sheet 7 and the absorptive unit 4.Perhaps, shown in Fig. 7 and 8, can omit slices 7, replace with collecting layer 7 '.The advantage of this embodiment is, absorptive unit can expand, and its top can not be subjected to a restriction of slice 1.The collecting layer that is used for this purpose preferably weight is about 30g/m
2The large volume sheet material, or the compression piece of this material. For example, can adopt indentation line thickness is the large volume perforated films of 1184 μ (being called the product of " X-27373 " as the commodity of Tredegar company production and selling). Can also adopt density is about 100g/m
2The compression sheet material of cellulose sponge system, and density is 50g/m
2The large volume supatex fabric of hollow bicomponent fibers system.
In the present invention, high absorbed layer band 6 is the layers that also have super absorbent polymer (SAP).Super absorbent polymer is the high molecular polymer that per unit weight can absorb large quantity of moisture, roughly comprises the hydrolyzate of carboxymethyl cellulose, acrylic acid and its esters, crosslinked acrylate polymer, Starch and Acrylic Acid graft copolymer, starch-acrylonitrile graft copolymer, crosslinked polyoxyethylene, crosslinked carboxymethyl cellulose, partial cross-linked water-soluble bloated copolymer for example poly(ethylene oxide) and polyacrylamide and isobutene. maleic acid.By making such copolymer mummification, just can obtain the copolymer of microgranule base. After mummification, carry out post processing usually to improve the crosslink density of copolymer particle, add antiseized (antiblocking) agent simultaneously to prevent causing the adhesion of product microgranule owing to absorbing moisture.
The high-absorbable of the super absorbent polymer that the absorption pad for incontinence that forms constructed according to the invention is comprised in can the high absorbed layer 6 by absorptive unit 4 and absorb repeatedly discharge, a spot of liquid effectively keeps dry with the surface in season last slice 1.Also have,, make non-woven substrate 5 be exposed to air flow, thereby further help to make a surface of slice 1 to keep dry state because absorptive unit 4 has the ventilation area between high absorbed layer 6.Also have, the ventilation area can be so that bending and distortion uniformly, thereby makes absorbent article can 3 D stereo ground be out of shape and be complementary with wearer's body contour. In addition, the fluid passage can also be served as in the ventilation area, so that efficiently and apace drain is sent to the surface of high absorbed layer 6.
Because the mild incontinence that is made according to the present invention can wash away or work as means such as rubbish still falls with absorption pad and be abandoned by water in toilet, thereby preferably uses biodegradable SAP material in goods. At Biodegradable material well-known in the art for example is crosslinked polyolefin, crosslinked carboxymethyl cellulose (as the United States Patent (USP) 4,650 of Gelman, 716 is described), crosslinked alginic acid, crosslinked starch and crosslinked polyamino acid.By adopting super absorbent polymer and making high absorbed layer 6, just can obtain to have the structure of higher absorption rate with the cellulosic combination of little fibrillation-fibril formation.
In the present invention, absorptive unit 4 important component part is a supatex fabric substrate 5.This supatex fabric substrate can be made of the material of total being referred to as " supatex fabric ", as wet method and dry method spunbonded non-woven fabrics and spun-laced fabric.Preferably, the volume of the supatex fabric that is adopted among the present invention is big as much as possible, comb the spun-laced fabric that fleece tangles and obtains such as adopting by making in current, and comb the hot sticky supatex fabric that the fleece heat bonding obtains by making. Also have, for a kind of degradable absorptive unit is provided, combine with above-mentioned biodegradable SAP, preferably select a biodegradable cellulose nonwoven fabric or the cellulose nonwoven fabric that can decompose is made supatex fabric substrate 5 in the water of the calcium salt that contains CMC (carboxymethyl cellulose).
Should be appreciated that the term here " degradable absorptive unit " means still not a kind of degradable absorptive unit, but also comprise absorptive unit that can in water, decompose, biodegradable, that can in fertilizer, decompose or can in soil, decompose.Should be appreciated that though abovely described a kind of degradable absorptive unit 4, it can be degradable that absorption pad for incontinence itself is done as a whole, this can by suitably select last slice and the used material of backing sheet realize. For example, can by an absorptive unit of making by water-disintegrable material, one by the non-manufacturing fabric that can in water, decompose make last slice and one such as by partial cross-linked P.V.A. (polyvinyl alcohol) but the backing sheet made of material construct the absorption pad for incontinence of a complete hydrolysis.A kind of so hydrolyzable absorption pad can wash away by water in toilet and be abandoned.
To give a definition to some terms that adopted among the present invention below.
Term " can decompose in water or hydrolyzable " means a kind of like this constituent material, and it can decompose in the water of flushing toiler easily, and can not cause pipeline or analog blocked with enough fineness disperses.
Term " biodegradable " means a kind of like this constituent material, it can pass through the effect of living organism (for example microorganism in the natural environment, fungus, enzyme), perhaps make under the manually operated condition of fertilizer for example being used to, resolve into material safe, that molecular weight is little.
Term " can be degraded in fertilizer " and be meant a kind of like this constituent material, and it can resolve into material safe, that molecular weight is little by the effect of the living organism in the fertilizer (for example microorganism, fungus, enzyme). For example, when the degradable absorptive unit of 1 part of weight (under drying regime) was made into the fertilizer inoculum of 100 parts of weight (under wetting state) and handles 40 days under 58 degrees centigrade, the weight of the degradable absorptive unit after this handles can reduce to 0% to 50% of its original dry weight.
Term " can in degraded in soil " means a kind of like this constituent material, and it can resolve into material safe, that molecular weight is little by the effect of the microorganism in the soil, fungus or enzyme when being embedded in soil. For example, when the degradable absorptive unit of 1 part of weight (under drying regime) was embedded in farmland subsurface 300cm and keeps six months, the weight of the degradable absorptive unit after this handles can reduce to 0% to 50% of its original dry weight.
Should be appreciated that all terms above-mentioned are interchangeable for the purpose of the present invention. In addition, as previously mentioned, all these terms all should be contained by a total term " degradable ".
Below in conjunction with Fig. 4 a regular pattern composite absorption pad for incontinence according to second embodiment of the invention is described. In this embodiment, a disperse sheet 7 be folded between last slice 1 and backing sheet 2 between the space in.Similarly, be provided with a slice flimsy material 8 in the space between absorptive unit 4 and backing sheet 2.Absorbing sheet 7 and flimsy material 8 are to be positioned to improve the spread of liquid and the overall dimensions stability of absorption pad for incontinence. This similar is still had any different aspect several in the structure of first embodiment shown in Fig. 1 to 3.One of them difference part is that a bonding edge member 10, one elastic components 11 are connected in the inner rim of edge member 10 on the neighboring 3 of backing sheet 2, use that edge member 10 is extended internally.
Fig. 5 shows the absorptive unit 4 among Fig. 4.This absorptive unit 4 has one and is roughly orthogonal supatex fabric substrate 5.The first absorption region A is near the zone line of supatex fabric substrate 5.This first absorption region A is made up of three that are parallel to each other high absorbed layer bands 6, between these three bands by narrow ventilation area C1 separately. The a pair of second absorption region B that is made of high absorbed layer 6 is positioned at the both sides of the first absorption region A, and high absorbed layer 6 wherein is parallel to the absorbed layer among the first absorption region A.The ventilation area C2 of broad makes the second absorption region B and the first absorption region A separately.
The width Aw of the first absorption region A with respect to the ratio of the width B w of the second absorption region B preferably 1: in the scope of 0.3-2, preferably 1: in the scope of 0.7-1.0.Also have, preferably, with the first and second absorption region A and B divide the ventilation area C2 that opens occupied the absorptive unit gross area 10% or more, 15%-50% preferably.
Owing to the first absorption region A is arranged in middle, and the second absorption region B is arranged in the both sides of the first absorption region A, be more convenient in each zone, obtaining different absorption characteristics, and be more convenient for cutting out the product that making has different qualities, can satisfy different needs.Simultaneously, this embodiment also provides a kind of structure that can change its form easily.
In addition, when absorption pad for incontinence under the situation that becomes moistening under the effect of incontinence urine, ventilation area C1 and C2 can make absorption pad for incontinence have splendid breathability, prevent absorption pad heating, stuffiness or the situation that has other to allow the people feel under the weather.
Now see also Fig. 4, a heat seal 9 is in relation to other member with absorptive unit 4, as disperse sheet 7, flimsy material 8, last slice 1 and backing sheet 2, and all these members are formed as one.The absorptive unit 4 that forms one like this is fixed and puts in place, and absorptive unit 4 and absorption pad for incontinence keep their original shapes. Also have, this heat seal 9 can provide one to allow the mobile up and down passage of liquid, particularly can serve as make liquid from last slice downwards towards flimsy material layer 8 mobile jitty.
Fig. 6 shows the third embodiment of the present invention, and wherein an absorption pad for incontinence can absorb more liquid in long period of time designed according to this invention. In this embodiment, two absorptive unit 4a and 4b (being the double structure absorptive unit) are arranged, each unit all has and is similar to structure embodiment illustrated in fig. 4.Other member shown in Figure 6 is similar to the member of absorption pad for incontinence shown in Figure 4, and is denoted by the same reference numerals, thereby repeats no more.
Embodiment shown in Figure 6 has very high absorbability, can keep good breathability again simultaneously. In this embodiment, disperse sheet 7 between last 1 and last supatex fabric substrate 5, but also can be last slice 1 between supatex fabric substrate 5 and disperse sheet 7.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in Figure 7, two absorbing sheet 4a and 4b link together by the heat seal 9 on two points, and coated in such a way by a backing sheet 2, promptly, the upper surface of uppermost absorbing sheet 4a is not capped, and backing sheet 2 has along its peripheral elastic belt 12 and 13.Be provided with a collecting layer 7 ' on uppermost absorbing sheet 4a, this collecting layer has covered not part or all by the surface of backing sheet 2 coverings.
