Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及医药工业,即,通过提供一种具有杀病毒和抗微生物活性的药物材料及其制品防止和预防由不利的微生物因子的影响所导致的感染/发炎疾病。
背景技术
具有抗微生物活性的衣服、个人卫生用品,例如床上织物、毛巾、尿布、餐巾、手套、内衣等不但是医疗机构,如医院、烧伤中心和妇产科医院,在紧急情况下以及在发生流行病时是的必需品,而且也是家庭的必需品。在家庭中,这些制品被作为降低患病和疾病复发的可能性的预防用品使用。对于医疗机构的工作人员而言,这些制品是减少医院内感染扩散的危险的必需品,使他们能够在工作场所长时间停留而不需要更换衣服,因为抗微生物材料制品有助于切断疾病通过人的衣服转移的传播途径以及防止反复的自体传染。
一种抗微生物材料包括天然纤维基底和用于医药和卫生领域的血根红碱(sanguiritrine)。制备此种材料的方法包括用血根红碱浸渍天然纤维,然后干燥(USSR发明人证书1771750,Cl.A 61L 15/00,30.10.1992)。
但是,这些改进对大多数微生物和真菌不具有活性并且不能在洗涤后保持其性能。
已知的材料具有针对革兰氏阳性、革兰氏阴性微生物和真菌的抗微生物活性,这些微生物和真菌包括没有细胞结构的病毒/传染物,其特征是体积特别小并能够通过滤菌器和附着在衣服上。

发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种对多种革兰氏阳性、革兰氏阴性菌群、致病真菌以及F/RK/8/34群的微小病毒、eteroviruses(III型脊髓灰质炎和A型肝炎)具有生物活性,对人体器官没有任何毒效应并且耐水洗的材料以及使用该材料制造的个人卫生制品。
通过使用含有吸附的生物活性剂的织物或化学性质与生物活性剂相关的织物制造用品(衣服、个人卫生用品,例如床上织物、毛巾、尿布、餐巾、手套、袜类等)实现上述目的,其中的生物活性剂是带有10-18个碳原子的季铵化合物,即卡塔明(Catamin)AB和多元醇,各成分的重量%为:

卡塔明AB是烷基二甲基苯甲基铵氯化物(同义名:Rockal),是一种杀菌剂并适合作为阳离子表面活性剂。[R(CH3)2(CH2C6H5)N]+Cl-,R-表示C10H21-C18H37或C12H25-C14H29的直链烷基混合基团。卡塔明AB的平均分子量是361±15克/摩尔。技术规格TU 2482-012-1316 4401-94。
棉、羊毛、聚酰胺、混合纤维材料和药物领域中使用的其他材料可以作为本发明的材料使用。
实施例本发明的实施例1
用杀菌剂卡塔明AB的固含量为0.9%的水溶液,其中含多元醇0.038%定期处理棉纤维。在超过30分钟的时间内进行吸附。此后,干燥所制备的材料。吸附的活性物质大约是材料重量的0.06%。本发明的实施例2
按照实施例1所描述的方法处理羊毛纤维,其中所使用的杀菌剂的浓度为1.5%固含量,多元醇的量为0.038%。材料上吸附的活性物质的浓度是材料重量的0.075%。本发明的实施例3
用1.2%的卡塔明AB和0.035%的多元醇的水溶液定期处理聚酰胺纤维60分钟,然后干燥所制备的材料。卡塔明AB的浓度是材料重量的0.07%。
制备的实施例以及材料性能提供在下表中。
所制备的材料用于制造例如衣服、个人卫生用品、床上织物、毛巾、尿布、餐巾、手套、内衣等制品。
此种材料对人体无毒性,不会影响人的免疫系统,促进患者更快地痊愈并防止疾病的复发,上述性能得到了在烧伤治疗中心使用以及在家庭条件下预防性使用的支持。
在使用由本发明材料制造的床单的床上,治愈了十位II度和III度烧伤患者。通过观察表明,在10-12天后表皮开始痊愈。在未进行二次扩张的情况下痊愈。
当使用由本发明的材料制造的医用手套和袜子时,在治疗指甲霉菌病过程中,除去指甲后,观察到复发减少(降至75%)同时加快了指甲床表皮的愈合。
医务人员在诊所内穿着抗微生物衣服能够降低微生物在工作服、外衣和其他衣服上的传播的2-4倍。因此,它提高了对医务人员针对微生物因子的保护以及预防了医院内的感染。
因此,使用本发明材料制造的用品能够使患有由多种革兰氏阳性和革兰氏阴性微生物群落以及致病真菌所导致的疾病的患者的治愈过程加快,同时当存在此类微生物繁殖的可能时,本发明的制品还能够发挥预防的作用。

1.一种含有抗微生物物质的以天然纤维为基底的药物材料,其特征在于其含有作为活性物质的带有10-18个碳原子的季铵化合物消炎剂卡塔明AB和多元醇,其中各组分相对材料重量的重量%为:

2.一种由带有抗微生物物质的天然纤维基底的药物材料制造的制品,其特征在于它含有作为活性物质的带有10-18个碳原子的季铵化合物和多元醇,其中各组分相对材料重量的重量%为:
