Abstract

一种火箭弹的高增程的猛炸药弹筒。它内部的猛炸药在空气中爆轰所产生的均匀规则的球形胞格结构的爆轰波的轴向推力,能很安全地发挥千百倍超过任何推力药的推进威力。而装置于战斗外壳上的翼片能保持前进方向的不变。整个弹体是由战斗部-猛炸药弹筒-喷气推进器三部分组成,喷气推进器内的普通推力药是把战斗部及猛炸药弹筒送上一定高度的空间,猛炸药弹筒内有时差击发装置,使弹筒内猛炸药在高空中爆轰,推动战斗部高速前进。

Description

火箭弹的猛炸药高增程弹筒
目前火箭炮弹是一种靠喷气发动器内推力火药燃烧推进的无控炮弹。它在近程作集中轰击中能发挥巨在威力,但缺点是射程较近只有几十公里,较先进的俄罗斯“旋风”9M55X式300mm火箭弹最大射程70公里。中国的“卫士”火箭弹更先进,WS-1B射程180公里,但射程还不理想。想以廉价的火箭弹形式作超远距离轰击最大限度代替近中程导弹一直是弹药专家们的理想。但是一个误区是谁也不敢去想利用猛炸药的爆轰波来作推力。
本发明的目的就是提供一种猛炸药高增程弹筒,它在空气中爆轰所产生的均匀规则的球形胞格结构的爆轰波的轴向推力、能很安全地发挥千百倍超过任何推力药的推进威力。而装置于战斗部外壳的翼片能正确的保持战斗部前进的方向的不变。它体积小重量轻价格十分低廉。
本发明的目的是用这样的方法实现的:猛炸药高增程弹筒是一个圆柱形封闭结构内装猛炸药(TNT、黑索金等)并有“时差击发装置”,安置于有翼片的战部和喷气发动器之间,当喷气发动器把战斗部和猛炸药弹筒一起推入高空中约200米左右时,猛炸药弹筒内的时差击发装置使猛炸药在2万分之一秒内爆轰。爆轰波使战斗部,弹筒,喷气发动器三者相互分离,战斗部接受爆轰波巨大的轴向推力后,产生千百倍以上的高速并依靠翼片继续保持前进方向。
可以举例计算一下:我国卫士级火箭“WS-1B9”火箭弹为例,其战斗部150kg,原射速1800m/秒,原射程180km,如果要它射速达到5000m/秒射程增加到3500km那末就以NTN的当量0.1196计算,用NTN的猛炸药重量为89.7kg即可。如果用黑索金等的高爆药量就会更小,如果战斗部里加上制导装置,GPS定位系统,其使用价值就远超过中程导弹。
总之,只要各方面计算配置适当:如猛炸药品种,药量的选择;弹筒内置延时击发的方法;弹筒层数的多少;弹体制造材料的选择;射击角度的确定等等,这样就可以使战斗部做到射程在300km到10000km以上间作选择,射高在2万m--200万m之间选择。而因它价低廉可作大量大面积使用使敌人无法加以拦截的。

在图1中表现结构上的三个层次:战斗部1及其翼片2,下面紧衔接猛炸药弹筒3;再下面又紧衔接喷气发动器4;猛炸药弹筒3内充满高爆性猛炸药6,并有时差击发装置7。当作战时,喷气发动器4,首先点火推动前面两个刚体(猛炸药弹筒3和战斗部1)一起升空,翼片2和尾翼5保持预定方向。在一定高度的空气中时差击发装置7使猛炸药6爆轰,爆轰波既推离喷气发动器4和尾翼5,又轴向推动战斗部1高速前进,翼片2保持战斗部1前进方向的不变。

  1. 一、一种火箭弹的猛炸药高增程弹筒,其特征是:圆柱形的弹筒内装有猛炸药和时差击发装置,装嵌于外有翼片的战斗部和常规推力药发射喷气发动器之间。
  2. 二、根据权利要求1所述火箭弹的猛炸药高增程弹筒:其特征是适宜装置于任何外壳有翼片的战斗部之后,如火箭弹,枪榴弹,鱼雷等,并可以与控制系统相结合增加精度。
