Abstract

发明背景
1、发明领域
本发明涉及一种新型无机粘结材料,发现它可用作聚集体的粘合剂。本发明还涉及一种形成粘结材料的方法,该方法包括:将无机材料与淡水或海水混合,引起一放热反应,由此使该无机材料硬化。在某些情况下,在加入水之前、之后或与之同时加入聚集体,从而产生一混凝土样材料。
2、相关技术描述
水硬水泥为已知,最常见的是硅酸盐水泥,它是在高温下,通常是在一窑中将无机材料经过热处理,使水泥活化。当该水泥随后与水混合时,它硬化。当向该水泥中加入聚集体时,通常将其称之为混凝土。
本发明涉及一种新型粘结材料,它是由不需要与硅酸盐水泥相关的高温热处理的无机物形成的。古埃及人描述了使用石块或泥砖构建许多建筑物,例如在埃及Sheikh abd el-Qurna地区在Rehkmire墓中泥砖做的景物。制备建筑物的其它配方或铸品详述在位于埃及Sehel岛的Famine Stele上。
然而,如果该技术的确描述了使用通过添加碳酸钠(还称之为无水碳酸钠、泡碱等)和一种或多种碳酸钙族材料(包括霰石、石灰石、方解石、大理石、白云石等)(当它们与水混合时将硬化)形成的粘结材料,那么废弃的该方法将可以应用。本人已称这种新型材料为水泥Conch-krete。

因此本发明的目的是提供一种新型无机粘结材料,当加入水时它变硬。
本发明的另一目的是提供使用这种新型粘结材料作为聚集体的粘合剂制造砖、石块、铸石物、培养过的大理石、固位壁、管、灰浆、砂浆、喷浆、粉饰灰泥和类似或其它产品的方法。
结合本发明实施方式的详细描述将更全面地理解本发明的这些和其它目的。
优选实施方式的描述
在一实施方式中,通过如下方法形成一粘结材料:将一碳酸钠源与碳酸钙源材料混合,加入水并诱导放热反应,使该水泥硬化。作为活性成分的组分的量可以在20-80重量%碳酸钠与80-20重量%碳酸钙之间变化。
碳酸钠可以为碳酸钠形式,或者为碳酸钠十水合物、无水碳酸钠等。
作为碳酸钠源,可以为天然无水碳酸钠、泡碱等。碳酸钙源包括碳酸钙或者已知形式的一种,或者为霰石、石灰石、方解石、大理石、白云石等。
当向无机材料混合物中加入水时,通常开始快速硬化。
碳酸钙和碳酸钠组分的细度和粒径不仅影响最终产品的整体外观,而且影响其强度。
本发明所用的碳酸钙和碳酸钠的粒径可以从粉末、普通沙到灰尘、碎片或较大块变化。通常粒径经选择以实现最终产品,并且可以组合使用粒径混合物。
在将本发明的粘结材料的成分混合时可以加入着色剂,这将影响所得产品的最终颜色,由此能够分别地形成粘结产品的最终外观。
以下列出了可以加入水泥混合物(在水泥重量的5%以下)中并强化最终产品的矿物质和化合物:卤化物、氯化钠、硼酸盐、氧化物、磷酸盐、硅酸盐、硫酸盐、硫化物、飞尘、二氧化硅烟雾、沙、火山灰、胶泥、热塑性物质、热固性弹性体、环氧物、聚氨酯、多硫化物、聚硅氧烷、聚硫化煤焦油、热固性密封剂、氯丁橡胶、丁基橡胶、铅、橡胶、沥青、橡胶煤焦油、丙烯酸树脂、乙烯树脂、油树脂、聚丁烯、碳钢、不锈钢、钢、铜、氟代硅酸盐、自由石灰、水合石灰、氯化橡胶、膨润土、微型硅石、metahaolin、硅灰石、碳酸镁、二氧化硅、沥青、铜盐、铁、氧化铁、钾碱、碳酸钾、超塑化剂、沥青、合成纤维、稻草、玻璃纤维、镀锌钢、纤维素醚、磺酸化共聚物、铝、铝盐、碳、硫酸、镁、镁盐、硫氰酸、烷醇胺、硫氰酸盐、脲、醛、一甲醇脲、三异丙醇胺、金属硝酸盐、金属硫氰酸盐、硫代硫酸盐、三乙醇胺、葡糖酸、木质素磺酸、亚硝酸钠、甲酸钙、苯甲酸钠、甲醛、硅铝酸盐、地质聚合粘合剂、沸石、聚丙烯酸盐、地质聚合物、铵盐、氧化钙、硼砂、氢氧化钾、碳酸钾、氢氧化钠、柠檬酸、羧酸、木质素硫酸盐、脱水石膏、石膏半水合物、无水石膏、碳酸氢钠、过氧化氢、硼酸、锂、碳酸锂、硫酸钙、碱性碳酸氢盐、磺酸化木质素、木质素磺酸盐、氟化物、硅酸三钙、铝酸三钙、氧化铬、木材、天然纤维、合成织物纤维、硬石膏、钛、砂岩、流纹岩、火山灰、白云石、硫氰酸盐、硝酸钙和空气捕获掺合物、硫化氢、硫化铁、硫化亚铁、硫、硅酸镁。
如上所述,所得粘结材料可作为以下物质使用:填料、灰浆、砂浆、喷浆、粉饰灰泥、砖或石块、装饰性效果、建筑或铸石物、装饰性或培养过的大理石或花岗岩、固位壁、壁包层、固位壁、嵌板、反向嵌板、屋顶和地板砖瓦、铺筑材料、预制石、鹅卵石和烧结石、管、加固,包括预压产品、挤出和模制产品和组分。它可用作绝缘护套、热绝缘包装材料,并用于家具和器具。它可单独或与其它材料一起用作独木舟、船、爱斯基摩人划子、临时铸件、工作台或计数头、可生物吸收的设备等的组分。还发现用作临时填料、临时道路、临时设备、临时支撑设备、临时栅栏、临时支架、临时台架、临时墙、临时码头等。
可以包含在水泥内的聚集体包括基岩、暗色岩、石英和石英岩、花岗岩、chyrscolla、孔雀石、黑云母和长石。
它可以形成混合均匀的材料或者可以呈现层状混合物形状。
应理解为在不背离附加权利要求书的精神和范围的情况下可以对本发明进行改变和改进。
Claims (14)
1.一种粘结产品,由碳酸钠源和碳酸钙源和水的未经煅烧的混合物形成。
2.如权利要求1的粘结产品,其中碳酸钙源包括至少一种选自以下的材料:碳酸钙、霰石、石灰石、方解石、大理石、白云石等。
3.如权利要求1的粘结产品,还包括聚集体。
4.如权利要求3的粘结产品,在有或没有硬化剂存在的情况下加入水时经受一放热反应。
5.如权利要求1的粘结产品,还含有一着色剂或染料。
6.如权利要求1的粘结产品,其中碳酸钙源以选自以下的形式存在:粉末、灰尘、沙、块、较大块或其组合。
7.一种形成粘结产品的方法,包括:
以未烧结形式提供碳酸钙源和碳酸钠源混合物,在有或没有聚集体的情况下与水混合;
在所得混合物中发生一放热反应,和
回收硬化的产品。
8.如权利要求7的方法,其中所述方法还包括在其硬化之前使混合物成型。
9.如权利要求7的方法,其中在有或没有硬化剂的情况下诱导所述放热反应。
10.如权利要求7的方法,其中所述产品包括填料、灰浆、砂浆、喷浆、粉饰灰泥、砖石部分、装饰或建筑铸石物、砖块、石块、屋顶和地板砖瓦、鹅卵石和铺筑材料。
11.如权利要求7的方法,其中所述产品包括培养过的大理石、嵌板、固位壁、壁包层、反向嵌板、地板砖、管和加固或预压混凝土。
12.如权利要求7的方法,其中所述水为淡水或海水。
13.如权利要求7的方法,其中混合还包括添加合成树脂或其它基于石油的残液。
14.如权利要求7的方法,其中混合还包括向混合物中添加至少一种无机添加剂。
