本发明所属技术领域,新型环保材料属电子学、金属学、材料学等技术领域。
据调查现有的建筑装饰材料仅具有建筑物表面,建筑保护,装饰美观作用,不具有屏蔽微波,电磁波作用。
本发明的目的利用电子学中微波,电磁波在磁性金属材料中的趋肤作用。有效的屏蔽微波电磁波的作用,防止微波,电磁波对人体伤害。对神经系统,血液循环系统,视觉系统尤其对婴幼儿及孕妇胎儿起到保护作用。
本发明是在各种建筑装饰材料的生产过程中加入微量磁性金属材料。例如:膜材中磁性材料加入量为2~3%,由于加入量很少,即不影响原有工艺及原有材料的使用性能。
本发明的特点及效果:
1、加入的微量磁性金属材料来源广泛,用量低,成本低。
2、充分利用原有生产工艺及设备。
3、加入微量磁性材料后,可有效的屏蔽微波,电磁波的作用,防止在现代空间中的微波,电磁波对人体(特别是孕妇婴幼儿)神经系统、血液循环系统、视觉系统的伤害。
实施例:
例如在模材和膜材制作过程在涂层的粘结剂中加入微量磁性金属材料,在加热硬化过程中固定在装饰材料中,使装饰材料同时起到屏蔽微波,电磁波作用,也可在涂料中加和微量磁性材料,使建筑装饰材料起到建筑保护和装饰作用的同时志到屏蔽微波,电磁波的作用。

1、这种建筑装饰材料含有微量成分,其特征在于这种成分中包括微量磁性金属材料(膜材中加入量为2~3%)上述材料具有屏蔽微波电磁波的作用。
