Abstract
当一模拟电话用户经一调制解调器连接参加因特网会议时,就不能与他接通电话。采用本发明该用户有可能与其因特网会议同时接受一项电话业务(例如用声卡和麦克风)。
Description
当一个模拟电话用户参加因特网会议时,就不能与他接通电话。关于呼入的呼叫的通知,例如借助输入的声音是不容易实现的,因为在用户与因特网直拨节点(入网节点,Point of Presence,POP)之间使用调制解调器协议或因特网协议(简称IP)。
作为本发明的基础的任务是,提出一种方法来解决上述难题。
采用本发明用户有可能与其因特网会议同时接收电话业务(例如用声卡和麦克凤)。就是说用户为接收电话业务不必中断其因特网会议。
本发明尤其有利于模拟电话用户,因为给该用户只提供一条唯一的使用信道,即无需第二条使用信道,例如像一位ISDN用户那样。
下面借助画面进一步阐述本发明的一实施例,该画面包含一附图。
该附图示出了本发明的原埋,即功能特征“呼叫转接”与语音经因特网“技术的结合。借助此结合将来自导线传输网(公共的或专用的电话网)的数据汇入到进行中的因特网会议的IP数据包流中。同样来自因特网会议的IP-语音数据也被输入到电话网中。
如果一个模拟电话用户在参加因特网会议并且在他的连接端到达一电话业务时,例如电话呼叫,那么该呼叫就经因特网业务“语音经过因特网VoI”向用户提供,其中向用户显示呼叫号码。于是用户有可能拒绝接受或与其因特网会议同时接受该呼叫(例如用声卡和麦克凤)。该用户为接受呼叫也不必中断其因特网会议。
功能特征“在因特网会议中的呼叫转接”可分以下几个部分:
(a)用户获得使用此功能特征的授权
(b)每当用户在参加因特网会议时交换站必须辨认出。为此目的在建立IP连接时由因特网直拨节点通知交换站,作为IP连接基础的使用信道连接将用于IP连接,在此,在通知中同时包含IP连接的IP号码(在接收此通知时交换站记录因特网直拨节点的E.164.号码)。
(c)如果在交换站接收到此用户的电话连接要求,于是该呼叫就转送到因特网直拨节点(在这种情况下该因特网直拨节点也被表示为“语音经因特网互连装置IWU”(见附图)。IWU所需的信息,例如因特网用户的IP号码,在用于转接所需的呼叫连接建立时由地区电话局向互连装置转接。
(d)IWU的“语音经因特网”业务应用经IP连接建立通向因特网用户的PC中相应应用的另一连接。现在用户有可能拒绝呼叫,或借助他的PC装备(声卡和麦克凤)与当前因特网会议同时接收呼叫。
Claims (6)
1、在网络中用于通信控制的方法,按此方法为连接在网络上的用户经其网络接入节点建立一个通向因特网直拨节点(IWU)的一条使用信道连接,其特征在于,在使用信道连接存在期间,经网络为网络接入节点上的用户到达的一项业务,例如呼叫,被转送到因特网直拨节点,并且由此节点经网络信道连接向用户提供。
2、按权利要求1的方法,其特征在于,无条件地将为用户到达的业务向因特网直拨节点转送。
3、按权利要求1的方法,其特征在于,在向因特网直拨节点转送到达的业务之前,经控制信道(D信道)向因特网直拨节点传送存在该业务的信令,指出该信息向哪个方向由因特网直拨节点经使用信道向用户转送。
4、按权利要求1至3之一的方法,其特征在于,在建立IP连接时由因特网直拨节点通知网络节点,使用信道连接将用作IP连接,其中该通知同时含有IP连接的IP号码。
5、网络的网络节点,该节点为了接入因特网给一个与其连接的用户建立一条通向网络的一个因特网直拨点的使用信道连接,其特征在于,网络节点将一项在使用信道连接存在期间经电话网在该网络节点处为用户到达的业务,例如呼叫,转送到因特网直拨节点。
6、网络的因特网直拨节点,该直拨点
a)与网络的一网络节点连接,
b)经网络的一个使用信道连接维持向一在网络上连接的用的一条IP连接,其特征在于,该直拨节点从网络接入节点接受一项业务,即在使用信道连接存在期间经网络在用户的网络接入节点处为用户到达的业务,例如呼叫,经过网络信道连接向用户提供并在必要时接通。
