一种生物光盘,属生物工程技术领域。包括支持物和探针,支持物和探针之间有金属反射层,支持物和金属反射层间有有机染料层,光盘上探针呈同心圆环状或螺旋状排列。该生物光盘点阵密度高,在与其它试剂反应后用计算机光驱、VCD、SVCD、DVD播放机等光盘阅读装置拾取反应信号包括荧光信号,用计算机分析判断结果,阅读方式多样化,使用非常方便,使用成本得以降低。

一种生物光盘
本发明属于生物工程技术领域,特别涉及一种生物光盘。
目前使用的生物芯片包括基因芯片、肽芯片,从结构上来说,它们都由支持物或片基和探针层组成,这类芯片必须用专用的芯片分析仪才能检测出结果,使用很不方便,成本太高。
本发明目的在于提供一种使用方便的生物光盘。
为达上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种生物光盘,包括支持物和探针,在支持物和探针之间有金属反射层。
在支持物和金属反射层之间设有有机染料层。
有机染料选用花菁。
光盘上探针呈同心圆环状排列或螺旋状排列。
支持物选用聚碳酸酯,金属反射层选用金、银或铝。

本发明采用在支持物和探针之间增设金属反射层,或增设金属反射层及有机染料层的设计,使得生物芯片结构类似光盘结构,我们称其为生物光盘或叫生物芯片。它与普通光盘区别在于:普通光盘中存储的是数据信息,本发明中则是探针,该探针可与其他试剂反应而提供某种信息;普通光盘用激光将信息以凸凹形式进行记录并读取,而本发明则先将探针固定于金属反射层面上,通过与其它试剂反应提供某种信息;普通光盘结构上有一层保护层,本发明则无此保护层,如果在其探针上设保护层,则无法进行反应。它可以在与其它试剂反应后用计算机光驱、VCD、SVCD、DVD播放机等光盘阅读装置拾取反应信号包括荧光信号,用计算机分析判断结果,阅读方式多样化,使用非常方便,使用成本得以降低。探针采用同心圆环状或螺旋状点阵,点阵可用原位合成、光刻、机器人点样、硅烷化连接、自组装单分子层或生物素——亲和素体系排布于金属反射层上,点阵密度更高,光盘容量增大。
下面结合附图进一步说明本发明。
实施例1,一种生物光盘,包括支持物1和探针层2,在支持物和探针层间设一金属反射层3。其制作过程参照光盘制作过程。支持物选用聚碳酸酯,金属反射层选用金。
实施例2,一种生物光盘,本实施例中,在金属反射层与支持物间增设有机染料层4。有机染料层选用花菁,其他同实施例1。

1、一种生物光盘,包括支持物和探针,本发明特征在于,在支持物和探针之间有金属反射层。
2、如权利要求1所述的生物光盘,其特征在于,在支持物和金属反射层之间设有有机染料层。
3、如权利要求2所述的生物光盘,其特征在于,有机染料选用花菁。
4、如权利要求1或2或3所述的生物光盘,其特征在于,光盘上探针呈同心圆环状排列或螺旋状排列。
5、如权利要求4所述的生物光盘,其特征在于,支持物选用聚碳酸酯,金属反射层选用金、银或铝。
