Abstract
一种用于旋转式再生空气预热器中的加热元件篮框组件(10),具有一个在每个侧面上都有开口区的图框结构,开口由固定到框架内的平板(26)覆盖。在框架构件内的每个平板(26)的外侧安装有密封板件(28)。密封板件(28)的一部分从篮框(10)的周边弯曲向外突出,形成与转子的隔板(36)和静板(32)相接触的挠性密封(30)。
Description
本发明涉及一种用来减少或消除旋转式再生热交换器加热元件附近气流内部旁流的装置,尤其是在空气预热器的加热元件附近空气和烟气流的内部旁流。
在一个旋转式再生空气预热器中,转子被隔板分成几个盘形区,再由静板细分成转子部件。每个转子部件都设计成能容纳一个或多个加热元件组件,该组件是一个篮框形容器,内有传热表面。由于制造公差和/或在变化的热工条件下产生的转子结构的扭曲,因此在设计加热元件时通常需要在各篮框附近保留一定的空隙,以防止在安装时发生碰撞。
当制造公差、转子扭曲和/或设计容余使得在篮框的侧壁、端壁与转子部件的对应壁之间或相邻篮框之间产生过大缝隙(旁流缝隙)时,一部分空气和气流将流过缝隙,流经传热表面,造成传热效率的损失。
本发明提供一种专门的装置,以减少或消除旋转式再生热交换器部件中的传热篮框附近空气和烟气流的旁流。本发明涉及在每个边都具有框架件的图框式篮框,以及在侧壁和端壁的框架件内安装衬板构成所谓的复合式篮框(侧壁和端壁都有平板封闭的图框式篮框)。在衬板的外面具有密封片,密封片向外偏斜的部分形成抵住部件壁的挠性密封条。
图1是典型的现有技术旋转式再生空气预热器的图框式篮框的立体图。
图2是修改后构成本发明的类似的图框式篮框的立体图。

本发明涉及旋转式再生空气预热器的加热元件,其中加热元件放置在转子的部件中。正如本领域所公知的那样,该部件是这样形成的:由径向延伸的隔板分成盘形区,再由若干切向延伸的静板将各区分成多个部件。本领域也知道,为了容易地在部件中安装和拆卸,该加热元件的尺寸必须略小。这就意味着在加热元件的侧面和隔板之间以及加热元件的内外端面和静板之间存在公差或缝隙。正如前面所述,这些缝隙造成了加热元件传热表面附近的空气和烟气的旁流。
图1显示了一个用于图框式加热元件篮框的典型的框架构件10。框架构件10包括两个竖直的内端角件12和两个竖直的外端角件14。顶板条16和底板条18各自绕三个侧面延伸并与四个角件相连。外顶板条20和底板条22与两个角件14相连。篮框10包含由许多紧密间隔的板24构成的传热表面。图1中只示出两个这样的板。通过将两个角件12和顶底板条16、18连接来组装加热元件。随后,将传热表面板24从外端放入。之后安装由两个外角件14和顶底板条20、22组装起来的盖板。为了清楚起见,在图1和其它图中没有显示出穿过元件的顶部和底部、从内端向外端辐射状延伸的传热表面板的常规支撑棒。就象上面所解释和下面将要显示的那样,当将这些加热元件安装到空气预热器转子部件上时,在加热元件的周边和部件的壁之间存在间隙。
图2是与图1所示相同类型篮框的立体图,但它构成本发明。在篮框的四个侧面布置了平衬板26。这些平衬板26用诸如点焊的方法固定在框架的内侧,使它们完全覆盖每个侧面的图框开口。就象我们有时所说的各侧都封死的复合式篮框结构。
在平衬板26外侧、图框开口内安装着一个密封板28,密封板28的一部分向外偏斜或弯折形成一个挠性密封条30。为了进一步说明这个结构,图3显示了篮框内端面沿3-3线的断面图。可以看到,密封板28是在31处点焊到平衬板26上的。图3还显示了转子构件的静板32,并显示了挠性密封条30是如何抵住静板并堵住篮框和静板之间的空隙34的。为了详细说明,图4给出了图2所示篮框的部分顶视图。为了详细说明外角部,图5给出了图2的5-5线的断面图。可以看到,由外角件14和板条20、22构成的盖板安装在平衬板26的内侧。同时,还显示了与密封条30相接触的径向延伸的隔板36的一部分。
图6显示了在篮框侧面安装密封板28另一种方式。在该实施例中,密封板向下延伸到图框开口以下,其底端被夹在平板26和底板条18之间。这样进一步保证了密封板的定位。
Claims (3)
1.一种用于旋转式再生空气预热器中的加热元件篮框组件,包括:
a.一个篮框框架构件,包括两个内角件、两个外角件和顶、底板条,每个顶、底板条绕所述组件延伸并将所述的角件连接到一起,构成了篮框的周边并形成了在所述组件每个面上的中心开口部分;
b.安装在所述组件每个面上的所述的顶、底板条和所述角件内的平板,它覆盖了所述的中心开口部分;
c.安装在每个所述平板件外侧的密封板,每个所述的密封板件都有一个挠性的密封条,它平行于顶、底板条延伸,并从所述中心开口处向所述篮框周边外突出。
2.如权利要求1所述的加热元件篮框组件,其中所述的密封板件是焊接到所述平板上的。
3.如权利要求1所述的加热元件篮框组件,其中所述密封板件向下延伸到所述底板条和所述平板之间。
