本发明公开了一种防止交叉感染的水嘴，包括水嘴体(1)、单控陶瓷片密封阀芯总成(2)、出水小孔(3)，挡水帽(4)、开关手把(5)。单控陶瓷片密封阀芯总成(2)装在水嘴体(1)的出水口，开关手把(5)在下面，使用时水流可不断冲刷开关手把的表面，保持开关手把的洁净，防止手把在关开关手把时的交叉感染。同时本发明易于制造，成本低廉，性能可靠，经久耐用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种水嘴，更具体地说，它涉及一种防止交叉感染的水嘴。
背景技术
水嘴，是一种日常用品，特别是在公共场所提供给人们洗手用的水嘴，为了防止人们在洗完手后又去拧开关手把时交叉感染，目前市场上有三种开关方式的水嘴来达到这一目的，他们分别是肘开关式、脚踏式、延时自闭式，但是，由于这三种开关方式都有一定缺点，制约着它们在公共场所的全面推广使用。如：肘开关式因阀柄很长，必须顺其开关方向施力，不可反向硬掰，否则易损坏，不宜在公共场所使用；脚踏式因脚踏用力，易损坏，且价格较高，安装又占空间，还必须依附于墙、地面安装；延时自闭式，因密封环节多，密封面易损坏，或小孔被堵塞而漏水，且洗淋时间不尽人意，价格也高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是，提供一种结构简单，易于制造，成本低廉，安装方便，经久耐用的防止交叉感染的水嘴；克服现有技术中或易损坏、不直在公共场所使用，或价格较高、安装又占空间，或密封环节多，密封面易损坏，或小孔被堵塞而漏水，洗淋时间不尽人意等不足。
本发明的防止交叉感染的水嘴，包括水嘴体，单控陶瓷片密封阀芯总成，开关手把，挡水帽，所述的水嘴体和目前通用的陶瓷芯手控水嘴的水嘴体比较，只是把原设于水嘴中间和上部的阀座和阀芯承母，设于水嘴的出水口段。所述的单控陶瓷片密封阀芯总成采用目前市场出售的成品，再行钻几个通水小孔，装配时，阀芯垫圈在上面，阀芯柄朝下。所述的开关手把制造成圆锥台形，圆锥台的表面设有导水防滑槽并涂上不粘涂层。所述的出水孔可均布开于阀芯壳上或开于阀芯柄的中间。所述的挡水帽一端套在水嘴体的出口外面，下口罩于开关手把上。
本发明的有益效果是：当人们在洗手的同时，水流也同时冲洗开关手把，人们洗净手后，去关手把不会受到交叉感染。同时，本发明还充分地利用现有成熟的技术，采用已经通用的单控陶瓷片密封阀芯总成，所以本发明易于制造，成本低廉，性能可靠，安装使用方便，和目前广泛通用的陶瓷片密封水嘴有同样的经久耐用性。

具体实施方式
图1所示的实施例中，出水小孔3开于单控陶瓷片密封阀芯总成2的阀芯外壳上，小孔直径为2mm，孔数为6个均布。
图2所示的实施例中，出水小孔3开于单控陶瓷片密封阀芯总成2的阀芯柄的中心，小孔直径为3mm，在阀芯柄的中部挡水帽4和开关手把5上平面之间有6只直径为1.5mm的出水口和出水小孔连通。
当人们打开本防止交叉感染的水嘴洗手时，出水通过挡水帽的缓冲和整流使水流沿开关手把的外表面流下，使开关手把也保持清洁，从而防止了平时关开关手把时难免的交义感染的情况发生。

1、一种防止交叉感染的水嘴，包括水嘴体、单控陶瓷片密封阀芯总成、开关手把，阀座、阀芯承母设于出水口，单控陶瓷片密封阀芯总成装在水嘴体的出水口，阀芯垫圈装在上面，阀芯柄朝下，开关手把在下面，阀芯总成上开有出水小孔，开关手把为圆锥台形，圆锥台的表面设有导水防滑槽，其特征是，开关手把的表面涂上不粘涂层。
