Abstract

一种涉及压电行波型环状超声电机,其构成是在环状壳体(1)内由下至上依次装有环状波形弹簧(2),环状毛毡(3)和在其表面粘贴有压电陶瓷片(4)的环状定子(5),在其表面粘贴有摩擦片(7)的环状转子(6);在环状转子两端的转子凹槽与压盖(10)凹槽之间装有滚珠(9);压盖(10)通过螺纹与环状壳体(1)相连,在壳体一端还装有止动螺栓(8),另一端装有止动螺钉(11)。本超声电机与现有技术相比具有体积小,重量轻,低转速,特别适用于航天技术领域。

压电行波型环状超声电机
技术领域
本发明的压电行波型环状超声电机属于超电机领域。
背景技术
由于超声电机具有低转速大扭矩、低噪声、运动响应快以及外形可以任意设计的特点。日本Canon公司在二十世纪九十年代将压电行波环状超声电机应用于照相机的自动聚集系统。
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有重量很轻、转速极低且适合于航天领域的特殊应用的新型压电行波环状超声电机。为实现此目的,本发明的压电行波型环状超声电机的构成是,在环状壳体内由下到上依次装有环状波形弹簧、环状毛毡以及在其下表面粘有压电陶瓷片的环状定子和在其下表面粘有磨擦片的环状转子,在转子两端的转子凹槽与压盖凹槽之间装有滚珠,压盖通过螺纹与壳体相连,在壳体一端还装有止动螺栓,另一端装有止动螺钉。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有体积小、重量轻、低转速,特别适合于航天领域中应用。

具体实施方式
结合上述附图叙述本发明的具体实施方式。由图1可知,本发明的具体构成是,在环状壳体1内由下至上依次装有环状波形弹簧2,环状毛毡3,在其下表面粘贴在压电陶瓷片4的环状定子5和在其下表面粘贴有磨擦片7的环状转子6,滚珠9均匀地置于转子两端转子凹槽与压盖10凹槽内,环状压盖10通过螺纹与环状壳体相连接,使压盖10上的凹槽恰好落在滚珠9上,环状壳体一端均分地装有三个止动螺栓8,另一端装有止动螺钉11。通过调节压盖10的螺纹松紧程度来获得转子6和定子5接触界面上的合适的预压力;用安装在壳体上的三个止动螺栓8来止住压盖10的自由转动;用止动螺钉11来止住定子的有害周向运动。在压盖10与转子6之间的接触部分加上滚珠以减少磨擦,有利于转子相对于定子的顺利转动,不受其他固定零部件的阻碍;定子采用热膨胀系数和压电陶瓷片的热膨胀系数相似的合金材料,以减少超声电机在高温环境工作时,由于这两种材料热膨胀系数不一致而引起的剪切破坏。
当二相具有超声频率的电压分别通到压电陶瓷片4时,驱动定子产生行波运动,从而在定子表面上每个质点都形成椭圆运动轨迹,使得转子获得转速和扭矩。使用压盖在壳体上的旋转,可调节转子与定子之间的预压力,以获得所需要的最佳转速和扭矩。
图2所示的定子形状,其齿的剖面为梯形,72个齿。
图3所示的转子形状,其转子剖面的特殊形状(圆周开槽)是为获得转子的柔性。
图4所示的波形弹簧是为了提供转子/定子最佳预压力。
图5所示的是压电陶瓷片极化形式,其中“+”和“-”表示极化的方向,采用PET8压力陶瓷片。

Claims (2)

1、一种压电行波型环状超声波电机,其特征是在环状壳体(1)内由下至上依次装有环状波形弹簧(2),环状毛毡(3)和在其表面粘贴有压电陶瓷片(4)的环状定子(5),在其表面粘贴有摩擦片(7)的环状转子(6);在环状转子两端的转子凹槽与压盖(10)凹槽之间装有滚珠(9);压盖(10)通过螺纹与环状壳体(1)相连。
2、根据权利要求1所述的压电行波型环状超声电机,其特征在于,在环状壳体(1)一端还径向装有止动螺栓(8),另一端径向装有止动螺钉(11)。
