Abstract

一种具有服务质量保证的乏晰通道分配控制器,是应用于阶层式无线通信系统,此系统中包含巨细胞与微细胞。本发明设计的主要目的是依系统状况动态调整适当的允许呼叫进入系统的门槛值,使得已经进行中的呼叫能保持一定的服务质量,并且在通道分配时达到平衡巨细胞与微细胞的负载,让系统获得较高的通道使用率,本发明是包括:基地台介面模组、通道估算器、效能评估器及乏晰通道分配处理器。
