本发明涉及一种有机物的快速发酵腐熟、脱臭生产工艺。
目前,由于现代畜牧业的迅速发展,造成养殖场污水泛滥,特别是畜禽粪水中的磷盐,硝酸盐对土壤、地下水以及饮用水的侵蚀,氨气挥发对空气的污染,恶臭对生态环境的影响,都使各级政府加强管制措施,迫切急需解决这一污染人类生存环境的突出问题。
本发明的目的在于提供一种工艺先进,操作简单,成本低且回报率高的有机物的快速发酵腐熟、脱臭生产工艺。
本发明的目的是通过如下途径实现的:有机物的快速发酵腐熟、脱臭生产工艺:
(1).规模化畜禽粪便收集后,通过脱水处理,经堆肥车间调节发酵所需水份,碳氮比,控制好前期发酵条件。
(2).堆肥车间后的畜禽粪便经培植菌种,采用全封闭高温好氧连续发酵,时间为40天,温度控制在70-80℃,水份从60-70%下降到20-30%,使有机质快速腐熟。
(3).烘干尾气综合除臭,所有畜禽粪有机物都通过脱臭槽采用溶解,吸附除臭,经风干区储存,干燥,使水分下降到15-18%,掺进高分子粘结剂,使有机物成球率达80%(Φ1-5mm)。
本发明有机物的快速发酵腐熟、脱臭生产工艺具有以下特点:一是工艺先进,操作简单,采用全封闭高温好氧连续发酵脱水技术,时间快,可使有机物畜禽粪便的有机质快速腐熟;二.成本低,不需投资大型设备,相对比建一个化肥厂的成本要低得多,少花钱办大事,多办事;三是回报率高,当年建厂,可以当年出效益,收回投资;四是提高居住环境质量,由于畜禽粪便的有机物的快速发酵腐熟,脱臭生产处于全封闭的生产过程,对周边环境的污水和臭气进行了清理,消除了污水和臭气对生态环境的侵蚀。
下面对本发明作进一步详细说明:

1.一种有机物的快速发酵腐熟、脱臭生产工艺,其特征在于:
(1).规模化畜禽粪便收集后,通过脱水处理,经堆肥车间调节发酵所需水份,碳氮比,控制好前期发酵条件。
(2).堆肥车间后的畜禽粪便经培植菌种,采用全封闭高温好氧连续发酵,时间为40天,温度控制在70-80℃,水份从60-70%下降到20-30%,使有机质快速腐熟。
(3).烘干尾气综合除臭,所有畜禽粪有机物都通过脱臭槽采用溶解,吸附除臭,经风干区储存,干燥,使水分下降到15-18%,掺进高分子粘结剂,使有机物成球率达80%(Φ1-5mm)。
