Abstract
本发明是在钢管内衬的复合陶瓷基内合成一种互穿网络结构,现有技术中使用混合有机树脂防腐比较常用,但是单纯有机树脂易老化、开裂、粉化且不耐磨。本发明的方法通过在钢管内预烧结一层具有一定孔径的刚玉类陶瓷内衬,形成一定厚度的陶瓷基骨架,然后用耐腐蚀的有机-无机复合树脂浸润这种陶瓷骨架,常温固化后,即可形成陶瓷互穿的网络结构。本发明通过聚合物树脂在陶瓷基内直接浸润,减小了树脂层用量,简化了施工工艺,大大降低了制备费用,制备的复合结构不仅耐腐,而且耐磨。这种陶瓷基互穿网络可适用于不同管径管接头以及旋转型构件等。

本发明是一种复合树脂内衬的耐腐蚀、抗磨损复合钢管及其制备方法。
管道的防腐防磨一直受到大型工矿企业的重视,也是材料物理与化学研究的重点。一般来说,使用混合有机树脂防腐是最常使用的方法,并在实际应用中取得了一定的效果。然而,有机树脂的老化、开裂或粉化等,降低了使用寿命,这是不可控制的老化过程,其脱离的树脂残物往往引起管道堵塞,发生严重的事故;尤其在严酷的使用环境下,如强腐蚀流动液体中的防腐,这种树脂涂覆层很难忍受高速的流动液的侵蚀和冲蚀,有机树脂的直接涂覆防腐必将带来严重的隐患,同时它们的使用也受到了很大程度的限制。近几年来,人们开始探讨直接使用无机陶瓷内衬,作为防腐管道,并已在一些领域获得初步使用,可是,陶瓷内衬在烧结过程中,容易发生爆空和裂纹,这种内衬缺陷实际上是腐蚀缺陷的隐患。

本发明的钢管有陶瓷基互穿网络复合内衬,陶瓷基呈多孔性,其多孔率达5~15%,经离心浇铸高温烧结于钢管内壁;无机填料和有机树脂混合成的复合树脂充满并固化于陶瓷基孔隙。由于陶瓷基孔隙既不规则又不相互连通,呈网状结构,复合树脂浸润在孔隙之内固化,成了互穿网络型陶瓷基复合内衬。如此结构增强了钢管的耐磨、耐腐性能。该内衬厚1~6mm,陶瓷基孔径10~500um。
本发明制备方法是通过转动钢管离心浇铸高温烧结将陶瓷基成型于钢管内壁,将无机填料和有机树脂研磨粉碎与溶剂制成浸润液,将浸润液喷涂于钢管内陶瓷基上,转动钢管,使浸润液通过离心浇铸方式常温固化。具体制备条件是:陶瓷基材料是氧化铁粉、铝粉、氧化锆粉,它们的比例是:(2~4)∶(0.5~1.5)∶(0.1~0.2),如此制成的刚玉陶瓷比普通陶瓷性能更好,尤其是强度高。
陶瓷基材料高温烧结温度是1400~1700℃,离心浇铸转速是500~1600转/分,反应后保温2~7分钟。
复合树脂的浸润液是无机填料和起固化作用的有机树脂混合杂化而成,无机填料是通常用作填料的材料,如二氧化硅,二氧化钛,滑石粉,石膏粉等,起固化作用的有机树脂如环氧树脂,不饱和树脂等。无机填料和有机树脂的使用比例是(1-4)∶(2-4)。
复合树脂使用量5-50(wt%),综合考虑陶瓷基的多孔率,使复合树脂使用量既不多又起到防腐增强钢管的作用。
复合树脂浸润液的溶剂用芳香羟类、醇类、酮类有机溶剂均可,或者是它们的混合溶剂也可以,如甲苯、乙酸丁酯、丁酮等,浸润液的浓度是20~50%。
陶瓷基材料中可加入氧化铝、锆英粉或二氧化硅填充增韧剂,单独或混合使用,加入量各为8~20(wt%);加入的固溶增强金属合金元素如铬、镍、钼等,用量为2~5(wt%)。
本发明的复合树脂中的无机填料是二氧化硅、滑石粉和石膏,或者二氧化钛、滑石粉和石膏,可根据来源难易、成本高低而选择一种,它们的使用比例是(1-2)∶(0.2-0.5)∶(10-15)。
本发明的有机树脂是环氧树脂、酚醛树脂、固化剂和催化剂一起使用,它们的比例是现有常规技术。固化剂可以是聚酰胺等,催化剂是ED113等。
上述有机树脂也可以是不饱和聚酯,并与引发剂和催化剂一起使用,它们的比例是现有常规技术。引发剂如过氧化甲乙酮等。
环氧树脂固化剂若是聚酰胺,用量常规,也可获较好效果。
如果在陶瓷基材料制备好后在陶瓷基材料上加入有机助剂如硅酸酯等,或加入粘合剂聚乙烯醇等,加入量一般是0.2-0.3(wt%),则可以有效地得到更好的多孔陶瓷基内衬,利于复合树脂的浸润。
复合树脂浸润液的溶剂很广,但是若以比例是(0.5-1)∶(0.1-0.3)∶(0.5-1)的二甲苯、丁酮和乙酸丁酯混合溶剂,则成本不高,毒性也小。
复合树脂浸润液的浓度在30~40(wt%)更好,既节约成本,又提高了制备效率。
有机树脂固化可以是常温下,在室温偏低的情况下可通过提高温度至20~60℃来加速固化,以提高生产效率。
也可以通过加入催化剂或催干剂的方法提高固化效率,环氧树脂是加入催化剂,加入量是常规量,催干剂如ED113;不饱和聚酯是9406,加入催干剂,加入量是常规量,催干剂如环烷酸钴。
本发明的钢管及其接头或不同形状的钢材构件在烧结好多孔陶瓷基以后,可以直接在复合树脂浸润液中浸涂;大口径管材也可通过刷涂复合树脂浸润液的方法来获得互穿网络型陶瓷基复合内衬。
本发明的钢管由于在其内衬陶瓷基上固化了一种互穿网络结构,这种结构很大程度上提高了陶瓷内衬的耐腐蚀、耐摩擦性能。与单纯陶瓷内衬相比,本发明产品弥补了陶瓷内衬制备过程中留下的不可避免的开裂缝隙,互穿网络的形成速度和网络的化学结构可以按要求设计和控制,陶瓷层的厚度根据需要也可以调节,从而适用于不同的腐蚀介质,如盐酸、硫酸、硝酸、醋酸、丙烯酸及海水等。本发明方法易于工业化生产,在离心浇铸陶瓷基后,加入复合树脂浸润液,用离心法将复合树脂浸润液固化于陶瓷基孔隙内,上述过程通过聚合物树脂在陶瓷基内直接浸润,减小了树脂用量,简化了生产工艺,降低了生产成本。这种互穿网络陶瓷基复合内衬适用于各种管径的钢管及其接头,也适用于不同形状的钢材构件。
实施例一
陶瓷骨架制备的基础配方:主要成分由铝粉、氧化铁粉、氧化铝粉、氧化锆粉组成并与其他增韧固溶合金元素混合,它们的配方为铝粉20%,氧化铁粉60%、氧化铝粉4%、氧化锆粉12%、增韧固溶合金元素4%。
环氧基复合树脂浸润液基础配方:环氧树脂28%,聚酰胺5.5%,催化剂0.3%,二氧化硅5.5%,滑石粉2.7%,石膏粉2.7%,二甲苯33.2%,乙酸丁酯19.4%,丁酮2.7%。
不饱和聚酯基复合树脂浸润液基础配方:不饱和树脂26%,过氧化甲乙酮0.8%,催干剂0.3%,二氧化硅5.2%,滑石粉2.6%,沉淀硫酸钡2.6%,甲苯31.2%,乙酸丁酯18.2%,丁酮13.1%。
实施例二
将铝粉、氧化铁粉、氧化铝粉、氧化锆粉组分与其他增韧固溶合金元素组成混合料,它们配方为铝粉21%,氧化铁粉63%、氧化铝粉3%、氧化锆粉9%、增韧固溶合金元素4%混合,将它们加入管道内,并用离心法涂于管内壁(Φ219),离心浇铸转速是1200转/分,然后在1500℃下反应后保温4分钟,即得陶瓷内衬。
实施例三
将一定比例的环氧树脂20%,聚酰胺3%,催化剂0.5%,二氧化硅8%,滑石粉7%,玻璃鳞片5%,沉淀硫酸钡3%,甲苯25%,乙酸丁酯23.5%,丁酮5%投入球磨机中研磨,复合树脂在陶瓷基中用量10%,然后采用真空离心法将制成的浸润液和陶瓷骨架混合,常温固化后,即得本发明的陶瓷基互穿网络。
实施例四
将不饱和树脂30%,过氧化甲乙酮3%,催干剂3%,二氧化硅10%,滑石粉5%,玻璃鳞片5%,沉淀硫酸钡1%,甲苯20%,乙酸丁酯20%,丁酮3%投入球磨机中研磨,复合树脂在陶瓷基中用量5%,然后采用真空离心法将制成的浸润液和陶瓷骨架混合,常温固化后,即得本发明的陶瓷基互穿网络。
实施例五
将铝粉、氧化铁粉、氧化铝粉、氧化锆粉以及其他增韧固溶合金元素组成混合料,它们配方为铝粉15%,氧化铁粉45%、氧化铝粉9%、氧化锆粉27%、增韧固溶合金元素3.7%混合,助剂硅酸酯0.1%,聚乙烯醇0.2%,将它们加入管道内,并用离心法涂于管内壁(Φ108),离心浇铸转速是1400转/分,然后在1600℃下反应后保温3分钟,即得陶瓷内衬。
实施例六
将一定比例的环氧树脂15%,聚酰胺1%,催化剂0.3%,二氧化钛20%,滑石粉10%,玻璃鳞片10%,沉淀硫酸钡5%,甲苯25%,乙酸丁酯10.5%,丁酮3.2%投入球磨机中研磨,复合树脂在陶瓷基中用量30%,然后采用真空离心法将制成的浸润液和陶瓷架混合,常温固化后,即得本发明的陶瓷基互穿网络。
实施例七
将不饱和树脂15%,过氧化甲乙酮2%,催干剂2%,二氧化钛30%,滑石粉10%,沉淀硫酸钡5%,甲苯20%,乙酸丁酯13%,丁酮3%投入球磨机中研磨,复合树脂在陶瓷基中用量25%,然后采用真空离心法将制成的浸润液和陶瓷骨架混合,常温固化后,即得本发明的陶瓷基互穿网络。
Claims (12)
1.一种互穿网络型陶瓷基复合内衬的钢管,由钢管和互穿网络型陶瓷基复合内衬组成,其特征是钢管内衬是一层多孔陶瓷基,固化的复合树脂贯穿于陶瓷基孔内形成互穿网络型,钢管内衬厚0.5~6mm,陶瓷基孔径5~400um,陶瓷基的多孔率是5~15%。
2.一种互穿网络型陶瓷基复合内衬的钢管的制备方法,其特征是钢管内衬材料陶瓷基是通过转动钢管离心浇铸高温烧结于钢管内壁,将复合树脂研磨粉碎与溶剂制成浸渍液,然后用离心法将浸渍液固化于陶瓷基孔隙内,具体制备条件是:
(1)陶瓷基材料是氧化铁粉、铝粉、氧化锆,它们的比例是:(1~4)∶(0.5~1.5)∶(0.1~0.2);
(2)陶瓷基材料高温烧结温度是1400~1800℃,离心浇铸转速是500~1800转/分,保温1~7分钟;
(3)复合树脂浸润液是起固化作用的有机树脂和无机填料混合而成,它们的比例是(2~4):(1~4);
(4)复合树脂的使用量是5~50(wt%);
(5)复合树脂浸润液的浓度20~50(wt%)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的互穿网络型陶瓷基复合内衬的钢管的制备方法,其特征是陶瓷基材料中可加入氧化铝或二氧化硅增韧剂,单独或混合使用,加入量各为8~20(wt%)。
4.根据权利要求2所述的互穿网络型陶瓷基复合内衬的钢管的制备方法,其特征是陶瓷基材料中加入固溶增强金属合金,加入量是2~5(wt%)。
5.根据权利要求2所述的互穿网络型陶瓷基复合内衬的钢管的制备方法,其特征是复合树脂中的无机填料是二氧化硅或二氧化钛、滑石粉、石膏,它们的比例是(1-2)∶(0.2-0.5)∶(10-15)。
6.根据权利要求2所述的互穿网络型陶瓷基复合内衬的钢管的制备方法,其特征是复合树脂中的有机树脂是环氧树脂、酚醛树脂、固化剂和催化剂;或者是不饱和聚酯树脂、引发剂和催干剂一起使用。
7.根据权利要求6所述的互穿网络型陶瓷基复合内衬的钢管的制备方法,其特征是环氧树脂固化剂是聚酰胺。
8.根据权利要求2所述的互穿网络型陶瓷基复合内衬的钢管的制备方法,其特征是在陶瓷基材料上加入有机助剂或粘结剂。
9.根据权利要求2所述的互穿网络型陶瓷基复合内衬的钢管的制备方法,其特征是复合树脂浸润液的溶剂是混合溶剂,它们是二甲苯、丁酮和乙酸丁酯,比例是(0.5-1)∶(0.1-0.3)∶(0.5-1)。
10.根据权利要求2所述的互穿网络型陶瓷基复合内衬的钢管的制备方法,其特征是复合树脂浸润液的浓度是30~40(wt%)。
11.根据权利要求2所述的互穿网络型陶瓷基复合内衬的钢管的制备方法,其特征是有机树脂固化是常温固化或在10~60℃温度下固化。
12.根据权利要求2所述的互穿网络型陶瓷基复合内衬的钢管的制备方法,其特征是将已烧结好陶瓷基的钢管或钢材构件浸涂或刷涂复合树脂浸润液。
