一种分数槽分数匝三相迭绕组,其特征是在每极、每相槽数为分数的三相交流绕组中,采用二种绕组构成迭绕式绕组,绕组是等距式的,二种绕组线圈匝数分别为4匝和5匝,平均匝数是分数。本发明便于绕组的优化,使发电机的电压波形好,瞬态电压调整率小,充分利用了电机的潜力,同时使磁势谐波小,电势谐波小,发电机的相电压波形畸变率容易控制在2%以内,是对现有中频发电机性能改进和设计高性能中频发电机新产品有效手段。

                        技术领域
本发明涉及一种中频发电机三相绕组,特别是一种分数槽分数匝三相迭绕组。
                        背景技术
中频发电机或中频电动机往往极数多,槽数少,每极每相槽数一般是分数,对于分数槽同心式的正弦绕组是不等匝不等距设计难度大,匝数不容易调整,而且工艺实现很麻烦。
                        发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种分数槽分数匝三相迭绕组,给设计调整和工艺实施带来极大便利。
本发明是这样来实现的,在每极每相槽数为分数的三相交流绕组中,采用二种绕组构成迭绕式绕组,二种绕组是等距式的,二种绕组线圈匝数分别为4匝和5匝,平均匝数是分数。
本发明便于绕组的优化,使发电机的电压波形好,瞬态电压调整率小,充分利用了电机的潜力,同时使磁势谐波小,电势谐波小,发电机的电压波形畸变率容易控制在2%以内,是对现有中频发电机性能改进和设计高性能中频发电机新产品有效手段。

                       具体实施方式
如图1所示,A、B、C是三相对称绕组,互差120°电角度,匝数分配次序三相都是相同的,也即B相、C相匝数分配次序同A相同排序。其中A相布置为1-4,13-16,17-20,18-21,25-28,37-40,41-2,42-3共8圈,每圈匝数为4匝,而2-5,7-10,12-15,26-29,31-34,36-39共6圈,每圈匝数为5匝。B相滞后A相120°电角度,C相滞后B相120°电角度,A、B、C三相互成120°电角度,构成三相对称系统,6个出线号是第1槽为A,第8槽为B,第15槽为C,第27槽为Y,第34槽为Z,第41槽为X,匝数布线规律B相、C相与A相一样。将本迭绕组在双频/变频、中频三相10KW无刷电机中实施,结果使原设计为5匝的等匝电机的瞬态电压调整率降低20%。输出电压的线电压和相电压波形畸变都小于2%,使中频发电机这二项重要性能指标和技术难题得以解决。

1、一种分数槽分数匝三相迭绕组,其特征是在每极、每相槽数为分数的三相交流绕组中,采用二种绕组构成迭绕式绕组,二种绕组是等距式的,二种绕组线圈匝数分别为4匝和5匝,平均匝数是分数。
