Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一振动报警装置,该装置包括例如用于一移动电话的一内置马达,更准确地说涉及用于控制振动强度的一种技术。
背景技术:
移动电话通常包括一内置的间歇式振动控制器,该控制器在一呼入信号的时间间隔内间歇地提供电源电压给一振动马达。通过一恒定强度(马达的恒定旋转速度),该振动马达重复操作以便从呼入开始振动正好一恒定时间,然后停止振动正好一预定时间,即,以一间歇式恒定振动控制模式操作。
然而在上述的间歇式恒定振动控制模式中存在一个问题,即,电话用户感觉振动马达振动的程度根据用户或该电话携带或存放的位置而有所不同。因此,一些用户将感觉该振动太强且使其过度地惊吓并因此发现该振动令人讨厌,而其他用户感觉该振动太弱并因此发现报警的效果不充分。
发明内容:
本发明的一个目的是提供一振动报警装置,该装置改善了振动控制模式以便不使振动惊吓用户,且提高报警的效果。
为实现上述目的,提供一振动报警装置,该装置包括一内置振动马达,提供一振动控制设备,该设备在振动控制信号的持续期间变为是激活的且重复操作以将提供给振动马达的驱动电压分级地从最小的振动强度电压增大到最大的振动强度电压。该振动控制设备包括一电压生成设备,用于根据电源电压生成从最小振动强度电压到最大振动强度电压的振动强度电压,以及一电压选择设备,用于按升序选择和输出振动强度电压。在选择第二振动强度电压和其后的振动强度电压前,电压选择设备在一预定时间内插入和输出第一振动强度电压,所述第一振动强度电压是不引起所述内置振动马达振动的地电压。
更优选地,在选择最大振动强度电压后和选择最小振动强度电压前,该电压选择设备在一预定时间内插入和输出另一振动强度电压,所述另一振动强度电压不引起所述内置振动马达振动。

发明者注意到这样一个事实,即人们能触觉地感觉到振动的最可能时间是从非振动状态开始的时间而不是在他或她变得感觉迟纯的振动时间的中期,且该振动时间似乎对应于用于那个最初的触觉的追溯识别的时间。例如,在人们穿衣的瞬间,作为他或她自己行动的结果,他或她能有触觉地和有意识地感觉到该衣服,但扣紧衣服以后,对它的触觉和意识就变得迟纯。只要振动不是由他或她自己的行动引起,为防止该人由于该振动而受惊吓,有必要首先使该人的触觉做好准备然后使他或她能追溯识别该触觉。该人受惊吓的程度能减少,即使在追溯识别时振动强度过大的情况下。相反识别变得更容易。
如上所述,本发明提供一振动报警装置,包括一内置振动马达,具有在振动控制信号期间变为有效并重复操作以将提供给振动马达的一驱动电压从最小振动强度电压增加到最大振动强度电压的一振动强度控制装置。
当振动控制信号到来时,振动强度控制装置首先控制提供给振动马达的电压(驱动电压)为最小振动强度电压,因此振动马达由最小振动强度振动。在最初的振动期间振动是很弱的,因此用户不会被惊吓,但用户要么模糊地感觉该振动(触觉),要么根本注意不到它。在最小振动强度的最初振动时间后,振动马达由第二振动强度振动,因此在前一时间模糊地感觉该振动的用户能清楚地确认当前振动(追溯识别),同时,即使没有注意到前一振动的用户有时也将模糊地感觉到当前振动(触觉)。使用第二振动强度时,由于从先前振动强度的增加并不那么大,所以用户很少受该振动惊吓。当某人不能感觉到即使由第二振动强度引起的振动时,该入能感觉到以随后的振动强度进行的振动。大多数用户在达到最大振动强度前能感觉到该振动。对在最大振动强度前感觉到该振动的用户来说,振动马达以最大振动强度引起的连续振动不会令人不舒服,因为他或她已经知道该振动。在这种情况下,由于通过启动响应的模式来施加该振动以便能使用户预备在触觉地感觉到它后追溯地识别该振动,所以用户不会受该振动惊吓,且与几乎没有时间由用户来追溯地识别或者识别时的振动强度不足的稳定强度振动相比,报警的效果增加。另外,当用户在最大振动强度不能感觉该振动时,重复逐步增大驱动电压的过程,因此可能从最小振动强度继续振动而振动强度不会变得过大。
作为电压强度控制装置,可能采用具有基于电源电压用于生成从最小振动强度电压到最大振动强度电压的不同振动强度电压的一电压生成装置,以及用于按升序选择和输出不同振动强度电压的电压选择装置的结构。作为电压生成装置,可能使用一电阻型分压电路,而作为电压选择装置,可能采用使用模拟开关的硬件结构和使用微处理器的软件结构。强度级至少包括弱、中和强。
当将该电压从一低振动强度电压快速增大到下一高振动强度电压时,由于强度的增加并不大,因为降低灵敏度作用,有时振动可能感觉不到。因此,电压选择装置最好在选择第二和其后的振动强度电压前正好一预定时间内插入和输出一非振动强度电压。由于这能消除对前一振动的降低灵敏度作用,所以报警的效果增加。另外,非振动时间的插入能节约能源。
更有益地是,电压选择装置在选择最大振动强度电压后和选择最小振动强度电压前正好一预定时间内插入和输出一非振动强度电压。这使对最大振动强度振动的降低灵敏度作用被消除并节约能源。
图1是根据本发明一实施例的振动报警装置的电路图。
本实施例的振动报警装置被具体地应用到一移动电话中。在这种情形中,在移动电话中提供有安装在一内置板上的一振动马达1,该马达具有固定到该马达轴上的一偏心重块1a,该振动报警装置还包括在呼入信号C(振动控制信号)期间激活的一振动强度控制电路2,该电路从最小振动强度电压V1到最大振动强度电压V6分级逐步增大提供给振动马达1的驱动电压V。
电压强度控制电路2配备有一电阻型分压电路2a,用于基于电源电压VD生成从最小振动强度电压V1到最大振动强度电压V6的振动强度电压V1到V6,该电压强度控制电路还包括用于按升序选择和输出用于每一恒定时间t的振动强度电压V1到V6的一电压开关电路2b。电阻型分压电路2a由电阻R1至R7串联构成。电压开关电路2b功能上表示为七个固定的触点S0到S6以及一个可移动的触点S,但除了使用模拟开关的硬件结构等以外它可能采用使用一微处理器的软件结构。这六个固定触点S1到S6连接到振动强度电压V1至V6,而单一固定触点S0被连接到地电位GND作为非振动强度电压。
当移动电话接收到呼入信号C时,首先电压转换电路2b被激活且将可移动触点S连接到固定触点S1,因此提供给振动马达1的驱动电压变成最小振动强度电压V1。因此,如图2所示,振动马达1以最小振动强度正好振动一段时间t。在该最初振动时间段内振动是很弱的,因此用户不会受惊吓,但有时模糊地感觉到该振动(触觉)且其他时间完全注意不到该振动。
在以最小振动强度经过最初振动时间后,可移动触点S被自动连接到固定触点S2,因此提供给振动马达1的驱动电压V变为振动强度电压V2。以第二振动强度马达1振动正好一段时间t,因此在先前振动中模糊感觉到该振动的用户能清晰地感觉当前振动(追溯识别),或在先前振动强度中没有注意到该振动的用户有时用当前振动第一次模糊地感觉到该振动(触觉)。利用该第二振动强度,振动强度的增加并不那么大,因此用户很少受该振动惊吓。
当用户即使用第二振动强度也没有感觉到该振动时,驱动电压V按振动强度电压V3到V6的顺序自动逐步增加以便以后面的振动强度继续振动。在达到最大振动强度前,大多数用户能感觉到该振动。对在达到最大振动强度前感觉到该振动的用户来说,在最大振动强度下的振动马达的连续振动并不十分令人不愉快,因为他或她已经知道该振动。在这种情况下,由于振动以启动一响应的模式施加以便用户他自己或她自己在触觉地感觉到该振动后准备好追溯地识别它,因此用户将不会受该振动惊吓,且与几乎没有时间由用户来追溯识别或在识别时振动强度不够的情形相比增加了报警的效果。
另外,当用户在最大振动强度下不能感觉到该振动时,重复逐渐增大驱动电压的过程,因此可能继续从最小振动强度振动而该振动强度不会变得太大。所以,用户将不会受该振动惊吓且报警效果增加。
当驱动电压V被切换成振动强度电压V2,或当振动强度电压从V6回到V1时,可移动的触点S与固定触点S0连接,因此驱动电压V变为地电势(非振动强度电压)GND且插入非振动时间t=(=t)。因此,可能消除对先前振动的降低灵敏度作用并提高报警的效果。另外,非振动时间的插入能节约能源。非振动时间t=以及振动时间t不必相同。
注意对不同振动强度振动时间t不必相同。也可能随振动强度的逐步增大而逐步减少振动时间,或只是缩短最大振动强度的振动时间。
总结本发明的效果,由于本发明配备有一电压强度控制装置,该装置在振动控制信号期间变为有效并且重复操作以从最小振动强度电压到最大振动强度电压分级地增大提供给振动马达的驱动电压,它具有以下效果:
首先,由于振动以启动一响应的模式施加,其中振动强度分级地逐步增大,用户他自己或她自己可通过一较强的振动在感觉到一较弱的振动后追溯地识别该振动,因此用户不会受振动的惊吓且能提高报警效果。另外,当在最大振动强度不能感觉到该振动时,重复地逐渐增大该驱动电压,因此可能从最小振动强度继续该振动而不会使该振动强度变得太大。
第二,当采用具有用于根据一电源电压生成从最小振动强度电压到最大振动强度电压的不同振动强度电压的电压生成装置,和用于按升序选择和输出用于每一恒定时间的不同振动强度电压并在电压选择装置选择第二和其后的振动强度电压前插入和输出一非振动强度电压的电压选择装置的结构时,可能消除对该振动的降低灵敏度作用并增加报警的效果。另外,非振动时间的插入能节约能源。
第三,当在电压选择装置选择最大振动强度电压后和选择最小振动强度电压前插入和输出该非振动强度电压时,可能消除对最大振动强度电压的振动的减低灵敏度作用并节约能源。
当参考为说明目的而选择的特殊实施例描述本发明时,应明白本领域的普通技术人员可对其做许多改变而不脱离本发明的基本思想和范畴。

Claims (2)
1.一种含有一内置振动马达的振动报警装置,其配备有一振动控制设备,该振动控制设备在振动控制信号期间变为是激活的,该振动控制设备重复操作以将提供给该振动马达的驱动电压分级地从最小振动强度电压增大到最大振动强度电压,其中,所述振动控制设备包括一电压生成装置,用于基于一电源电压生成从所述最小振动强度电压到所述最大振动强度电压的振动强度电压,以及一电压选择装置,用于按升序选择和输出所述振动强度电压,以及其中,在选择第二振动强度电压和其后的振动强度电压前所述电压选择装置在一预定时间段内插入和输出第一振动强度电压,所述第一振动强度电压是不引起所述内置振动马达振动的地电压。
2.如权利要求1所述的振动报警装置,其中,在选择所述最大振动强度电压后和选择所述最小振动强度电压前,所述电压选择装置在一预定时间段内插入和输出另一振动强度电压,所述另一振动强度电压是不引起所述内置振动马达振动的地电压。
