背景技术
一上述类型的循环流化床锅炉是已知的,具体可从专利申请文件FR-91/03700和FR-90/11859中得以了解。已知的是,在一流化床锅炉内安装一个或多个装有一热传导流体如水或水和蒸汽的乳状液的热交换管面板。每个管件面板通常垂直于锅炉侧壁设置,并可选地固定于其上。然而,对于包括两个由一分隔件分开的炉膛的锅炉来说,这样布置的缺点是,限制了在不妨碍朝向设置在所述侧壁上的旋风器的颗粒循环的情况下可以安装在所述侧壁上的面板的数量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供另一种利用其底部具有一分隔件的锅炉结构的热交换管面板布置。
本发明的流化床锅炉的特征在于:管件面板竖直设置于所述分隔件的上方,并且与所述炉膛的纵向垂直。这样,不会妨碍锅炉内的负载平衡。可在分隔件的顶部将多个面板设置成一排,并使其沿所述纵向规则地相互间隔分开,以便在锅炉内不产生压力失衡的情况下给颗粒循环留下足够的空间。
在本发明面板的一特定实施例中,形成面板的管件是形成分隔件的管件的延伸部分,从而避免对形成通过分隔件的供给器的需要。本发明的面板也可以包括交替的具有构成形成分隔件的管件的延伸部分的管件的面板和具有连接在一设置于所述分隔件内的集合管上的管件的面板。因而,将会有由在锅炉壁中循环的流体供给的面板,和由相同流体或其他一些热传导流体供给的面板。
每个管件面板优选地固定在锅炉的顶板上,以使得如果需要的话可将管件面板向下牵引到分隔件和锅炉顶板之间,从而限制由在面板管件中循环的流体所产生的震动。

具体实施方式
图1中所示的锅炉是一循环流化床(CFB)锅炉,其中,底部形成一分开锅炉的两个炉膛2和3的分隔件1。从锅炉到旋风器的出口用参考标号4和5表示。通向旋风器的出口通常设置在锅炉的侧壁上,并且一具有一分隔件的锅炉可以包括四个或更多个设置在分隔件任意一侧上的通向旋风器的出口。
本发明的锅炉装配有至少一个热交换管面板6,该面板竖直地设置在分隔件1的顶部并与炉膛2和3的纵向A垂直,从而避免妨碍由箭头GP表示的气体和颗粒的循环,并从而避免在锅炉内产生压力失衡。每个热交换管面板6都固定在锅炉的顶板7上,并且被牵引到顶板和分隔件之间以避免当锅炉运转时面板中的管件产生意外的振动。
图1示出一设置于分隔件1内部的入口集合管8和一设置于锅炉顶板7上方的出口集合管9,面板6的管件与所述集合管相连。
如图2所示,可在分隔件1的顶部将多个管件面板6设置成一排,并使其沿分隔件1规则地相互间隔分开。
形成热交换面板6的管件可以是形成锅炉分隔件的管件的延伸部分。也可以包括交替的具有构成形成锅炉分隔件的管件的延伸部分的管件的面板6和具有连接到所述入口集合管8上的管件的面板。图3示出一面板6A(从上方看)和一面板6B(从上方看),面板6A上的管件10是形成分隔件1的管件11的延伸部分,面板6B上的管件12连接到入口集合管8(未示出)上。当然,图3中示出的形成分隔件1的管件的构形仅仅是本发明一个非限制性示例。本发明的面板6的布置既适合于如图1所示的一平面分隔件也适合于一倒V形分隔件。此外,在所示的示例中,通向旋风器的出口4、5位于侧壁13、14中;它们可以位于横向侧壁15和16中。

Claims (5)

1.一种流化床锅炉,它包括两个由该锅炉底部的一分隔件(1)分开的炉膛(2,3)和至少一个热交换管面板(6),该锅炉的特征在于,该管件面板竖直设置在所述分隔件上方,并与所述炉膛的纵向(A)垂直。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锅炉,其特征在于,包括一排沿所述纵向规则地相互间隔分开的管件面板(6)。
