Abstract
本发明提供了一种专用于治疗青光眼的扩张环，它是一由外缘周壁将两层薄环片闭合连接成一体的双层环体，在其外缘周壁上设有数个通孔。将该扩张环置入眼睛的前房角处，可将闭锁或变窄的前房角撑开，房水即能通过扩张环上的通孔从前房角流出，恢复正常的房水循环，采用该扩张环治疗青光眼具有良好的远期效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于眼科医疗器械，具体涉及一种专用于治疗青光眼的扩张环。
背景技术
青光眼是眼科常见病之一，也是主要的致盲眼病，病人常常是因进行性加重而导致失明。长期以来，临床医学上采用药物治疗或手术治疗的惯用手段，因不能恢复组织结构的正常状态，其远期效果均不理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种专用于治疗青光眼的扩张环，将其置入前房内可使关闭或变窄的前房角恢复至正常状态，可有效提高青光眼病的治疗效果。
本发明扩张环是一由外缘周壁将两层薄环片闭合连接成一体的双层环体，在其外缘周壁上设有数个通孔。
通过角膜切口手术将本发明扩张环置入前房中，即可使关闭或变窄的前房角撑开。以恢复至正常状态，使前房角的功能得到恢复，房水得以正常通畅排出。
采用本发明扩张环治疗青光眼与目前的惯用治疗方法相比具有显著的优良效果。惯用的药物疗法一是减少房水的分泌，二是通过缩小瞳孔将关闭的前房角有限的拉开；惯用的手术疗法主要是做一个外引流通道，将房水引到结膜下，但外引流通道常因组织粘连而被阻塞。这样的治疗方法均是在破坏了原有正常肌体组织结构的情况下，而实现不能治本的治疗效果，而采用本发明的治疗方法，是通过扩张环的支撑作用使组织结构得以恢复至正常状态。实现组织结构的正常功能，使房水从前房角顺畅流出。从而有效地提高青光眼病的远期治疗效果。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图给出的实施例对本发明结构作进一步说明。
参照图1、2，一种专用于治疗青光眼的扩张环是一由外缘周壁2将两层薄环片1、3闭合连接成一体的双层环体，在其外缘周壁2上均布10-15个通孔4。
参照图3，是本发明的另一形式结构实施例，为了增强扩张环置入前房角的稳定扩张效果，在其薄环片3的外缘还设有外延的突边5。
参照图4，是本发明的又一形式结构实施例，在其薄环片3、1的外缘均分别设有外延的突边5、6。该种结构更进一步增强扩张环置入前房角的稳定扩张效果。
本扩张环可采用具有弹性的硅凝胶或水凝胶、钛合金材料制做。
参照图5，采用本发明扩张环治疗青光眼，在距角膜11缘1mm12点处之角膜11上做3mm长横隧道形切口，用夹持器将扩张环9从创口送入虹膜8与角膜11间的前房7中，扩张环即自动弹性张开，紧抵在前房角10处，将闭锁或狭窄的前房角10撑开，房水即可从扩张环上的通孔4，经前房角流向房水静脉，实现房水正常循环。因此，可适于治疗各种闭角、开角型青光眼，并具有良好的远期效果，大大降低失明率。
Claims (4)
1.一种专用于治疗青光眼的扩张环，其特征在于是一由外缘周壁(2)将两层薄环片闭合连接成一体的双层环体，在所述的外缘周壁(2)上设有数个通孔(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的专用于治疗青光眼的扩张环，其特征在于在两层薄环片中的一层的外缘还设有外延的突边。
3.根据权利要求1所述的专用于治疗青光眼的扩张环，其特征在于在两层薄环片的各层的外缘均分别设有外延的突边。
4.根据权利要求1或2、3所述的专用于治疗青光眼的扩张环，其特征在于采用具有弹性的硅凝胶或水凝胶、钛合金材料制做。
