Abstract

本发明涉及广告灯箱。旋转式广告灯箱的主支柱上端装设有带动灯箱旋转的转动电机,主支柱上还装有用于支承灯箱重量的承重轴承。本发明旋转式广告灯箱通过承重轴承由主支柱来承担灯箱的全部重量,主支柱上端的转动电机可轻松自如地带动整个广告灯箱进行旋转。因此,广告灯箱的两个面都可用来作广告,同时由于广告灯箱是旋转的,广告内容也显得更生动,广告效果更好。

一种旋转式广告灯箱
本发明涉及一种灯箱，尤其是涉及一种广告灯箱。
现有的广告载体除了电视、广播、电影等音像媒体及报纸、杂志等纸载体外，最主要的载体就是广告招牌了。常见的广告招牌中目前又常用到广告灯箱，广告灯箱内装有照明灯，其广告效果不受光线的限制。另一方面，灯箱式的广告招牌相对于一般的广告招牌也显得较为生动。但是由于这种灯箱式广告招牌不能旋转，其仍存在以下两个缺点：一个缺点是不能最大限度地利用有限的广告空间以达到最佳的广告效果，其背面不能观众所观察到，不能用来作广告，不起到广告效果：第二个缺点是灯箱不旋转，仍显呆板。
本发明的目的在于提供一种能旋转的广告灯箱。
为达到上述目的，本发明采用以下技术方案：旋转式广告灯箱，包括主支柱、上固定板、下固定板、边框和底座等，边框的上下端分别固定于上固定板、下固定板的两端，主支柱的下端穿过下固定板和下盖板并固定于底座上，主支柱上端装设有带动灯箱旋转的转动电机，主支柱上还装有用于支承灯箱重量的承重轴承。
本发明旋转式广告灯箱通过承重轴承由主支柱来承担灯箱的全部重量，主支柱上端的转动电机可轻松自如地带动整个广告灯箱进行旋转。因此，广告灯箱的两个面都可用来作广告，同时由于广告灯箱是旋转的，广告内容也显得更生动，广告效果更好。
下面结合实施例和附图对本发明作进一步说明。

实施例：
如图1、图2和图3所示，本实施例旋转式广告灯箱，包括主支柱1、上固定板2、下固定板3、边框4和底座5等，边框4的上下端分别固定于上固定板2、下固定板3的两端，主支柱1的下端穿过下固定板3和下盖板6并固定于底座5上，主支柱1上端装设有带动灯箱旋转的转动电机7，主支柱1上还装有用于支承灯箱重量的承重轴承8。本实施例旋转式广告灯箱通过承重轴承由主支柱来承担灯箱的全部重量，主支柱上端的转动电机可轻松自如地带动整个广告灯箱进行旋转。
本实施例旋转式广告灯箱的底座5下方还配有加重固定板9，使整个灯箱的重心降低，提高其稳定性。
本实施例旋转式广告灯箱的转动电机9上的转动轴10穿过上固定板2的中心孔，转动轴10在中心孔内可上下活动。上固定板2的中心孔周围有突起11，卡销12穿过转动电机9的转动轴10上销孔使转动轴10能带动上固定板2及整个灯箱一起转动。转动轴10在中心孔内可上下活动，即可保证灯箱的重量不由转动电机9来承担，而由承重轴承来承担，转动电机9的转动力更能节省。
本实施例旋转式广告灯箱的承重轴承8为锥面形承重轴承，其内环固定于主支柱1，其外环固定于下盖板6上。

Claims (5)

1、一种旋转式广告灯箱，包括主支柱(1)、上固定板(2)、下固定板(3)、边框(4)和底座(5)等，边框(4)的上下端分别固定于上固定板(2)、下固定板(3)的两端，其特征在于主支柱(1)的下端穿过下固定板(3)和下盖板(6)并固定于底座(5)上，主支柱(1)上端装设有带动灯箱旋转的转动电机(7)，主支柱(1)上还装有用于支承灯箱重量的承重轴承(8)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的旋转式广告灯箱，其特征在于所述底座(5)下方还配有加重固定板(9)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的旋转式广告灯箱，其特征在于所述转动电机(9)的转动轴(10)穿过上固定板(2)的中心孔，转动轴(10)在中心孔内可上下活动。
4、根据权利要求1或3所述的旋转式广告灯箱，其特征在于上固定板(2)的中心孔周围有突起(11)，卡销(12)穿过转动电机(9)的转动轴(10)上销孔使转动轴(10)能带动上固定板(2)及整个灯箱一起转动。
5、根据权利要求1所述的旋转式广告灯箱，其特征在于所述承重轴承(8)为锥面形承重轴承，其内环固定于主支柱(1)，其外环固定于下盖板(6)上。
