Claims (21)

1. a portable communication device that is used to have the vehicle of control wheel comprises:
A) elementary cell comprises that a wide area transmitter-receiver is used for communicating by letter with the station outside the described vehicle
B); A control unit is placed on the control wheel of described vehicle, and described control unit comprises an input equipment, is used to receive user's input to control described transmitter-receiver
C); A local area network (LAN), can connect described elementary cell and described control unit in case from described control unit communicating control information to described elementary cell.
2. according to the portable communication device of claim 1, wherein said control unit comprises a remote dialer, has a keyboard and is used for the input dial order, sequentially sends to described elementary cell by described local area network (LAN).
3. according to the portable communication device of claim 2, wherein said remote dialer is integrated in the control wheel of described vehicle.
4. according to the portable communication device of claim 2, wherein said remote dialer comprises that a support and one depend on device, are used for described support is attached to the control wheel of described vehicle.
5. according to the portable communication device of claim 4, the wherein said device that depends on comprises at least one bus that twines around described control wheel edge.
6. according to the portable communication device of claim 4, the wherein said device that depends on comprises that at least one is fixed to the wire clamp of the described support of described remote dialer.
7. according to the portable communication device of claim 1, wherein said local area network (LAN) comprises the wireless local transmitter and the wireless local receiver that is placed in the described elementary cell that are placed in the described control unit.
8. according to the portable communication device of claim 7, wherein said elementary cell comprises an ambulatory handheld radio telephone and a support that is placed in the described vehicle, be used for receiving and gripping described ambulatory handheld unit, wherein said support comprises an interface, is used to connect described ambulatory handheld unit.
9. according to the portable communication device of claim 8, wherein said local receiver is placed in the described support.
10. according to the portable communication device of claim 8, wherein said elementary cell further comprises an adapter, is used to link the system bus on the described handheld unit, and wherein said local receiver is placed in the described adapter.
11. according to the portable communication device of claim 1, wherein said wide area transmitter-receiver can be pulled down from described elementary cell.
12. portable communication device according to claim 1, also comprise the remote audio frequency unit that is placed in the described vehicle, wherein said remote audio frequency unit can be connected to described elementary cell by described local area network (LAN), makes sound signal to exchange between described remote audio frequency unit and elementary cell.
13. portable communication device according to claim 12, wherein said remote audio frequency unit comprises a microphone, be used to produce sound signal from sub-audible sound, be sent to described elementary cell by described local area network (LAN) then so that further be transferred to described outer station, a loud speaker, be used for producing sub-audible sound from sound signal, sound signal sends to described audio frequency unit from described base station.
14. a portable communication device that is used to have the vehicle of control wheel comprises:
A) elementary cell comprises a wide area transmitter-receiver, is used for communicating by letter with the station of described outside vehicle
B) control unit is integrated with the control wheel of described vehicle, and described control unit comprises:
ⅰ) input equipment is used to receive user's input to control described transmitter-receiver;
ⅱ) user display is used for showing the user profile that receives from described base station to described user; With
C) WLAN (wireless local area network) can be connected described elementary cell with described control unit, be used for transmitting between described control unit and described elementary cell control and data-signal.
15. according to the portable communication device of claim 14, wherein said LAN comprises the first local transmitter-receiver and the second local transmitter-receiver that is placed in the described elementary cell that are placed in the described control unit.
16. portable communication device according to claim 15, wherein said elementary cell comprises an ambulatory handheld radio telephone and a support that is placed in the described vehicle, be used for receiving and gripping described ambulatory handheld radio telephone, wherein said support comprises an interface, is used to link described hand mobile telephone.
17. according to the portable communication device of claim 16, the wherein said second local transmitter-receiver is placed in the described support.
18. according to the portable communication device of claim 16, wherein said elementary cell also comprises an adapter, is used to link the system bus on the described handheld wireless phone, the wherein said second local transmitter-receiver is placed in the described adapter.
19. according to the portable communication device of claim 14, wherein said wide area transmitter-receiver can be pulled down from described elementary cell
20. portable communication device according to claim 14, also comprise a remote audio frequency unit that is placed in the described vehicle, wherein said remote audio frequency unit can be connected to described elementary cell by described local area network (LAN), makes sound signal to exchange between described remote audio frequency unit and elementary cell.
21. portable communication device according to claim 20, wherein said remote audio frequency unit comprises a microphone, be used for producing sound signal from sub-audible sound, be sent to described elementary cell by described local area network (LAN) then, so that further be sent to described outer station, a loud speaker is used for producing sub-audible sound from sound signal, and sound signal is sent to described audio frequency unit from described base station.
