用于压辊的密封件
技术领域
本发明涉及籍助于压辊对材料悬浮液进行脱水的领域,更具体地是涉及位于压辊与部分地围绕该辊子的一槽或坑之间的密封结构。
背景技术
正如从SE 503 010和SE 509 519中可清楚了解的那样,目前是借助于与辊子的端面相连的一端密封件来进行密封的,其中,一柔性件形式的纵向延伸的密封件压靠在辊子的圆筒形表面上。
一般很难在一转动的压辊的角部周围做到密封,这是因为辊子是在两个方向上可动的。首先,辊子由于热膨胀而轴向移动,其次它由于辊子之间间隙的变化而径向移动。对辊子端部的密封是用端密封件和沿着辊子纵向延伸的密封件来实现的,所述两个密封件在垂直于密封表面的方向上被加压并随着辊子“浮动”。辊子角部周围的密封是在一方面对纵向延伸的密封件密封、另一方面对端密封件密封的一静止密封件的帮助下实现的。
静止密封件不会跟随密封表面,因而安装成相对其有一给定的间隙。如果这个间隙过大,可能会导致渗漏;如果过小,则可能会导致密封表面的磨损。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种设置在可动辊边缘处的密封件,它可以克服前述的问题,而特别是有于用于对材料悬浮液进行脱水的辊式压制机的辊子的问题。
本目的由如所附独立权利要求中所限定的本发明来实现。从所附的权利要求书可对本发明的合适的实施例有清楚的了解。
本发明包括动态地弹簧偏压的边缘密封件,它在两个方向上跟随密封表面,并对端密封件和纵向延伸的密封件密封。
该边缘密封件包括一斜面,一弹簧作用在该斜面上,其中可以选择所述表而的斜度,以获得作用在密封表面上的一个力分量和作用在纵向密封件上的另一力分量的合适的力分配。例如,弹簧可以使其高达60%的力施加在密封表面上,并使其高达40%的力施加在纵向延伸的密封件上。
该边缘密封件适于平直地置靠在端密封件的端面上,并且包括与纵向延伸的密封件上的一相应的楔形表面共同作用的一楔形表面。

具体实施方式
图1中所示的传统辊式压制机包括两个可转动且可透过液体的圆筒形压辊10,它们的辊面包括焊接至一辊主体的穿孔金属板。辊子被部分地接纳在一槽12中,以在辊子与槽的内表面之间形成空隙13。这些空隙13与浆粨悬浮液入口14连通。两压辊10在其间形成一压辊间隙15。空隙13借助于作用在辊子10的辊面上的密封件16和作用在辊子的端壁上的端密封件而与周围密封开。出现在压辊间隙15中的浆粨薄片坯料起作辊子间的一密封件的作用。刮刀机构18设置在压辊间隙的下游,以用来从辊子的辊面去除从压辊间隙15开始陪伴的浆粨薄片坯料。在槽12与各辊子10的辊面之间的密封件16沿着辊子的全长延伸。
图2是本发明的密封结构的剖视图,其中用一周缘线示意地示出了要密封的一假想的压辊110的辊面109。要密封的空隙113包括与图1中所示相似的一槽114的内部空间。该密封结构包括一端密封件115,它放置成与辊子的端壁密封地邻靠。端密封件115以一平直的端面117结束,一边缘密封件119的一平直侧面120与该平直端面117邻靠。
边缘密封件119适于在与辊子的端壁成直角并与端面117平行的平面内移动,如在所述附图中的双头箭头所示。边缘密封件对该平面的移动依靠发生在导板121和一底座122之间的移动来主动地控制(强制地导向)。空隙113对辊子周缘的密封是在一纵向延伸密封件123的帮助下实现的,该纵向延伸的密封件安装在槽114中,以可在与边缘密封件119移动的相同平面中移动到与辊面109相接触。纵向延伸的密封件123适于籍助于一活塞-气缸装置125而压靠在所述辊面上,所述活塞-气缸装置在一压力媒质被加压在将该活塞设计为在其中移动的一有限空间127中时对密封件施加压力。纵向延伸的密封件123的面向辊面的那部分包括一唇缘129,该唇缘129由所述密封件上的一纵向延伸的楔形表面来形成。密封件123的倾斜表面与边缘密封件119上的一相应的楔形表面相邻靠。
图3是从上方所见的边缘密封件119、纵向延伸的密封件123以及端密封件115的示意图,端密封件115以虚线表示在边缘密封件119的下方,并且图3示出了这些密封件通过具有图中的双头箭头所示的可能的运动方向的媒质而相互共同作用。这里,边缘密封件119设有一斜面133,一个片簧135动态地作用于该斜面133上。片簧安装在槽114的外侧,以使片簧可以调节成对于边缘密封件成最优的邻靠和对其最优地张紧,并且使其能动态地跟随辊子的纵向移动和纵向延伸的密封件的移动。由于作用在斜面上的弹簧力,边缘密封件就压靠在辊子110的端壁137上,并且也压靠在纵向延伸的密封件123上,如图中的两个上部的双头箭头所示。纵向延伸的密封件123与其其唇缘129一起可分别朝向和离开辊子110移动,如所述同图中最下方的双头箭头所示。如从图中可见,纵向延伸的密封件123沿着辊子110的全长延伸,并且稍稍超出辊子,以与边缘密封件119重叠,并与其楔形表面131′共同作用。
以上已参照图2和3描述了一辊式压制机的一角部处的密封结构。不过,应予理解的是,实际上,根据图1的辊式压制机在其所有四个角部处都需要一密封结构。
还应理解的是,还可在所附权利要求书的范围之内对本说明书的描述部分作出各种改型,所以本发明并不只限于所述和所示的实施例。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于圆筒形辊子(110)的密封结构,其中,密封结构用来在部分地围绕辊子的一槽(114)与其周围之间对辊子进行密封,并且其中,所述密封结构包括一作用于辊子的端面(137)的端密封件(119)和一作用于所述辊子的辊面(109)的纵向延伸的密封件(123),其特征在于,该密封结构还包括一边缘密封件(119),该边缘密封件动态地受力致动而朝向辊子(110)的端面(137)以及朝向纵向延伸的密封件(123)。
2.如权利要求1所述的密封结构,其特征在于,作用于端面(137)和纵向延伸的密封件(123)的动态力由一弹簧(135)施加。

7.如权利要求6所述的密封结构,其特征在于,边缘密封件(119)包括一楔形表面(131),该表面用来与纵向延伸的密封件(123)上的一相应的楔形表面(131′)共同作用,以在所述纵向延伸的密封件(123)上形成从槽(114)面向外侧的一唇缘(129)。
8.如权利要求1-7所述的密封结构,其特征在于,纵向延伸的密封件(123)适于借助于一活塞—气缸装(125,127)作用在辊子(110)的周缘(109)上。
9.如权利要求1所述的密封结构,其特征在于,所述圆筒形辊子(110)包括辊式压制机中的压辊,该压制机包括用来对材料悬浮液进行脱水的两个共同作用的压辊。
