本发明的背景
本发明的领域
本发明涉及一种治疗贴具，更特别是粘结在治疗有效部位上的贴具。
相关技术
事实表明，人体之所以能活动是因为从大脑传送至各个肌肉的所有命令都是通过电子信号完成的。交通事故和手术能导致运动神经麻痹是因为电子信号遭到了阻断。即使对运动机体的不利影响还不至于严重到使运动神经麻痹，功能受损也经常会造成麻木、知觉丧失、颤抖和寒冷等。
为了恢复受损的功能，已提出过各种方案。方案包括针灸、艾灼、指压疗、按摩、磁疗、电疗、低频疗法等。虽然这些治疗方法已得到广泛应用，然而其效果却不十分令人满意。
本发明是基于以上事实而作的。
本发明的概述
因此，本发明的目的是提供一种治疗贴具，其原理与传统用具完全不同并且为了防止人体运动神经发生麻痹，对有效的针灸部位进行刺激以维持人体良好的电平衡。
为了实现上述目的，本发明其特征在于一种治疗贴具，其中将包括由纯金粉等构成的固态金属材料以及含75％或更多石英组份的矿质材料的复合粒状物(polymer granular matter)固定在胶粒片的中心部位，前者处于外侧而后者处于内侧。
复合粒状物可加以磁性组份。

实施方案的具体说明
以下参照附图对本发明一个实施方案进行说明。
数字编号1指的是由纯金或金合金粉末构成的固态金属材料。构成固态金属材料的纯金是金属中稳定性极高的最佳导体。数字编号2指的是由天然矿粉构成的矿质材料，该矿粉主要由石英构成。该矿质材料是所谓的石英斑岩硅酸盐矿物，其主要组份是75％或更多的石英。其它组份包括7％或更多的氧化铝以及其它成份，比如氧化铁、氧化钾、氧化钛等。矿质材料2可与适量磁粉混合。
固态金属材料1比如纯金粉末在矿质材料2表面上复合成层。由两种材料1和2形成的层结构并不限于两层。可能是三个或多个的复层结构。如果采用了磁性组份，就夹放在固态金属材料1与矿质材料2之间。
由两种材料1和2构成的复合粒状物其直径调整为2mm或更小。基于以下原因，此直径范围很重要。由矿质材料传给复合物的能量(远红外线、负离子和磁力线)和电势输送到人体，就会形成为一个对活体电势失衡状况有修正作用的位点。由两种材料1和2构成的复合粒状物其所处的位点与人体的有效针灸部位相接触。
由两种材料1和2构成的复合粒状物其厚度调整为1mm或更小。
由两种材料1和2构成的复合粒状物当然呈现出其原料的颜色。另一种适宜的做法是利用着色剂使复合粒状物上色。于是就能赋予复合粒状物以时尚性。
数字编号3指的是胶粒片。将复合粒状物固定在胶粒片3粘性表面的中心部位，固态金属材料1处于外侧而矿质材料2处于内侧。
胶粒片3的直径调整为10mm或更小。胶粒片3的构造可选。即，可选自比如环形、方形、星形和心形等。适当地任选其一，可赋予其上述的时尚性。
图3中，字母编号a指的是人皮肤。
以下对本发明的效果进行说明。当本发明的胶粒片粘在人体的有效针灸部位时，构成处于贴中心部位的复合粒状物的矿质材料其所产生的远红外线的热效应、负离子能量以及磁性组份的磁力线经由纯金等良导体的固态金属材料直接传送至人体的有效针灸部位。
因为纯金等是最好的导体，在由金属和矿物质构成的复合结构中产生的微弱电流能纠正人体电平衡的失偏状态并减小体液分子的结构尺寸。最终会改善体液在人体中的循环功能并增强生命活力。
很明显，基于以上原理可对本发明作以各种改变和修饰。因此需要明白的是，在附属权利要求范围之内，本发明可按既给例以外的方式实施。
Claims (4)
1.一种治疗贴具，其中包括由纯金粉等构成的固态金属材料以及含75％或更多石英组份的矿质材料的复合粒状物固定在胶粒片的中心部位，其中在胶粒片的上面堆叠矿质材料，和在矿质材料上面堆叠固态金属材料。
2.权利要求1的治疗贴具，其中构成所述复合粒状物的所述固态金属材料和所述矿质材料其直径调整至2mm或更小。
3.权利要求1的治疗贴具，其中构成所述复合粒状物的所述矿质材料与磁性粉末混合。
4.权利要求1的治疗贴具，其中磁性层夹在构成所述复合粒状物的所述固态金属材料与所述矿质材料之间。
